Overall experience was good. The location was pretty convenient access to the beach (a fairly short walk). It was also reasonably close to all of the places we wanted to visit. The interior of the condo was comfortable and met our needs. The mattress was a bit softer than we prefer, but it got the job done. Would certainly stay there again if back in the area.

We had such a lovely time in St Augustine. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners were great with communication which made the whole process so easy.Everyone we encountered around the property was so nice and friendly. Access to the beach was an easy walk, which gave us an opportunity to meet some of our neighbors.There were lots of fun shops and great restaurants close by. I highly recommend this condo for a fun, relaxing vacation at the beach.

good place for families

We loved the location---we are older and there were lots of kids so be aware of that, finding a quiet spot to relax on the beach or at the pool was a bit hard at times, but kids are kids. Lots of spots to eat close by and the condo itself was nice---saw lots of different birds outside while there, cormorants, roseate spoonbills, wood storks and more!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay!

Short walk to the the beach. Short drive to St Augustine. The condo was clean and the owner was easy to contact. Loved my morning tea on the porch looking at the pond and greenery.

Quiet pleasant place

We enjoyed our stay.. the A/C was not working but the owner got right on the problem and had it fixed quickly and was very pleasant to work with. The pool area is beautiful and we love the beach. It was a bit of a walk to get to the beach but easily accessible..

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was the perfect beach getaway. It was walking distance to the beach and close to the pool. There are numerous activities within walking distance. I loved spending our nights on the back porch watching the ducks. Can’t wait to return!

St Augustine Beach

Nice property. Only a short stay and weather was chilly so pool which looked inviting was not accessed. Boardwalk to the beach was great. Lovely place to access the beach.

Great setup for a family of 6

We were very happy with the condo. It was a five minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants and attractions, and grocery stores. The condo was well appointed and spacious.

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed with the exception of good beach chairs and perhaps a cart to help you take your things to the beach. .

Great place! Great Value

The condo was close to everything and is exactly as it looks in the photos. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon area out back. Beach is a very easy walk inside the neighborhood. Owner is very responsive when we had a question and will definitely stay here again if we go back to the area. Having such a nice place made the last family trip to the beach with my parents special.

Spring Break

Property was very clean and had everything we needed to make it through the week. The patio in that back had a wonderful area to sit and watch the wild birds and ducks in the small pond. The condo had plenty of room and the furniture and beds were very comfortable

St Augustine Seawinds

This unit was perfect for our family. Everyone slept well as the beds were very nice. We cooked every meal and the kitchen was stocked well. It was a short walk to the pool which was great because that’s where we spent a lot of time. In the early morning..walks on the beach were incredible. We will stay in this unit again.,
