This home sleeps six. The space is open and bright, featuring spacious covered terraces perfect for group outdoor dining, cocktails, and enjoying the sunset!

Great location in friendly safe area to go for family strolls taking in all the views of the water. Beautiful views of the water for morning coffee and evening meals. Very clean home with an amazing waterfront dock.

Water front home with boat lift

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Great communication with owners. I highly recommend this home. The boat lift was nice to have especially if you have a boat and enjoy going out on the water. Great location, close to everything. We took our dog so the fenced in yard was great! The house is just as described on Vrbo.

Lovely getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, clean, and you could not ask for a better view. We spent most of our time sitting out on the covered back deck enjoying the breeze. Would highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway

Very nice property - the property was as described and was very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager was very good and prompt. No issues at all. Great property to bring your boat! Will look at staying there again.

Lovely home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. The view was spectacular and the rental was perfect. The neighbor was extremely helpful and very nice. Would definitely go again!!

Great Location perfect for Pets

Having the lift for the boat was a huge plus - the neighbors are great and made the experience even better! The fenced yard for pets is amazing and being close to everything both on land and by boat made for a great trip!

AMAZING

We just left this property on 7/28 after a weeks stay & it was one of our favorite trips ever for the whole family, even a fenced in back yard for the dog. The boat slip was so helpful and got used often! The entire house is very clean and well stocked. The area was perfect so the kids could walk to the surf shops and to get ice cream right around the corner every evening! The house host was super efficient and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect property for us

This was our second stay at Bottoms up and we enjoyed it once again! Had everything we needed. Perfect place to stay if you have a boat! Wonderful neighbors and beautiful covered deck with the storms that rolled through. We enjoyed sitting and watching the rain and beautiful sunrises. Thank you again!

Dog friendly property in Atlantic Beach

Bottoms Up is a nice place to stay with or without a dog. There are alot of stairs so make sure no one, including your dog, has mobility issues. The covered back deck with a gate that enabled us to contain our dog to that area was great. He could be outside soaking up the sights and smells while we could be inside and watch him with ease. The king size bed in the Master Bedroom was divine!! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to see a table top fan at the bedside. We sleep with a fan beside our bed at home so this, coupled with a comfortable mattress, helped us sleep soundly every night. The property is so dog friendly they even provided two dog beds, dog towels, and water bowls. All of the appliances—tv, lamps, etc. worked just fine. We didn’t have a boat so we didn’t have need to use the boat lift. We felt the distance to the beach was too far for us to walk, especially with our senior dog, so we drove to the Atlantic Beach public beach access parking which is easy to get to from the property. Thank you, Ben, for allowing us to enjoy some rest and relaxation at Bottoms Up.

Great getaway!

Enjoyed our stay at Bottoms Up, kitchen had everything we needed and the lift for our boat was very easy to use. The only downfall was the weather! Lots of rain!

Beach escape

As always, the house was perfect and had everything we could need. It was so wonderful to get away and enjoy coffee on the porch, days out on the boat and evenings relaxing.

We came to "Bottoms Up" for a week with our 2 kids and had a wonderful time. The location is great and the view on the back porch is amazing. We hope to be back soon!!

Great property for boaters!

We had a wonderful time at Bottoms Up! A very unique property where you can bring your dogs and boat. Even though it rained the first few days, the covered deck was really amazing and still kept us outside. We played board games courtesy of Susy! We felt very welcomed and would love to come stay again.
