Esta casa de campo súper linda de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es el lugar perfecto para un fin de semana tranquilo en el agua. La sala de estar / cocina / comedor abierta tiene pisos de madera dura, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y muchos asientos para todos. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar su pesca del día y también hay una mesa de desayuno para el café de la mañana o un lugar rápido para alimentar a los niños. Fuera de la sala de estar hay todos los muebles nuevos, una mesa con capacidad para 6, una sala de sol y un sofá cama Queen para espacio adicional. Al final del pasillo encontrará el dormitorio principal con una cama King size y un baño en suite. La ducha es increíble y también hay lavabos dobles. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera comparten un baño que es igualmente maravilloso. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y el tercero una litera completa. Esta casa dormirá un total de 10 personas. En el exterior encontrará el muelle más increíble solo para las 5 casas de este complejo. Puedes traer tu bote y amarrarlo en el muelle y la pesca nocturna es increíble bajo las luces. Se permiten 2 botes MAX en esta unidad: cargo de $ 25 por bote adicional. 1 perro MAX permitido en esta unidad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very satisfied. The exterior itself needs to be repainted to look more like the pic advertised. I was a surprised that there were no larger frying pans available to use. There were no forks at all. We loved the large bathroom and shower in the master bedroom. We enjoyed fishing off the peer although we just fed the fish. Fun adventure overall.

Beautiful and clean disappointed no pier

As a family we had a choice between a house with a pier or a swimming pool we all voted for the house with a pier so we could all fish. After reading the reviews we decided on this house. VERY VERY VERY disappointed that the pier was not functional. Wish management would have told us before booking. We are aware you cannot control the weather damage but wish we would have known before booking a nonrefundable stay. We were told there was a short pier but could not find it.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely loved interacting with the managing company and employe Nina with Rockport Escape. The unit was a cute stay. However as soon as we walked in we could smell mold, I became sick. The “overseer” on-site was abrupt when we were dropping off our fishing gear close to the pier. There is a driveway, we did not drive on any grass. The overseer, abruptly came out of this house and stated “you can not do that! You have to move! You can’t park there! The owners are in town you have to move!” My husband asked why, I stepped in and told him we were simply dropping off our fishing gear and would move. He reinforced we couldn’t stay parked in that area. If he would have calmly spoken to us we could have explained what we were about to do. Needless to say we will not be staying at the property again. However would love to deal with Rockport Escapes and Nina. Thank you

What a beautiful place!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was as wonderful as the ladies who booked it for me. There were 14 family members from Oklahoma, Oregon and Texas and they loved every minute of it. The place was quite, clean, extremely spacious with plenty of comfortable beds and the shade trees made for excellent evening cookouts. We caught lots of trout from the pier and even got to watch a few lightening storms and a huge moon rise. We are already looking at the website and deciding on dates for next year!!!

Fishing trip 2022

Clean and well provided with kitchen utensils/supplies and toiletries. There is enough room in the living area for everyone to gather. Location is peaceful. We feel safe. Enjoyed the morning sunrises and nighttime views at the pier. We already considered it for another fishing trip.

Lovely 3/2 on a nice little property. Nice, comfortable accommodations. The pier was excellent & great for catching crabs at night. Also loved that we could dock our boats there

Right next to the free boat ramp on the Copano bridge, it also has extensive beautiful decking and a long lighted pier all facing out over the water. The homes themselves are clean, quiet and updated with full everything. The gated access makes this property extra safe. Thank you for helping me make my holiday one of the best ever!

Pretty Nice

Great location, nice pier, but house itself was older and had to share the space with a few roaches, some dead some alive. Overall a good experience but pest control was an issue.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful site for a family Christmas. Water access and pier T head is wonderful. The view is exceptional and one of the best on the Texas coast. Grounds are well maintained. Owners were present and a joy to visit with. However, there were dead roaches in one of the units; Spectrum TV did not work in one of the units; the screened porch area in one of the units had not been swept. Dish soap was not provided in one of the units. I feel instructions for the TV operation should be written out since there are three different power on buttons on two devices. For Roku novices I did not know to scroll down to find the Spectrum window. Spectrum technician was there prior to checkout and he and property manager did not ask permission to enter. In my opinion TV's and AC units should be checked prior to guest arrival so as not to sully an otherwise good experience. Also instructions required BBQ pit cleaning--did not specify whether this just required a brushing of the grill or removal of ashes and if so did not specify where ashes were to be disposed of. On site property manager should take care of this--takes about 5 minutes at most. In my opinion guests should not be asked to do this. Property check in and out per management group was fine.

Nice and quiet

Enjoy the stay. The house we stayed was clean and very comfortable. Caught my first drum fish in their pier. The pier need repairing but it’s still useable. We are coming back soon. Property maintenance was very nice.

Location was secured. Pier was beautiful!! Only downfall was bad fishing location. Not sure why but only caught baby hard heads. But everything was great. Our family planning to rent all 3 houses on the property for a reunion soon. On site maintenance guy was not nosey or always looking. He'll come when you need. Which is GREAT! NO DISHWASH Sponge OR LAUNDRY DETERGENT as well as hair blow dryer. Had to buy all those on our own. Overall highly recommend.

Thank you very much for a great place to stay. Our family had a great time fishing on the great pier. House had plenty of room for all 8 of us. This is a vacation that we have been doing for the last 4 year. Looking forward to our next 4th July.

Nice and quite for long weekend gateway

We really enjoyed our time at Rockport. The property is a secluded, but still close to everything. Private pier, great for young anglers, and boat parking, for more serous types, are huge plus. I would highly recommend!

Relaxing Long Weekend

This property is great! It’s clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a toaster, dishes, silverware, serving platters, bowls, knives and a full size washer and dryer. Our party was 6 people plus an infant and a dog. We all were comfortable for the entire stay. Location is good. Not far from the center of Rockport, and not far from the big bridge over Copano Bay. One drawback was the pier underwater light went out while we were there. However, everyone in our party caught fish anyway. It was an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.
