Beach front

The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with great pots and pans and a lovely gas stove! Everything was described. I hope to stay again.

Great location, but place needs updating

Property is located in an excellent beach front location and check in was hassle free. Did not have a need to communicate with the property manager other than to locate the bbq grill. However, property is in very poor condition and needs extensive updates. Property was not clean upon arrival and we were not advised of the construction next door before booking. Honestly expected more for paying over a thousand dollars per night.

Not as clean and up to date for the price

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the moneyWe recently stayed @ property, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.First, the house was in need of serious upkeep. Many things were broken or in poor condition. The Adirondack chairs were falling apart—one even broke while my mom, who isn’t heavy, was sitting in it. There were nails sticking out of the deck floorboards, which led to some painful stubbed toes. The windows didn’t lock properly, and one came off its hinges entirely. Additionally, the tubs were moldy and rusted, and the house itself needed fresh paint both inside and out.Some dishes had stuck-on food and lipstick marks, which was off-putting. Even basic necessities were lacking—there was a shortage of toilet paper, and we were given no beach chairs/umbrellas. Even the soap dispensers had water added to them in order to save money??We were also surprised by the construction happening next door. It started early in the morning and ran through the week (7 am to 4 pm). We weren’t warned about this in advance, and it really impacted the peace and quiet we were hoping for.While there were some positive aspects, such as a private beach, plenty of plates, and a TV in every room, the long list of issuEs didn’t outweigh the good. We flew in from all parts to see each other. I would not stay here again. This house has potential and I can overlook a lot of things but this was a disappointment .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The setup of the house is great for a large group. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds very comfortable. Even the Murphy bed is comfortable. The location is amazing. You have direct access to the beach and the views from the top and bottom porches is breathtaking. It’s located relatively close to St Augustine and you have a Publix within 10 minutes of the house.The host provides plenty of towels, both bath and beach towels. They also provide starter amenities such as a 1 time use shampoo and conditioner, so make sure to bring your own stuff, including bath soap/grl.All appliances were in great working order and there are enough dishes, cups, glasses and utensils to feed an army.The upper house can run a bit on the warm side. The weather was warm when we arrived (not FL hot), and the house didn’t really feel cold. The bottom floor apt was comfortable. It is a completely separate living unit with only outside access to the main house. The host is very responsive to question, responding quickly. We encountered no issues during our stay. The one thing I would recommend is providing lifting for the ground level back porch and above the front door to the lower level area. Although the outside of the house and stairs are well lite, these two areas have no lighting.

Great location-hot house

The good: location, beach front views, plenty of outdoor chairs, kitchen was well equipped. The bad: AC units do not cool. The top floor stays around 81 degrees at coolest at night. When entering the house at front door the front entry is actually a bedroom that again never cools down. The bottom floor smells like mildew which is apparent from the dehumidifier that we kept dumping. The entire house needs a deep cleaning there are dust bunnies on woodwork, lighting fixtures and under furniture and beds. The house could use a paint job interior and exterior. I do not recommend this house.

Private beach far from public beach access just steps from the house back door. Great set up as well. Private first floor apart from the main levels. The house itself was great - good kitchen well stocked with needed supplies, good working AC, great flat screen TVs and fast internet. The house could use a fresh coat of paint but that in no way keeps the stay from being any less wonderful. Management was very attentive to any questions or issues.

A Heartwarming Experience with Noble Stay and Karen

Our experience with Noble Stay and Karen was nothing short of exceptional. We rented a beach house from them recently and encountered a minor issue with the AC. However, their responsiveness and efficiency in getting it fixed almost immediately truly impressed us. It was clear that they prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction above all else. What truly set them apart was Karen's extraordinary effort and kindness. My daughter had accidentally left behind her beloved baby blanket, which held immense sentimental value as it was handmade by her grandmother. Despite the time that had passed, Karen went out of her way to locate the blanket and ensured it was safely mailed back to us. This act of genuine care and dedication went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot recommend Noble Stay and Karen highly enough. Their commitment to their guests' happiness and comfort, coupled with their outstanding customer service, makes them a standout choice for anyone looking to rent a vacation property. We are grateful for their exceptional service and will certainly be returning for future stays.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is at a fantastic location (only bad thing was the road in front of the house, the cars were rather loud and fast) and we had the beach for ourselves. The condition of the house is not the best. A fresh coat of paint in many places and some maintenance would do wonders. It was not spotless, but it was not horribly dirty either. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but I doubt we will book this house again.

Great spring break trip

The weather was perfect all week during this spring break trip with family. The beach was beautiful with very few people actually on the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, glasses, and cookware. It would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker, though! There were plenty of towels and beach towels. The beds were comfortable. We loved sitting in the adirondack chairs on the covered porch and in the sun. We weren't expecting the downstairs area to be a totally separate apartment, but it was a nice area. The home was clean in obvious areas, but needed a little more vacuuming under the furniture and the bathtubs had very slow drains - both things that are easy to fix :-) Karen was great to work with and quickly responded to messages. The charcuterie box was so nice upon our arrival!

January stay

Wonderful location and home for family time at the beach. Tons of shells on the beach for the kids to sort through. This home has all the needed kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. It even has more matching plates, dishes, and cups then our family of 11 needed. We were not expecting that the house was split into 2 units that required us to walk around outside but the weather was beautiful so that was not an issue. Only concerns were the dishwasher was moldy, the light switch is wired incorrectly for the stairs, and the AC stopped working just before we left.

We found a lovely charcuterie box upon arrival. But the views...WOW! We spent many hours relaxing on the deck and even on the private beach steps away from the house. Downtown St. Augustine was a short drive away as was other smaller towns with shops and restaurants. We are counting the days until our next visit!

The one issue was that the power to part of the house (including the fridge and washing machine) went off multiple times every day; we stayed over the Christmas period so it was difficult to get someone to look at it. Unsure whether the problem was with the house or the power supply company but I’m guessing it was the house.

Hemingway Dream - A Dream Come True

We fell in love with the house & location the minute we arrived. Karen was the perfect property host beginning with a charcuterie box in the fridge on our arrival. The house perfectly fit our need for space with 10 guests (adults j children). We will definitely plan to return!

The house was clean and there were plenty of clean towels. The only downside was there were no beach chairs or umbrellas, so that was an added expense. Since we were flying, we just "gifted" them to the next renters and hope that they pay it forward.

Great Get Away

It was completely separate and had to be accessed from outside. This worked well for us since we had multiple families that stayed. It allowed some separation. The beach was very nice and private. The house had a bathroom and an outdoor shower that we used many times. Very short distance from the house to the beach. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Beach towels, extra blankets, and a card table were also provided. We would definitely stay here again. Very close to St Augustine and Jacksonville. Local restaurants were packed so we drove to the surrounding areas to eat.

Nice beach

The beach was all ours. There weren't many people on it. Great sand. The waves are SO loud. It didn't bother us, but you heard it the whole time in the house. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The apartment down below was in good shape. There is NO cell phone reception on this island (I've never stayed on an island that had good reception) My carrier is Verizon. Wi-fi calling didn't work for some reason either.
