El estudio en Croftville Road

Nuestro alojamiento muy espacioso fue construido originalmente como un estudio de artistas. Mantuvimos el concepto abierto con increíbles luces del cielo e iluminación en la cocina y el baño. Las ventanas en la parte delantera del estudio dan al lago Superior. El espacio para dormir está separado del comedor y la sala de estar. Además, el cuarto de baño está separado del baño para acomodar mejor el uso de las instalaciones. Deck on the Lake está disponible para los huéspedes.

We were a family of 5 including 2 teens and the studio had all we needed and more. It was well stocked, perfectly located, and made for a wonderful home away from home.

The Studio was exactly as advertised and absolutely perfect for 2 adults, and our dog. Check-in was a breeze and Lynn was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Having the toilet separate from the shower is a great idea. Everything was cozy and clean. We could walk across the street and down a few steps to a wonderful rocky beach to hunt for agates, or just listen to the majestic waves crashing onto the shore. The moon reflecting on the lake was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

The Studio was an ideal venue for our first trip to the North Shore. Clean and spacious accommodation in a quiet area on the shore of Lake Superior, yet close enough to Grand Marais for a daily, 3-minute morning trip to Java Moose downtown before starting our exploration of the area. Lynn was a great host, very responsive to any questions we had. Having great internet access and no TV were both great perks. We'll be back!

I can't imagine a more pet friendly place with a nicer location than the Studio on Croftville Rd!It was absolutely perfect for me and my pups! I appreciated the little touches like towels to wipe their feet and covers for the furniture to keep their hair off. The view is incredible and we loved the dock and the beach! We liked the grassy area across the road. Where the boys could stretch their legs and play a bit. I used the queen bed, which was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the view of the lake from the sofa and the dining room table.Thank you Lynn! Teresa, Zeke & Jackson

We are repeat visitors of the Croftville Studio, since we love it so much. The location is ideal and Lynn truly cares about her visitors, checking in and making sure we have what we need. Our pup also loves it and we appreciate those small touches like dog dishes and covers for the furniture. We will be back!

What a beautiful studio! The location was perfect, including a beautiful deck right on the shore shore of Lake Superior, with only 4 steps down to the beach!Everything that you could ever need was available in the studio! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and exudes "Minnesota Nice!"I highly recommend and definitely will return!!!

Studio Stay

The Studio was the perfect place for us to spend a 3 night get-away. We spent most of our time hiking, but our time spent at the Studio provided everything we needed, especially the wonderful, easy access to the lake. The quiet, beautiful, naturally landscaped neighborhood was relaxing, yet all the conveniences of town were just minutes away. Would definitely recommend staying at The Studio.

Winter Getaway

My husband & I needed a reprieve, so we went North for some relaxation time with our pups. This location had so much space, was right across from the water, close to town, and best yet, was super dog-friendly! We will definitely be back & I'd recommend this listing to future travelers :)

Quant studio

It has most anything you’d need for your stay on the north shore. It’s really easy to find/quick drive from town. Plenty of space for 2 plus our medium sized dog.

Making memories at the Studio

Friends of 40+ years made more memories together at this cute little studio! Accommodations were comfortable for the 3 of us plus 1 furry friend. Everything we needed was right there; a well finished kitchenette, a cozy fireplace, a nice view of the lake, and great access to the lake in a very quiet neighborhood. Lynn is a fabulous host and was very accommodating to making us feel welcome in her Studio.

Simple and comfortable

I stayed with my 2 Soft Coated wheaten terriers. Close to town and trails. Road is quiet and lake is visible from property. Rental is clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning available, so the summer may get warm, The nighttime temperatures were in their 50s, so it was perfect when I stayed.

Relaxing weekend on the North Shore

The loft is very well equipped and in a great location. It's easy to access from Grand Marais and served as the perfect base camp to take in all the area had to offer. The loft is roomy, comfortable, and quiet. The only sounds were of the waves on the rocks. We Look forward to returning.

Relaxing stay

This was a cute open concept space. It was nice to be right across the street from the beach and be able to access a private beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable including the trundle bed. I enjoyed how accommodating it was to bring a dog.

Croft I’ll road

Had a pleasant stay here. Nice road to walk up and down along the lake. Quiet peaceful place. The studio worked out well for us. It was as advertised.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Doesn’t get any prettier that Grand Marais. If you’re lucky the aurora is active. However, Grand Marais is one of the few dark spots left in US. The sky at night is amazing. If you are here during a full moon and with our skylights, you’ll think someone left the lights on outside. The lake can be very active and amazing as well. Our local photographers have captured some gorgeous sights.
