Este condominio frente al golfo espacioso y bien equipado tiene las vistas panorámicas más increíbles del Golfo que encontrará en cualquier lugar, incluidas las vistas panorámicas del puerto de Destin y todo lo demás. The place itself was beautiful. The condo was an excellent location especially for booking last minute. However, the property management company was less than expected. I plan to talk to the actual owner but haven’t had time. The pool and hot tub were not in use, I understand that. What I don’t understand is that it wasn’t even slightly mentioned in the details and talking to other owners it was known several weeks prior. The management company tried to give us wrist bands for use of another condo pool and expected us to just “sneak in” with said bracelets because no one will ever check. No thank you!

The HOA had scheduled the pool renovation to be completed prior to your arrival, but unexpected delays beyond their control prevented it from being finished on time. As soon as we were notified, we communicated the update and, when an alternative option was requested, provided wristbands for access to another condo pool to help make your stay enjoyable. Our intention was only to offer a helpful solution, and we regret if it came across differently. Our goal is always to make every visit comfortable, enjoyable, and worry free, and we greatly value guest feedback to continue improving the experience for everyone.

Wonderful family vacation

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and loved the location! We have stayed between Miramar and Okaloosa Island several times now and this is probably our favorite location so far. Would definitely book again. Only suggestion would be to replace the sofa soon. We had 6 people with is and the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Nice condo overlooking bay

Place was super clean and nice furnishings. Everything in unit you would need for your stay. Only drawback was no direct beach address and trek to snorkel cove was long walk. Also absolutely no breeze on patio. The unit was fantastic though

Vacation stay

Nice location with both beach and harbor views. It will be nice once construction is done at the park Nextdoor. Two things that somewhat did not meet expectations were the pool and hot tub were not usable during our stay. Also the noise from the bar and restaurants across the harbor was very loud some nights until early morning hours.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you were able to enjoy the surrounding views, but I regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, we were not informed by the HOA that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable. Had we been made aware, we certainly would have communicated this in advance. We will be addressing this with the HOA to prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, I understand that the nearby nightlife can sometimes be lively, and I’m sorry if it caused any disruption during your stay. Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a better experience in the future.
