The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay. There is a separate upper level space accessed from outside of house that is not a part of this rental.

Due to safety concerns related to the hot tub, dock, and waterfront, children under 12 must be supervised at all times, and the hot tub is not permitted for use by children under 12.
