Nueva casa adosada ubicada en Atlantic Beach, Carolina del Norte

Nuestra casa adosada de tres habitaciones, tres baños y medio es de nueva construcción y está decorada profesionalmente. Esta unidad final da a una piscina comunitaria y tiene vistas del océano desde las cubiertas Master en suite de segundo y tercer nivel. Cocina totalmente equipada, incluido el Sr. Café, tostadora, licuadora ninja y más, incluida una parrilla de carbón para cocinar en el patio. Se proporcionan todas las sábanas, incluidas las toallas de piscina. Televisores en los dos master en suites y uno en la sala de estar abierta; todo con Apple TV. Cada master en suite tiene una terraza privada para su disfrute. El acceso a la playa está justo al otro lado de la calle con un cruce peatonal. Numerosos restaurantes están cerca. Esta es una comunidad nueva y la construcción está en curso, pero no directamente adyacente a esta unidad. Algunas de las unidades directamente entre nuestra unidad y la playa están completas y la construcción se está alejando de nuestra unidad. Al final del día, esta unidad es nueva y está bien equipada como su hogar a su llegada.

Beautiful property, very clean, had everything (and more!) that one would need for a relaxing beach vacation! The proximity to the pool and the beach cannot be beat, it’s an ideal location to stay in Atlantic Beach. We loved our time in this unit and cannot wait to book it again for next year. We are repeat visitors for the 3rd time. Location location and price for this time of year keeps us coming back. We live the pool and direct access thru a walk way directly across the street. Takes 5 mins to get there max. Pool is very large with ample seating. Many days we were only was using pool at various times. Inside is adequately furnished and kitchen supplies met our needs. Dishwasher may need to be replaced soon and mattresses could be replaced soon but we were still able to sleep. Communication was very easy . There are 6. Very nice beach chair and a beach cart on site which was an high packing saver! I’m sure we will rent again! Thanks for sharing your home. Until next time

Great location! So close to all our needs. The gate to enter the pool is just steps from the back patio and the beach is just across the street. When you walk out the front door, turn right and follow the sidewalk between the buildings, that will take you to the crosswalk that leads you to your beach access. The back patio has a hose for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach. There was also a beach wagon to ease carrying your belongings, as well as, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a boogie board, and a few kids toys to play in the sand. Beach towels were provided too! Check in was a breeze with a code provided prior to arrival. The home was beautifully decorated with coastal charm with enough space to be comfortable. The kitchen seemed well stocked. Other extras included that show their exceptional customer service were toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent! Also noticed a jar of feminine products under the bathroom sinks, great for just in case. Washer/dryer made it convenient for keeping clean towels stocked and having all the laundry done prior to departure, so no returning home with dirty clothes! There is also nearby dining and shops! A couple restaurants within walking distance. Host was also responsive to communication. There is a pier at the beach for strolling and a pier at the sound you can fish from, both you can walk to. Great villa!

Family Time

We had a wonderful time with everything we needed provided. The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a meal. The bedrooms were very nice and the mattresses were comfortable. The condo is adjacent to the pool but we never were bothered by the noise. Everyone was well behaved. The beach is just a short walk away and the condo had beach chairs we could borrow along with beach towels and a cart to help take everything over to the beach. The condo is convenient to the grocery store and just a short drive to restaurants over in Morehead where we had excellent meals during the week. The owner was responsive to our questions and got back with us within a short time. We would recommend this rental for a great family vacation.

Best beach rental!

Wow!! We cannot say thank you enough for letting us rent your amazing townhome. The location was perfect! Such an easy walk to the beach access (no stairs) and the pool was so convenient with the patio opening directly to the pool access. I was solo with my 3 kids for 4 days until my husband could get off work mid week. I felt so safe, my kids loved their rooms and everything was so clean and comfy. We hope to book a longer stay in the future. The perfect place for people with kids. Steve was an amazing host and helped out when we had a minor maintenance issue. Incredibly responsive and kind. 10/10 recommend

Great Condo

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and up to date. Has everything needed. The pool is right outside the patio door. This was our second year staying at this condo and we hope to be back next year. Steve is a great host!

Girls beach trip

This condo is perfectly located across the street from beach and literally steps to the pool. This was our second trip to this property, and we return because we love the comfort and convenience of it. It is clean, quiet, and has plenty of seating for the four of us (adults). The hosts are responsive and have provided everything we need for a fun, relaxing vacation.

Amazing Location

We had never been to Atlantic Beach and were looking for somewhere different! We loved it there! So peaceful, calm, great location, amazing pool and everyone was super friendly everywhere we went! We will stay again!

Best Location and Condo

Property is convenient to everything we wanted to get to. The pool is wonderful and just a few steps away. The unit itself had all we needed and was comfortable, clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. This was our 3rd visit and we will be right back here next year hopefully.

Perfect beach townhouse

This property was better in person than the pics! Clean, new and in the best spot. Great perks like beach chairs, wagon, games, towels. We had 3 kids ages 5 to 8 and they had a great time too. Property is a 5 min walk to the beach and right across the pool.

Awesome Vacation Rental

This vacation rental was everything we hoped for. It was very clean and comfortable and is furnished with everything we needed. The pool was right outside the patio door and the ocean is just across the street. Steve was a great host. We hope to stay again next year. I highly recommend.

Fabulous as Always

This is our fifth time staying at this property and it is perfect every time. The home is clean, has everything you need to have a fabulous stay, and the owners are super helpful and responsive. We left a pair of glasses at their property and they notified us, then shipped them to us.

Great location and accommodations

2nd time renting here and likely not the last! 2-3 min walk to beach access directly across the street with walkway for crossing. Has everything we need inside the home for a great week. Beach cart wa a high plus! We love the pool and spent much time there mingling with other vacationers. Even hooked back up with some visitors from our other stays. Nice and quite with numerous restaurants close by if u choose to eat out. Food lion 5 mins away and Publix about 2ins at Emerald Isle. Thanks for hosting us!

Relaxing comfortable stay!

Relaxing, beautiful, clean home. We loved how convenient the the home was to the pool and beach access. We appreciated that paper products and basic supplies were already there so we could check in before running to the grocery. The bedrooms were comfortable and space was great for family members to spread out. We have stayed in this complex several times and loved this unit best!!!

This home is beautiful, and the location is perfect! Very convenient to the community pool and the beach access. This was our first visit to Atlantic Beach, and we loved this little oceanside town.
