Este renovado condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el tercer piso se encuentra en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Hay una estadía mínima de cinco noches para esta unidad. Debido a su ubicación central, se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Bomberos del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios duermen un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas queen size con una gran televisión de pantalla plana de 50 "con servicio de TV HD. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 "con servicio de TV HD. El baño principal tiene una ducha y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La sala está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 37 "con servicio de TV FIOS HD para su disfrute. La espaciosa cocina tiene encimeras de granito y muchos gabinetes. Está totalmente equipado con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, una cafetera y una cafetera Keurig. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Location was great; only a short walk down to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The gated community provided a safe environment. Only complaints we had were that the refrigerator wasn’t working when we got there and there were a few cockroaches during our stay. The front desk was very quick to address these concerns and send maintenance to our unit.

Unit was nice, well kept. Balcony view had an unfortunate electric pole transformer, somewhat obstructing the partial ocean view. On the east side of the property the buildings are showing some age. When asking the office for dishwasher detergent and kitchen paper towels, we were informed that they were not provided. Beach was clean and well taken care of, attendants with chairs were very good.

Family Vacation

Spent a week at the beach before with our kids. Great location, the beach is well kept and we loved the lounge chair service! We would recommend to family and friends!

Perfect family getaway location!

We had a great long weekend at this location. The condo was clean and was literally a 2 min walk to the beach. The community accommodations were great as well. The nicest thing was the private beach, so you didn’t have to worry about the party scene with the kiddos. Staff was great as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, friendly staff.

I have never been more pleased with a stay. Everyone at Palm Bay was so accommodating. Everything was clean, we felt safe on the premises and it was such a close walk to the beach! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property! They are actively working on hurricane damage. So there was some noise but it was never super early or late. Condo was clean and well kept. The beach was beautiful!!

great place

this was a great place. perfect distance between the pool and beach. i’ll definitely go back. only suggestion is to add another smaller cooking pot and a few blankets of a different texture than the quilts

Amazing

The Palm Bay Club is a great family destination. You can walk right onto the beach. It's clean, quiet and the condo was exactly what was represented in the pictures. We will definitely be back again! Siesta Key is the best getaway. We enjoyed clear waters, a golfcart excursion all over the island, amazing food and live music everywhere we went. The Palm Bay Club was right in between Siesta Key Village and town. We had access to everything. We can't wait to bring our kids back again.

The 3 minute walk to the beach was nice and the trolleys to get around Siesta Key made it the perfect location. The unit was set up nicely and the staff was very nice to work with. The beach was amazing and I would recommend to anyone to come down to this unit.

Short Condo Stay

Overall experience with this condo was excellent. Clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, renters should be aware that approx 8 ft off from the screened patio there is a electrical transformer along with high tension wires that are at eye level. Furthermore, you look down on the roofs on houses below while sitting on the screen porch. Not a good view.

Fabulous First Vacation with Families

Siesta key

I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the fact that there were a couple days of our stay when the trash pick-up happened at 730 am. It was very loud, and we found it hard to sleep in after being awakened by the very loud slamming of trash bins. It was just too early for my group to be awakened. Other than this, the stay was very nice. The property was secure and well kept. The location is a short trolley ride to downtown. And the beach was literally a short walk through the property. The room was clean, but the shower did keep backing up. My husband was able to clean the drain which was full of hair. Most VRBO properties we have stayed at, do provide paper towels, some condiments such as salt and pepper, even a few k cups for coffee. We have stayed in well stocked VRBO's that were cheaper than this place. I just think it should have more stocked up for the guest.

The only downside was the big hydro pole right in front of the balcony if you’re someone who likes to sit outside. It didn’t bother us since we were out most of the time. We read about the thin curtains in a last review and brought one panel of a blackout blind from home for our babies - worked just fine. We would rent this unit again. Overall great stay. Helpful and friendly staff.
