Both bedrooms are on the top floor, just steps from the full hall bathroom — keeping the main level open for cooking, dining and relaxing.

Bedroom 1 (Master) is a calm retreat with a plush king bed, coastal décor, a ceiling fan, a large dresser and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Soft natural light and room-darkening curtains make it easy to sleep in after a long day on the water.

Bedroom 2 features two double beds, a ceiling fan, navy room-darkening curtains, a dresser with a flat-screen TV, and cozy bedding — perfect for kids, friends or a second couple.

The top-floor full hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a marble-top vanity, shared by both bedrooms. A half bath on the main living level means no running upstairs during meals or porch time. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels and a hair dryer.

The main level is bright and open, professionally decorated by a local interior design firm with original artwork throughout. The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (French-door refrigerator, electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave), a Keurig, blender, toaster and a full set of cookware and dishes. A breakfast bar with two stools opens to the dining area, where a round table for four sits under a gold pendant light.

The living room has a comfy sectional, a flat-screen TV above a decorative fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open straight onto the porch and canal views.

The covered back porch is the heart of this home — a large dining table for 6, a row of Adirondack chairs, a ceiling fan and string lights, all overlooking the canal. Watch the boats go by with your morning coffee, then gather around the Solo Stove as the sun sets over the water.

Downstairs, the ground-level patio has a charcoal grill and picnic table, and the dock leads out to your private boat lift. The deep-water canal gives quick access to Bogue Sound and out through Beaufort Inlet to the Atlantic — fishing, sandbar days, the wild horses of Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout are all an easy trip by boat.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, the open living and dining area, the covered waterfront porch, the ground-level patio with charcoal grill and picnic table, the dock and the private boat lift. The backyard is fenced and shared with a neighbor. Free on-site parking in the driveway. Entry is via keypad — check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.

☀ Boat lift use requires proof of boat insurance and a signed boat lift agreement before arrival
☀ The boat lift fits boats with a beam (width) of up to 8 feet. At very low tide the lift may not lower fully — just wait for the tide to come in
☀ The boat lift remote is on the foyer table
☀ Solo Stove fire pit is provided for outdoor use only — please never leave a fire unattended
☀ The living room fireplace is decorative only and not for use
☀ No smoking or vaping inside the property
