A satisfactory stay

The host was friendly, and the accommodation was satisfactory. Especially, the sunset view from the lanai at the accommodation was truly beautiful. I highly recommend this accommodation, and plan to stay here if I visit Kona again.

The property was just as described. Very clean and updated with beautiful finishes and top of the line appliances. The grounds are well manicured and the pool was very clean with a beautiful oceanside setting. The Host was very professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot

This was a recently rennovated spacious one bedroom. Perfect for me and my son, but could have fit a family of 4. It is clean and parking is easy. A 10 minute walk to town. Water views. A/C. We would rent here again.

Perfection

We have stayed in many condos at Sea Village & other islands and this unit is by far the best. It has that WOW factor when you walk into it. Newly remodeled with quiet A/C in living & bedroom plus ceiling fans. Ground floor unit, no stairs & what I like is that the outdoor area is an enclosed deck off the ground surrounded by beautiful greenery & flowers that offers a lot of privacy. This is really a stunning unit

Everything you could possibly need!

I’ve stayed in countless vacation rentals around the world but none has been as well appointed as Carol’s condo. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I quickly learned that if I wasn’t finding what I needed, I wasn’t looking hard enough. Carol was easy to communicate with and, without my asking, made sure the condo was ready for us a couple hours ahead of the normal check-in time to better align with our arrival in Kona, which I realize isn’t always possible for a host to do. Bed was cozy, shower was amazing, location was great, and parking was easy!

Friendly Fun people

We stayed at this condo Feb 6th to 13th. This condo was everything is was advertised, We had a later arriving flight Carols check in instructions were great made it easy for us which was so nice given how long our travel was to get there. We had a little bit of trouble with the garbage disposal but Carol was extremely helpful and it was fixed up right away. Everything else in the condo was good. The ground floor is and back of the building is an great location in the complex and a great view of the beautiful Kona sunsets. The only thing that we could see about the condo that might be a small drawback would be that the kitchen is really tight so only one cook in the kitchen and that the bed in a little tight as well and only one side of the bed has a lamp, but these a really minor compared to the overall great property. The best part of this condo is the surrounding area and the great vibe the people give. Everyone is so friendly and inviting we spent lot's of time in the pool and hot tub meeting people. The atmosphere here is so nice and perfect for a laid back holidays. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend this to others.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The condo was exactly as described; both bed and pull out couch were very comfortable. The place was very clean and had all the items we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent condo!

Condo is very clean & well maintained! Nicely updated with comfortable bed and quiet location. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Property owner Carol was a pleasure to deal with & followed up to ensure no issues & she always responded quickly. Great amenities and best of all is the AC in living area & bedroom!

Absolute Paradise

My husband and I stayed four nights at Carol's property and it was one of the best stays we've ever enjoyed... and not just because it's Hawaii... because she has truly thought of EVERYTHING that could make a person's stay comfortable and smooth. We spend a good amount of time in the condo and wanted for nothing. The kitchen was well stocked and intuitive, the lanai was a fantastic space to spend time, the living spaces were comfortable (and beautiful!) and well-maintained. Plus, the surrounding units were all pretty quiet, so our stay was all the more relaxing. Carol was incredibly communicative, too, and was a great resource during our stay. We had a small issue with the WiFi (needed to reboot in the AM every day), though that very well could have been user error of some kind. Regardless, Carol was with us every step of the way. I almost hesitate to leave such a glowing review, as I'd almost prefer to keep this place a secret! But sharing is caring -- and I hope many will enjoy this incredible home for many years to come. Big thanks to Carol and her team for their hospitality, generosity, and helpfulness during our stay. Mahalo!

Vacation condo

This condo was centrally located, well kept and had everything we needed to have a great honeymoon on the big island! The owner was also very nice and helpful. She even let us stay a little later on our checkout date because we had a later flight.

Aloha Paradise

We loved this condo! It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. My husband and I enjoyed the view from the lanai and the pool was a nice place to relax in the afternoon. The location is perfect, just a short walk to town. Carol was always quick to respond to an email. We would definitely stay here again. It could not have been more perfect for our Kona getaway.
