La unidad es 1900 + pies cuadrados de tamaño, incluyendo una casita independiente equipada con dos camas individuales. Desert Getaway

We were very happy with the amount of space and proximity to the resort. We didn’t realize when we booked the extent of the amenities and how amazingly close it all was (tennis, pool, shops, restaurants, fitness). Great value. We will definitely keep it at the top of the list when we return.

Such a great location for Coachella!

This was our third year staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint again! It’s perfect for a large group and is right next to the complex pool. Plenty of space to spread out and has adequate linens/towels. There were even leftover pantry items and fridge items for us to use. It is a short walk to the shuttle for Coachella and as always, easy check in and check out! Well worth it for proximity to the music festival!

Everything about this place was perfect. I really enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. Very spacious, the pool was a great touch specially with how hot it was. Owner is great with detailed instructions and communication. I would definitely stay here again!

Santa Rose Cove Condo

The condos in the Santa Rosa cove are similar floor plans and my family loves the location and configuration of Frank's condo with 3 bedrooms. Management was easy to work with.

Excellent location

awesome place to stay for music festival, golf, or pool time with family. Easy to get to empire polo club with shuttle or Uber. 3 bedrooms with large well appointed kitchen. Pool located just outside. Short walk to La Quinta Resort for restaurants and live music. owner Frank responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely stay again

Great time!

We had a wonderful time at Frank’s property over New Year’s. The condo is very clean and spacious, and we loved how close it is to the pool - literally steps away. We brought our 5 year old and 3 year old and they had a great time! Frank was very communicative and so friendly. We would love to stay there again.

Great spot for festival access in quiet neighborhood

Home is very comfortable and spacious. We have stayed here multiple times as part of our festival experience and have always been happy with the location and amenities. Some updates have been done as well with a new microwave. It’s an easy walk to the shuttle for Coachella and check in process is seamless. Highly recommend!

Wedding weekend

Great stay except the property manager never returned my calls. We had to depart on Monday due to a family emergency and I called to let them know. She never returned the call. I had also called on Saturday about some questions no return. The house was nice and would return again

Spacious and functional- short walk to Coachella shuttle bus

This place met all our requirements and was spacious and clean. Check in was easy. I attended with family for the music festival and it was a 10 minute walk from behind La Quinta resort to the shuttle stop there. Definitely less expensive to stay in a rental home than the resort but it is still very expensive in general. Property was well cared for but appliances are from 1978 (still has a garbage compactor) and needs a lot of updating. However, it was comfortable and clean and met our needs. We were really paying for the excellent location to attend the Coachella music festival. Owner was very communicative and check out was simple. Would recommend and stay here again, but know that you are getting a very dated property in terms of style.

Great location with a major negative

We loved being in this location and the unit size was great for our family! The other reviews that address concerns about the unit are accurate. We had 2 major disappointments. One was to find the pool outside the unit was no longer being heated by the HOA due to costs. It was in the 40's at night so is was not usable our first 9 days. They were only heating every other pool in the complex so we needed to walk down to the neighboring pool. With a 1 year old, that was not what we signed up for and feel we should have been told this so adjustments could have been made if needed. Another issue for us we are still dealing with is back and hip pain from the bed. Two weeks of a bad mattress was so unfortunate and now hip bursitis is a new issue to navigate. The master mattress was manufactured in 2000. One of us spent half the night on the floor on a provided cushion several nights to avoid such poor alignment every night. Our son left the twin bed and slept on the sofa couch. We did contact the owner and though he was prompt and courteous nothing changed.

Better than I Expected

I wasn't sure about this place because things looked outdated in the pics but this location & the rental was better than we expected. The location was beautiful & the neighbors were so friendly & nice. Everything was convenient & close to shops & restaurants. The pool area was nice! Only thing I'd suggest is brighter lighting in the rooms & a bigger TV in the livingroom. Overall, everything was amazing & the home had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Great location, wonderful property!!

My friends and I loved our long weekend at Frank's condo! It surpassed our expectations - it's a large place with plenty of room, comfy beds, had every amenity we needed (and then some!), steps to the pool and jacuzzi, and less than a 10 minute walk to the center of La Quinta Resort. Check in was a breeze, we were even able to arrive a bit early to settle in before our tee time. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this again. Thanks for a great stay!!

Wonderful Spring Break in Santa Rosa Cove

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home and in La Quinta. Everything was as advertised and perfect for a family vacation. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the pool. We will look to return and highly recommend.

Great location

Before purchasing our unit, my wife and I spent many relaxing winter vacations at the La Quinta Resort and Club. The many wonderful amenities which the resort offers convinced us that a condominium unit on the grounds surrounding the resort would be a wise investment. We live in Los Altos Hills which is near San Francisco. Our two children are finished with college and no longer living at home. Our desert home provides us with an excellent opportunity to get together as a family once or twice a year. We trust that your family and friends will also find this oasis to be as enjoyable as we have!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

While I spend most days on the golf course, my wife is most comfortable relaxing in the sun next to the pool with a good book. Whether it's getting together with the kids or with good friends, the nights typically find us at one of the numerous excellent restaurants in the surrounding area. We enjoy the many cultural and sporting events the desert has to offer (Coachella Valley Music Festival, Palm Springs Follies, La Quinta Art Festival, Bob Hope and Nabisco pro golf tournaments, etc.) and know that you will too!
