Beautiful

House and landscaping are beautiful. Roomy. Nice pool and hot tub, easy to heat. Owner very hospitable. Can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous 5-Star!

We chose this home for our first snowbird getaway away, a month long stay and it did not disappoint! The home is beautifully decorated and well laid out, with main and second bedroom each having an en-suite plus a 3rd bath with entrance to the pool; was perfect for 2 couples and extra guests. The kitchen was well stocked with any cookware, dishes and glassware we needed when we chose to eat in. We enjoyed the lanai and pool daily and it was a huge bonus to have access to umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon when we chose to drive to the beach instead! Vincent was very responsive to our questions/requests. Thanks for the use of this gorgeous home!!

Great stay!

Great house. Everything was as expected or better. Only thing we would have liked beter might be a full size coffee maker instead of K-cups. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing stay!

The house is lovely, very modern and clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and a nice utility room. We loved the beautiful private pool and spa area, it was where we spent most of our time,…(happy to see the pool cage was back up post Ian too!). We did have a few questions related to pool and thermostat controls, etc., Vincent responded right away, even checked back with us later to make sure everything was good! Overall a fantastic stay! We would definitely recommend this property!

Gorgeous house and property

The house was stunning. It was very clean, and in perfect condition. I couldn't have ask for a better experience. Publix and Farmer Joe's are both close, so getting food was easy. My family lives on the north side of Cape, so it was nice to be so close to them to visit. The only thing I could possibly add to the house would be a small rug by the patio door, as the floor is slippery coming in from the pool. I moved one of the bathroom rugs to help while we were there, and it worked fine. I would 100% stay there again. No complaints.

Richardson’s 2023 family vacation

We loved the modern high end this place had to offered. It was very clean, we’ve enjoyed the salt water pool bbq day on the deck was excellent. Will definitely come back to this particular home.

Beautiful Clean Home!

The house was even nicer in person. Vincent was very helpful and prompt with responses. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Beds were very plush and comfy. We had everything we needed in this home! Everyone had their own bathroom which was very nice. My fiancé does home remodeling and had nothing but nice things to say about the workmanship in this exquisitely finished and decorated home.

Nice weekend visiting Family

Gorgeous house with everything you need to have a great vacation, very spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes, utensils, nice towels & bedding. Pool was absolutely wonderful. Vincent was very responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely be back again!!

Great getaway!

My family and I all really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, pool was amazing and all was perfect for us. We loved everything about the heated pool and hot tub…it was a must have for us on this vacation. All appliances were new and we loved the big tv in the family room before bedtime with the family! Ahead of our stay, Vincent was very accommodating due to us have a 2 year old. He ordered a new pack n play (and a surprise high chair) for us…and the high chair was amazing! We spent very moment we could outside. We had full sun all day at the pool and a perfect breeze. Having the seating and dining in the shade was great when we needed to escape the sun for a bit too. Lounge chairs and adirondack chairs were a must and loved. We packed a Stearns puddle jumper thinking we needed it, but there were several of them outside in the storage area, along with other pool toys, floats and noodles. There is also an electric pump if any floats get low. No need to pack those! The only thing we were disappointed with was not knowing the screened in cover was missing prior to booking. The pool area was gorgeous with or without, but we didn’t book another place for this reason. With that said, we would not hesitate in staying here again! We know that if we needed anything at all, Vincent would have been more than accommodating! Thanks for opening your home to us!

Lovely Family Stay

This property is very beautiful. Has everything you need for a family vacation. Though the lanai is gone due to the hurricane, the outdoor space was very nice to enjoy from morning to night… Vincent was a wonderful host. Definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy Cape Coral and the surrounding areas.

Fantastic home, great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was modern, spotless and very comfortable. The neighborhood had several homes under construction but we never noticed any noise. As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen was spot on with high quality pots, pans and utensils. We enjoyed our meals outside on the lanai which was well appointed with a lounging area, a dining table and several pool chairs. The pool and spa were top notch and we loved the outdoor shower. Our host was very responsive to our request for extra linens for the blow up bed when we had an extra guest. Overall a really nice experience and we would (and have) recommend staying at this home if you are heading to the Ft. Myers or Cape Coral area.

If i can rate this property with a 10 star, I would definitely do so! Vincent’s property is so beautiful, modern & clean! It looks better in person than in the pictures. I have extreme high expectations in cleanliness and very ocd. Not only is this property was spotless, everything in the house was brand new and equipped with all daily necessities! Just bring your suitcase here and you will not regret booking Vincent’s place. Vincent is so nice and very accommodating. My family enjoyed the house & brand new pool in the yard. Nice neighborhood n very convenient to Publix & restaurants. We will be back.
