Nuestro condominio de 1 dormitorio (loft) y 1. 5 baños se trata de su ubicación cerca del corazón del distrito turístico histórico de Durango. El condominio está a solo 5 cuadras (a menos de 10 minutos a pie) de la histórica Main Street y una oferta aparentemente interminable de restaurantes, tiendas y galerías.

Hay un lugar de estacionamiento cubierto debajo del edificio y el condominio cuenta con una lavadora / secadora y un pequeño balcón. Está ubicado justo enfrente de la cafetería Durango Joes y de Durango Natural Foods Coop.

Este establecimiento admite mascotas y la tarifa por mascota es de $ 25 / por día (máx. $ 150).

Política de cancelación: Se requiere un pago de $ 300 al momento de la reserva. Very clean with comfortable master bed and bedding. Large loft area for the master. Overall, a good property for a single or couple wanting to be close to downtown - I walked there a couple of times. Great coffee place right across the street and restaurants you can walk to.

Convenient location, very comfortable

In town for business, this condo was perfect for my needs. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Only minor flaw was the parking spot, which is small and often occupied by other vehicles, but other spots were available so not a huge deal.

Great stay!

This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside).

We wanted to be in Durango to see the town and get to know the surrounding area. Unit was close to town and very convenient. A must eatery is the College Street Cafe, we ate breakfast there 2 times!

Instructions/Communication were very clear. The condo had everything we needed. It's in a great location as you are in walking distance to the downtown hot spots. I didn't give the highest rating because the surrounding building were very sketchy. We didn't encounter any issues, tho.

All & all pretty good. The getting into the apartment was difficult as we weren’t given the code for the door into building. Called the number provided and all was good, but should have had code beforehand.

This condo unit was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, so conveniently located, quiet, safe, with covered parking…we were able to easily walk to downtown so a couple of days we didn’t even use our car. With the Sojo Amenity boxes throughout the unit, we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Location

Great location, some traffic noise, and stairs up to the unit. The first photo in the listing said there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. It is just a loveseat. Other than a few small things, the condo was comfortable and well equipped.
