Esta propiedad cuenta con 3 cabañas súper lindas de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Las 3 cabañas son iguales y están una al lado de la otra. Es el lugar perfecto para un fin de semana tranquilo en el agua. La sala de estar / cocina / comedor abierta tiene pisos de madera dura, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y muchos asientos para todos. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar su pesca del día y también hay una mesa de desayuno para el café de la mañana o un lugar rápido para alimentar a los niños. Fuera de la sala de estar hay todos los muebles nuevos, una mesa con capacidad para 6, una sala de sol y un sofá cama Queen para espacio adicional. Al final del pasillo encontrará el dormitorio principal con una cama King size y un baño en suite. La ducha es increíble y también hay lavabos dobles. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera comparten un baño que es igualmente maravilloso. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y el tercero una litera completa. Esta casa dormirá un total de 10 personas. Afuera encontrarás el muelle privado más increíble. Puedes traer tu bote y amarrarlo en el muelle y la pesca nocturna es increíble bajo las luces. Se permiten 2 botes en cada unidad MÁXIMO - Cargo de $ 25 por bote adicional. Se permite 1 perro MAX en cada unidad.

Cada unidad se encuentra entre enormes robles y tiene su propia cochera con un almacenamiento privado cerrado para sus cosas. Estas casas también se encuentran a poca distancia en automóvil de Rockport Beach y la caza de patos de clase mundial está justo afuera de su puerta trasera. Family Vacay

The houses were great. Worked very well for our large group. Really the only disappointment was the pier abd dock. They have not been maintained. We could not leave our boat tied up and the pier. Grown up weeds and missing boards made it hard to enjoy with small children. Otherwise, the houses and layouts were great and worked well with our large group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 5 families that stayed in the Pier Haven houses ABC and we all had a great time together and Pier Haven was perfect for giving us some fun and some comfort to relax and enjoy at. I heard one complaint about the master bedroom in C , the bed needs updating. We bbqed we cooked we fished we relaxed watched the sun come up over the bay and saw dolphins having a great time close to shore.

Great Stay!

We had a great time on this property! There were about 27 of us and we all fit comfortably within the 3 houses. We didn’t catch a lot of fish but we enjoyed fishing off the pier! All 3 houses were very clean upon arrival. Mosquitoes were not too bad. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was great to stay on, right near the ocean and a short drive from food options in town. Whooping cranes just down the street!

No Maintenance service

Overall the location is great. Interior were mostly clean except sofa beds. We have call for maintenance services multiple times. Though we were told that maintenance people will come, but nobody showed up, which is not good.

Be prepared

The place was excellent as far as normal things but if you book this place bring your own lawn chairs and outdoor tables. Also, bring your own outdoor activities such as horseshoes, corn hole, etc..... Another drawback is there is no place for a big group to gather, cook, and eat.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival place was nice and as described except for the use and condition of the pier/kayak ramp.one of the main reasons why we chose this place. INFESTED with mosquitos, sprayed several times and it was pretty bad, couldnt enjoy time outside with family. Dryer in unit b detroyed some of our clothes since it gets caught on the vent filter that does not go all the way down. Houses were a little warm. Doors didnt shut correctly. Kinda weird that the onsite person stayed in the house as you walk to the peir,maybe not to others but to me it was. All in all it was nice just still had some kinks to it.

Disappointed

The property offered plenty of space but we had several issues: The private pier (main reason we vacationed) was destroyed and unusable, the property is INFESTED with mosquitoes- our babies were constantly being bitten, we had to buy several cans of foggers to help deter them somewhat, and the main gate was not working for at least a day. We had to manually open the other gate to get in/out.

Disappointed, but made the best of it

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying here for our annual company fishing trip. We were disappointed, but understood the reason the dock was down. There were quite a few small issues with the houses, like doors not closing correctly, doorknobs only half working, and the ceiling in the first house (unit A) was cracked and falling in. We had issues with the fire alarms going off for no reason, one went off at 3:00 am when everyone was asleep, another went off while dicing onions, oven and stove not turned on yet. Couldn't find trash bags or brooms. We never interacted with the hosts, and when we saw them on the property before check-out, we got no acknowledgement from them at all. We love coming here, but quality has been going downhill every year it seems.

Great for the whole family

We had multiple families staying and it was great that we were able to spread out into the three cottages. Everyone loved being able to fish all day and night. Although when they say to park in or near the car ports, be sure to listen. One of our guests visited for the day and didnt park in the right spot for 15 minutes and the onsite guy came and yelled at my mother in law. That was the only downside of the whole visit.

Wonderful spot!

We had a fantastic stay with a large group of 20. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of outdoor space to barbecue and fry fish. The view was lovely, we fished along the pier, and we were un close proximity to the beach, restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Pier Heaven we during our company fishing vacation.There we 20 guys, and all were comfortable. Most of the guys fished on the pier almost all night. Due to the private nature of the property, there were no concerns of disturbing the neighbors which is a good thing for our bunch because there was some sort of activity activity going on almost 24/7. No question that we will try to get this place next year.

Reviewer Comments: Me and my family would like to thank the staff and owners of property, we had a nice fun vacation stay for the weekend. the setup was nice the rooms were nice we even love the fishing Pierre dock to ourselves. I would say the only slight negative part was when we arrived we were told to look around and take pictures of anything we saw out of the ordinary, once we got there I did take 3 pictures.that was 3 stains on the couch and cabin C and also in cabin C the barbecue grill was not cleaned correctly. We did not use the grill that weekend. But other than that the stay was very comfortable and nice our family enjoyed it we will definitely be back!!!!

Nice place for fishing, need keep up minor detail’s

It was a nice place to use overall. Two suggestions below: 1. Not enough towels and soup if 10 people stay at the house for two days. 2. Have control of AC. AC was preset and was too cold. Few maintenance issue for unit B: 1. The coffee pot was not clean and has mold. 2. The restroom flushing is not working, the shutoff valve was broken. Management said they’ll come fix the next morning. However, later said the plumber cannot come until Monday. So it was not fix at the time of our stay. 3. The Queen size bed room light is not working. 4. The fan and fan light is not working.
