The location was fantastic. We had an easy walk to the beach. Our host supplied plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

It's a great property at a great beach!The property was very clean and comfortable with a huge TV and a heated pool at the bottom of the stairs and was only a short walk to the beach. There were also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by.The host was also very attentive.If you're looking for a great property at a reasonable price, look no further.

Wonderful Property

This was are 2nd year staying at this location. It is absolutely wonderful and can't wait to go back!! The short walk to the private beach and pool to relax by after beach time is great.

Lovely unit with comfy beds and everything you need for a perfect stay. Just steps away from the most beautiful “Bisquick” beach, and lots of fun things to do on the key and over the bridge.

We loved how close to the beach it was. The beds were extremely comfortable! Great location!

Steve was great. He quickly responded to every question. Great experience! Will be back again.

Location of place is amazing. Short walk to the beach. Great communication with Steve. I would just recommend letting people know it is an upper level unit on the listing.

Beach vacation

Great place with private beach which is a must at Siesta Key. The A/C went out for the first two nights but the host Steve was pretty quick at responding and fixing it as well as refunding a nights stay. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach with a pool and beach carts etc.

Girls getaway

Short easy walk to the beach. For having just had a hurricane, the property was in great condition and everything was in working order. My only recommendation is if there are more than 4 guests, bring your own towels. Great location. Plenty of room. Had everything we needed.

Spring Break

Our group had a great time at this property during our Spring Break week. The location is great, beach is nice and it had everything we needed for a fun week. The common area is so nice and we hosted a cookout one night for other friends staying nearby and the layout is perfect. We were able to reserve the top two units and it was the perfect space for us. We were even able to make friends with the guests staying below us who were fun and friendly. Steve is a responsive host and provided us with everything we needed for our stay! I highly recommend this host and property for your Siesta Beach vacation!

Siesta Stay

This was a very nice and clean unit. We liked the proximity to beach. The only complaint was the construction right across the street. We weren’t able to relax in the mornings due to dump trucks, concrete trucks and workers yelling. It started before 7am sometimes. We understand the need for growth and development but wish we would’ve been prepared for the busy construction.

We had a great time at this beach house. Location was great. We were one block from the beach access. Once on the beach, we needed to walk down to the public beach(short walk). The property was very clean and well maintained. There is a great little communal courtyard with tables and chairs as well as a pool, which was great after a hot day on the beach. Steve was very easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs. He was very quick to respond to every message/question I sent him. The house was very clean and included some games in the closet for some family fun. There is a washer and dryer onsite, but it is a shared laundry room. The available beach wagon, sand chairs, beach towels and umbrellas made the beach days very easy. My family and I had a great time here, and we will definitely be coming back

Nice property with a nice pool right outside your door. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Next door construction not good. Start at 7 am and very noisy. AC during the day could not keep up. Reached 82 inside and did not cool down to 75 until middle of the night. Would be very nice except for the two issues I mentioned.

5th Year in a Row!

We had a great time for the 5th year in a row in the same complex. One minute from beach - but also have a pool to ourselves. The improvements to the building have been huge over the past couple of years. Whenever anything has come up the property managers have been responsive.

The perfect stay for a wonderful vacation.

Easy rental. Pictures of the unit were what the rooms looked like. Loved having the beach chairs and wagon available. Heated pool was comfortable. Beautiful beach, easy access.

All around great time

Checking in was easy as well as I loved having the key fobs for the gate access instead of having to remember multiple pass codes. The space was great for 4 adults and three kids however when we checked in there were clumps of hair in sever places (floor, bathtub, dresser in master). It was great to have the kitchen utensils as well for making lunches for the beach. I like the private access to the beach and it was an all around wonderful family vacation.

Great place for the entire family.

My only sugestion is to improve the internet. I was planning to work at the place and Internet dropped as soon as other people were use TV or another laptop. I ended going to Panera Bread.

Girls trip

Property was clean and it was SO perfect to have the private beach within less than a minute of walking distance. It’s also close enough that you can walk along to the main beach and enter downtown Siesta Key! The property manager was prompt when I had a question. We’ll look forward to coming again!
