Nuestro condominio de 1 dormitorio (loft) y 1. 5 baños se trata de su ubicación cerca del corazón del distrito turístico histórico de Durango. El condominio está a solo 5 cuadras (a menos de 10 minutos a pie) de la histórica Main Street y una oferta aparentemente interminable de restaurantes, tiendas y galerías.

Hay un lugar de estacionamiento cubierto debajo del edificio y el condominio cuenta con una lavadora / secadora y un pequeño balcón. Está ubicado justo enfrente de la cafetería Durango Joes y de Durango Natural Foods Coop.

Este establecimiento admite mascotas y la tarifa por mascota es de $ 25 / por día (máx. $ 150).

Great location. Easy communication with host. Nice supermarket across the street with a great deli counter for easy breakfasts. Property is ideal for a couple, blow up bed for extra guests but it does occupy most of the living area when inflated. Dog friendly which was a huge plus for us.

This is NOT for 3 people. VRBO should not allow this to list for 3 ppl. We rented for 3 people & listing showed photos including a queen sofa bed. Before checking in, I sent message asking to make up pullout sofa & was told it was done. On arrival, there was no sofa bed at all.Called rental # and help line & at first was told all 3 of us could sleep in the king bed. Then was told it did not include a sofa bed. Then I had to send dated photos to prove that it was in listing & send screen shots of our chatsThen was told there was an air mattress we could look for, blow up, make & put on the floor ourselves. This whole time, phone service was terrible & call to help line kept dropping-took over 2 hrs to get this far. Then, the air mattress started leaking & within 1 hr was half deflated. We had one elderly person and one physically impaired person, so sleeping on the floor was a big difficulty. We notified them about this that night. In morning they said they would come & replace deflated mattress & set up new one while we were out. Got back at 4 pm. A box was sitting at front door for us to carry in, unbox & figure how to set up and make the bed. There was no place to put the old mattress, had to drag it out to hallway and message them to come get it. Rental co never did anything except "sorry for inconvenience" messages. No actual help or setting anything up. In end, had to take mattress packaging out & try to put into a bear enclosure we couldn't open.

Very clean with comfortable master bed and bedding. Large loft area for the master. Overall, a good property for a single or couple wanting to be close to downtown - I walked there a couple of times. Great coffee place right across the street and restaurants you can walk to.

Only gripe I would have is the walls are really thin so you could hear the neighbors but no one stayed up super late and that’s out of everyone’s control. Great stay!

This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside).

Convenient location, very comfortable

In town for business, this condo was perfect for my needs. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Only minor flaw was the parking spot, which is small and often occupied by other vehicles, but other spots were available so not a huge deal.

Exploring Durango and Area

We wanted to be in Durango to see the town and get to know the surrounding area. Unit was close to town and very convenient. A must eatery is the College Street Cafe, we ate breakfast there 2 times!
