Este condominio totalmente renovado en el cuarto piso tiene una hermosa vista del océano a través del patio y justo más allá de nuestra piscina frente al mar. Podrá relajarse en el amplio balcón y escuchar las olas del océano. Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y un paseo en la ducha en el baño principal. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama y un sofá cama con una combinación de bañera / ducha en el baño de visitas. El tercer dormitorio es el "nido de cuervo", que duerme dos en construido en literas de dos camas individuales. También hay una cuna portátil en este condominio para el miembro más joven de su familia. Este condominio familiar incluye Wi-Fi, juegos y películas para que las familias pueden tener tiempo de calidad tanto dentro como fuera de la piscina o la playa.

Wonderful vacation condo.

We stayed here for spring break with our family, including children. The place is spacious and very well equipped. The view of the ocean is wonderful and there are great activities, including a playground. The beach is wonderful sand and has seashells too. We are picky vacationers and we think you'll love it!

Great Beach Condo

Nice condo with great beach! Condo was clean, well appointed and included a closet full of beach toys and boogie boards. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots and pans which made cooking easy. Great pool area and the boardwalk out to the beach was very nice. The beach here is wide and the white sugar sand is amazing. Close to restaurants and activities it is a great place to stay.

The facility is great with an awesome pool and courtyard area. Beach access was nice but there are steps which makes pulling a beach cart a bit tough. With that being said we would stay here again.

Kitchen is smaller than I thought it would be but that didn’t impact how much we enjoyed it. Bunk bed mattresses are kind of firm, not super comfy. Child slept on couch instead.

Great Family Holiday Trip

Our family rented this condo so that we could spend New Year's together. We had originally tried to find a place in downtown St. Augustine, but I was so glad we couldn't! Our condo at Colony Reef was perfect! We enjoyed our view of the water, walking on the beach each morning, and even the hot tub! We were still close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the sights. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable! Plenty of seating for the 6 of us, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We needed more towels and baking sheets, but the office had both readily available. Check in and check out was very easy. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be some games and maybe some staples like Saran wrap/foil etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!

Good Condo not my favorite

to start with the positive- it was beautiful, clean, great location, easy access to the beach! negative-for the price I would expect to have enough supplies to get me through the entire trip not just a couple of days (toilet paper, trash bags) some simple body wash and shampoo and this place doesn't offer that. We are on vacation what would do with the extra supplies WE buy-we have to leave them. We use VRBO often and this is only the second time I have come across a place only providing supplies for the first couple of days, it will be something I will pay more attention to in the future. The beds were super comfy, and we did leave behind some fun beach supplies for the kids including two toddler life jackets for others to enjoy.

clean up after your stay

a guest is told to empty refrig., strip beds, take out trash . basically an hour of work for over 60. i wasnt given extra time for this. many rules to follow and you MUST read all of them because they will charge for an additional day or possibly jailed it All rules are not followed. The rules are NOT listed in an easy to see location in the room. They are in your Welcome packet when you arrive. I hated that the rules were demanding and not friendly AT ALL i paid a cleaning fee when renting the room. Cleaning people need to clean or be replaced. we will not be back.

Hi Dennelle, I am sorry you did not have a good experience, however you will find our checkout procedure is the same as any checkout procedure you would receive when staying in a privately owned home. We are not a hotel, so yes we ask our guests to take the trash out and empty out the refrigerator before they leave. If you would have asked for more time to complete these simple tasks we would have gladly given you additional time. I think it's an unfair statement to provide a review that states you would be "jailed" if you did not follow the property rules. We are disappointed because condo 1412 is a beautiful condo that is well loved, and providing a review like this impacts this owner negatively. In the future I would recommend renting a hotel room if you felt the rules are too demanding. Thanks, Natalie D.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, the beach and the overall property itself. The condo itself is in need of upgrading. The beds, especially the master were in bad shape. It seemed like the mattress in the master had a bandaid added to try and fix, but it made it worse. The fitted sheet did not fit, and the foam topper was like sleeping in apple sauce. Had to move a mattress from the top bunk to replace the mattress on day bed so my daughter could sleep there. I would recommend the complex, but not this unit until updates are completed.

Called & it couldn’t be fixed until Monday (we left Saturday). We had 2 small kids that crawled around, the carpets could use a shampoo & the floors need mopped & the master bedroom has dust on the picture behind the bed that caused some sinus issues. We love the balcony, the pools, the beach area! We’ll be back.
