A nice little house

Great Place

Love the river!! Small appearance on outside but very spacious and roomy inside. New watering hole opening down the street. Walk or take your boat. Will be back again!!!

Do yourself a favor and don't book here.

Very disappointed!! Property extremely misrepresented. Clean and sanitary isn't in their vocabulary...very poorly managed. Front entrance and back of the house a total eyesore. Sad that we wasted our time and money.

Right on the water!

Mike was ever so kind. We knew going in that he had been trying to get a buckle in the flooring fixed due to a flood. He couldn’t get his contractor to get the job done before our visit, he allowed us to stay anyway. For us it was great as our Yacht Club was having our annual Oyster Roast just a few doors away. The buckle just made the front door stick a little. I would have traded a dishwasher for the second fridge… But in all we had a lovely stay. A special thank you to Mr. Gross for working with us.

Great weekend fishing trip!

We enjoyed our fishing trip at this property. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. Home was clean and comfortable and it’s the perfect location for a relaxing time on the water. Loved it!!!

Great Place For Fishing and Cruising the River!!!

If you’re looking for a place to fish, cruise the river, or just chill this is the place for you. Quiet and quaint yet plenty of room in house. Spent our day on dock and evening watching sunset and listening to owls, whippoorwill, and frogs and gators!!! Morning watching wood ducks, ospreys and bald eagles. Walk up to the local watering hole and visit with locals. Boat dock was key to keep bad weather from swamping boat. Wonderful!

Perfect and comfortable for my family and I! Plenty of room to stretch out a bit and feel at home. It was really cool to go out back and watch the river and just relax. We also go in extra early on a red eye and they were very accommodating to help us get in as early as possible. Met the housekeepers on the way in and they were very friendly and ensured we knew we could reach out if we needed anything! Would definitely stay again :)

Down by the river

We had a great week long stay without any issues. Beautiful view to the water from the large back room. Great communication from Mike as well. Definitely would stay again!

Property is a nice location on the river it did rain every day we were there and there’s a leak in the ceiling of the sun room we had to empty the pot of water it was getting full.

Fire the cleaning folks!!!!

Love the location and the house!!! But... floors were not swep and mopped (so my wife did it), coffee maker was disgusting (it took a whole qrt of vinegar to get the mold out), there has been a dog in the house, toilets weren't clean (so my wife cleaned them), sheets need replaced bad (they had rolled up balls of lint all on them), every place we've stayed at in the same area supplied trash bags... not here!!! Aand the dock is in dire need of new decking boards!!!! Replacing them is way cheaper than a lawsuit!!!

Great place on the river.

Great place on the river. Manager was very responsive. Didn’t complain but the house was not very clean. Would definitely stay again but would request home to be cleaned better.

Wonderful fishing trip

The property was very nice. We brought two boats and were able to keep them at the dock, right on the river. The place was clean and supplied with everything we needed to cook our meals at night. Beds are comfortable. Fish cleaning station was perfect. Enjoyed a few days of fishing and peace and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
