Loved my stay, unique experience! I’ve never been on a houseboat before and it was really lovely! It was so relaxing sitting on the porch and watching the beautiful vessels come in and out. The house boat itself was clean, bright, and well appointed. Wish I could’ve stayed more than 2 nights!

We had a great stay on this houseboat in Pensacola. The location was peaceful and scenic, with great water views, yet still convenient to town and nearby attractions. Waking up on the water and enjoying mornings and evenings on the deck was a highlight.The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made the stay easy from start to finish. A unique and relaxing experience—we’d happily stay here again.

This place was very nice and didn't disappoint. Everything was clean and smelled good inside. None of the furniture or anything had bad smells. I am a big "smell" person and this one passes my "smell test" 100%. Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our staycation. We will definitely be back and rent again.

Everything was as advertised. Check-in was easy. The houseboat was clean. comfortable and well-appointed. The downtown area, with its many eateries, bars and shops, was a short walk. The drive to Pensacola Beach across the long bridge was relatively quick with a beautiful view of the bay. All guests couldn't be more pleased with the experience at Seville Harbor Marina.

Relaxing retreat

We stayed here over Easter weekend and we have a wonderful time. The place is so cute and relaxing. Quiet and comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves. We most definitely will be staying again.

Perfect Family getaway

Our family of 5 stayed for 7 days. The accommodations were nice and clean. AC worked great (June in Pensacola!). What an amazing place to stay, on the water. We took out 22' boat for a quick getaway to the beach and fish.

The property was clean, very convenient for a sailboat regatta at Pensacola yacht club. Was able park Boat near boathouse. Super convenient and very cool place for a weekend.
