Una hermosa vista desde esta vista al mar 2 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños casa de la ciudad tiene suficiente para dormir seis. Hay un baño convenientemente ubicado abajo. Está amueblado con un rey en la suite principal, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama. Hay dos televisores, dos reproductores de DVD y un estéreo para su placer visual. Cocina totalmente equipada. La unidad tiene una lavadora / secadora y su propio acceso a Internet para guardar su teléfono en datos. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this condo had many problems including the freezer, the A/C, the dishwasher which was finally replaced on Friday the day before our departure, the tub faucet assembly which was replaced with another used one, etc.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been going to Summerhouse over 20 years but #217 was the worst unit ever. The A/C doesn’t cool the upstairs bedrooms and the toilet clogs with every other use. The kitchen is very poorly equipped with no big bowls or pots.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit- location, view and furnishing. One very negative- no hot water the first night due to defective water heater- was 4 pm on second day before plumber could replace the water heater. Should have been checked earlier in the day!

One thing is the hide a bed was not clean when opened - had dirty sheets but we washed them and was fine. I think they just forgot to clean that area because if was not open when cleaning company came.

Definitely not worth the price

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: About the only good thing about this condo was the view - Ocean view on both levels. Condo was a bit dirty; we washed and vacuumed it, but tried to avoid spending much time in it - we rented two for seven of us. Our other rental was great. Anyway, this one was not well maintained; clearly not well cared for, just the minimum of supplies/amenities to keep rented. Walls/moulding need repair; minimal decorations; carpet dirty and stained; cheap/uncomfortable bed, cheapest and minimal linens/towels/dishes/appliances. Not much love put in this one. Wouldn't stay again or recommend even at half the price until updated quite a bit.

Thoroughly enjoyed the classes and activities offered this year post pandemic. Very appreciative for the care and maintenance given to the property. Thank you to the office personnel for their expertise in handling our questions/concerns and their smiling faces. Met so many wonderful people from all over the country. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful beach, Nice Condo

We choose the condo on how it looks, decorations, colors, comfort. The condo we stayed in (217) couch was not what was advertised. It was a dark blue not the bright, multi color shown in the picture. May sound silly but we walked in and were immediately disappointed. Also the master bedroom was quite warm, air conditioning didn’t quite cool the large, high ceiling room.
