We had really nice views of the mountains and golf course to boot! We would glady stay here again and a big thank you to the LQ property management company for such a nice villa for our family!

Perfect La Quinta Resort family location

Reviewer Comments: We usually stay at the La Quinta hotel for our Stagecoach adventure, but decided to go with this 3 bedroom house which is only an extra 100 yards or so from the hotel lobby and restaurant. It has access to all of the pools and amenities. It was a great choice as the bedrooms were spacious and well appointed, but we also had the benefit of the kitchen, dining and living room for group gatherings. This worked out as well as we could have dreamed.

It was spacious for 3 couples, provided a beautiful golf course view and easy access to 3 pools just steps away. We used the amenities at the resort. It was about a 10-minute walk from the house.

Seven days of Thanksgiving holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean, but the system won't let me show 5 stars, only one. Same with general condition: the system is stuck on 2 stars and won't let me give it 5 stars. The negatives are: 1 the kitchen faucet badly needs an aerator, as it's impossible to run water without it splashing all over, including on clothes. 2 The appliances are not at all user-friendly. Kudos to the young woman who helped us with the TVs and the dishwasher; very friendly and helpful. She ended up having to reboot the dishwasher to make it work which is ridiculous; who needs a high-tech dishwasher? Even with her knowledge, it took her over a half hour to figure out how to make the master TV work, and had trouble making the liv. rm. one work properly. The TP and "Kleenex" is of very poor quality. The kitchen and bar were very well equipped; better than any other rental we've had. They were unable to make the three lights in front work, so it's very dark there and in the entranceway. Shade for the back patio would have been nice. The master bed is much too firm for us; we turned the duvet upside down and slept on that for some more comfort. There were no kitchen trash bags except the one already in the holder. We requested more, but received ones useless there, but our friendly young woman eventually found and delivered some appropriate ones. The guest room toilet was plugged up to begin with, but I was able to eventually free it with the plunger; I hope that's all it needed.

Reviewer Comments: IT WAS AN AMAZING HOME...A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WHEN WE GOT THERE AS THE AIR WAS NOT ON AND ONLY HALF OF THE GARAGE WAS TAKEN UP WITH THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE COURTYARD...CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SENT SOMEONE TO PUT IT OUT HOWEVER, THEY ONLY PUT SOME OUT AND HAD TO CALL AGAIN...BERNADETTE WAS AMAZING AND FIXED THIS PROBLEM QUICKLY...AND MADE IT RIGHT...THE HOME WAS GORGEOUS AND SUPER CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE...PLANNING TO GO BACK SOON...
