Sala de estar cuenta con un 42in. ¡Televisor LCD HD con cable digital y reproductor Blue Ray!

Televisores de alta definición, cable digital y DVD en todas las habitaciones y relojes despertadores con reproductor de iPod también.

Ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y sala de estar. Nuevos gabinetes de cocina y hermosos pisos nuevos de madera dura en la cocina de la sala de estar. Nuevas alfombras en las habitaciones.

Caminar a muchos restaurantes locales para disfrutar de una excelente comida es rápido y fácil. ¡El Ocean Grill y el famoso Tiki Bar están a 2 minutos caminando por la playa! La piscina cubierta, la bañera de hidromasaje y el acuario NC cercano hacen que un día lluvioso sea aún mejor.

Este edificio de dos ascensores hace de sus vacaciones una VACACIONES. Use los carros de equipaje provistos para cargar y descargar fácilmente.

Carolina Beach Stay

Great week at this location. Walked a lot. Condo was as advertised. Plenty to do at the boardwalk. Eateries were excellent. Music and fireworks on Thursday were a bonus.

Great space with amazing view

Our family loved staying in this comfortable, spacious condo. The view from the balcony was great and the furnishings were updated and the space was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and everyone loved the showers ! Great internet for our kids to do their online school as well. Will definitely come back .

Loved this updated condo. It was a great size with plenty of room to move around. Bedrooms were especially large. Beautiful view and great location. Very quiet. Only negative was the indoor pool was under repair and we were not told ahead of time.

Family Beach vacation

The condo was perfect for us. Our granddaughters stopped by so it was a good meeting place. I am not a fan of roku tv, but used netflix and prime. Good restaurants close by and beach is nice and close. Would have liked umbrellas at the pool. Pleased. with condo. n

Pelican Watch always delivers

Great unit in the Pelican Watch building. Ocean front location is great. M y family and I love that the property has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub. Indoor pool is great for rainy days. This unit was clean upon arrival and the recent renovations looked great! We also loved the Roku TV so we could stream all our favorite shows! We would definitely stay here again!

One of the nicest places at the beach we have ever stayed!! A do over for sure!!!

Pros: 1. The owners obviously take pride in the place. It’s well kept. Lots of recent renovations (appliances, mattresses, paint, bathrooms). The kitchen is the most well stocked of any place I have ever stayed. Most impressive to me was a visitors guide that the owners put together. It had a ton of extremely helpful information. Local restaurant menus, brochures of places to visit, tv channel guide, plus general information about the resort itself. They definitely put a lot of time and thought into making their guests stay as relaxing and fun as possible. 2. The realty company that handles the rental is very easy to deal with. They have the checkin/checkout process down to a science. Everything flows smoothly and they answered any questions I had quickly and politely. 3. The building itself is in a fantastic location and well kept. Parking was never a problem. The view of the beach from this unit is amazing! 4. This unit was quiet. No traffic noise from the street or people in the breezeway. Cons: (albeit all are extremely minor and out of anyone’s control for the most part. Certainly not bothersome enough to keep me from wanting to stay again) 1. The air conditioner is extremely loud, especially in the master bedroom. Not the unit itself, but the actual flow of air from the vents. It woke me up a couple of times the first night. I thought it was a jet engine. 2. Whoever does the general cleaning upon exit could do a little bit better job. It was clean overall, but little things I noticed such as an excessive amount of dust on one of the twin headboards and a LOT of sand widely spread on the floor upon our arrival. I understand it’s the beach, but I think regular vacuuming after every tenant leaves would prevent it. The color of the floor hides it well, but it is very annoying to walk barefoot and feel so much under your feet. The bathrooms and kitchen were both very clean though which matters much more to me than the floor. 3. A few lightbulbs were out. Two of the three above the kitchen sink/bar were blown. A very minor thing, but noticeable none the less. 4. The oven takes a LONG time to preheat. Again, nothing anyone can do about it, just good to know for those staying in the future. 5. Remotes , remotes and more remotes!!! It seemed like there was a different process in every room to turn on the tv, pick a channel and adjust the volume. Again, probably nothing can be done about it, but it was extra frustrating for my seven year old. :-(

This is a wonderful condo. It is appropriately decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has all the dishes you need and the views of the beach are amazing. The master bedroom furniture is absolutely perfect for unpacking and making yourself feel at home for a week!We had a wonderful time and loved staying in this unit.

GREAT LOCATION

Great location on Carolina Beach. Close to everything. Nice balcony to sit and watch sunrise. Easy access to beach. Both ladies in the office for check in and out very nice.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great time at this clean, comfortable ocean front condo. Beautiful view from the back balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and not crowded. The beach was incredible. We had some questions before our stay and we heard back from the owner promptly. Highly recommend.

Family Time

The unit itself was very nice. Outside property needs some updating and repair work. Lot's of rust. Hot tub wasn't working and the indoor pool was very chilly.

Great getaway with a beautiful view

I went for a short stay for my brothers wedding. I definitely will come back for longer after Memorial Day.. My family definitely enjoyed themselves.

The window views are breathtakingly beautiful. Fun walking on beach. Kitchen is very nice. And it is decorated very well. Nice to hear the waves crashing all day and night.

Location, Location! Amazing trip...

Location! Location! Location! This centrally located property in Carolina Beach was perfect for our beach getaway. It was very close to so many restaurants, shops & most importantly, the beach. You can’t get any closer to the beach! Amazing amenities to keep the whole family busy. Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about. We found the beds to be great and the management company was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Condo is cute kinna clean but its doeS have a old home smell all beds need to update cant sleep at all 3 nights when we here my back was hurting in the morning .i conact the property manager but they said i shiould take Medicine .😆front door is rusty the Property look creepy at night

Our condo is Oceanfront, We are on the 4th floor of a beautiful 11 story concrete and steel hi-rise building with 2 elevators. Just high enough for great views, but not too high! Spectacular wide beach and panoramic view. The condo has 2 full baths, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and cable TV. Oceanfront balcony from living area and master bedroom. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pool, sundeck, private walk to beach, charcoal grills and picnic area on oceanfront.

The Ocean Front Master has a King with a new pillow top mattress and private bath; the 2nd bedroom has a new pillow top matress; 2 new pillow top twins are in the third bedroom. The living room features a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Only weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are available during the summer peak season. Call +1 (800) 327-5863 for special request bookings! Sheets and towels ARE provided in the rental. Call for off peak daily rates. Two parking passes are provided for the lot across the street. Call if you need additional parking.

You can wake up to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and a beautiful sunrise from our condo! Walk to many local restaurants for a great meal is quick and easy. The Ocean Grill and famous Tiki Bar is a 2 minute walk down the beach! The Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and nearby NC Aquarium make a rainy day even better!

Every Thursday night in the summer you can catch a free fireworks show at the historic Boardwalk in Carolina Beach. There's also a concert and kid activities before the fireworks.
