Great location

Great location! The pool was great. The only thing I would change is the cleanliness. It has an odd smell and in my opinion, needs a good deep cleaning.

Great time

Check in was so easy. Loved having covered parking- only 2 spots for unit. Walking into the porch first then inside the unit was very helpful for us. Nice view. Kitchen had everything. Really enjoyed the location and pool as well. Great stay definitely will be back.

Private beach access. Unit needs a refresh. Air vents need filters and kitchen smelled extremely moldy. Otherwise decent.

Great location and amenities

Check in was straightforward and hassle-free, and we had a wonderful stay. We made good use of the beach and the pool, and the fantastic location.

Great location, house has everything you need saves so much packing as everything was there. Owner was extremely responsive for any questions we had and was able to work with us on our accommodations. Great place to stay will be coming back again! Park you car for your stay, grab a bike and everything is right there!

Quick Getaway.

Loved the location of this property and the fact that you have assigned, covered parking. Downsides are the beds are terrible and very little water pressure in the showers. I did go and buy a foam mattress topper that helped make the bed a little better. It does have a lot of stairs if that is a problem for you but that also makes for a great view of the water from the large, oceanfront balcony. Overall we had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had great views of the beach the entire time. Check-in and Check out were seamless. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Overall the condo is as advertised. The check out process requires that you wash your own bed sheets which I felt was asking a bit much since you had to wait on this process that morning before you left. The sheets we were given on check in were soiled and I had to wash. I’m not sure all tenants are following the procedure to wash their own sheets before departure. I have stayed at many condos and have never been required to do this. The furniture on the balcony was not comfortable even to sit on for short period of time. I would have appreciated more comfortable outdoor furniture. Other than these things the condo was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend!

This condo comes with everything you need. It's a perfect location, not too far from the boardwalk but far enough that the beach is less crowded. The condo is clean and comes with linens. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is very responsive to our messages. I love having a pool right outside the condo. I highly recommend this location. We've stayed here 3 times and plan on coming back!

1st time stay

Loved the condo and the location. Everything was great except for the beds. Might be the hardest mattresses we ever slept on. Not sleeping on vacation kinda defeats the purpose. Could just be a personal preference but felt like sleeping on concrete

This was a great property on the beach. Pool was great and location was awesome! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy, and the balcony was perfect view. Everything we needed for a great family beach vacation!

Convenient location but not crowded.

Only steps to the beach & pool with covered parking! Very well stocked and extra kitchen items for cooking including crock pot, toaster/air fryer, etc. Entry from the covered OF porch made it easy to access bags, towels, shoes on our way in/out. Loved the solid porch floors that prevented us from being rained on from above. Beach chairs, baby Pack & Play & high chair were a definite plus for us. Very clean & no bugs.

Rainy but fun!

You know you’ve rented a good property when you are at the beach and it’s rainy & windy and you still have a good time. This condo was comfy and well stocked! Ocean front with covered large balcony allowed us to sit outside even when raining!

40th anniversary getaway!

We had a wonderful time! The place was very nice! Great access to the beach and lots of things to do close by. Kathy was a great host and we would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving by the beach.

Excellent oceanfront unit, lots of amenities, perfect location close to restaurants. Incredible view and spectacular sunrises. 100% recommended.

We had an amazing time with this stay the property was everything we imagined from the pictures and descriptors. We loved being able to travel with our two year old and not have to bring a pack and play. So close to the beach and the pier.
