Este hermoso condominio tiene capacidad para 8 personas!

El SUITE PRINCIPAL KING SIZE con BAÑO PRIVADO y su acceso personal al balcón delantero del Golfo es un refugio cómodo y privado con impresionantes vistas, iluminación aérea e indirecta, ropa de cama de calidad para la cama KING, amplio espacio de almacenamiento y un televisor de pantalla plana.

El SEGUNDO DORMITORIO es un dormitorio espacioso y sereno con DOS CAMAS DE TAMAÑO DE REINA, ventilador de techo, televisión de pantalla plana y acceso PRIVADO al SEGUNDO BAÑO COMPLETO.

DORMITORIOS TRES Y CUATRO están en el lado norte del condominio. Ambos están amueblados con CAMAS QUEEN, ventilador de techo, tocador, vestidor y acceso privado al tercer baño completo.

LA LAVADORA Y LA SECADORA se encuentran en el gran armario de almacenamiento, justo afuera de la cuarta habitación.

La cocina abierta es espaciosa y está bien amueblada para garantizar la preparación y el servicio. La gran barra de granito, los hermosos gabinetes personalizados y el salpicadero adornan el atractivo del estilo Coastal Living de la cocina.

We had seven people in the condo and we were very comfortable! We enjoyed the patio. The kitchen was very well stocked with pot and pans, coffee maker and toaster. Washer and dryer was great too. The location was great. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Walmart was close. Although we drove to Pier Park, some of us walked to Pier Park and the Pier Park Pier. We would stay again!

The only issue was having all guest checking in at 4 pm creates an extremely uncomfortable wait in elevator and one elevator was down our entire stay.We still truly enjoyed our vacation.

Excellent spring break destination!

My husband and I came down for the week to stay with my son and his friends for their spring break week. The property was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the fun. We had a blast and we’ll definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was the only good thing about this condo. Remember to bring a luggage cart with you when you come here...they do not provide one.

Great View

The location of this property was great! Close to a lot of shopping. The jacuzzi and pool (both) were amazing. The condo itself was amazing. Very spacious and accommodating. A couple of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but still made for a great nights sleep. Will defiantly stay again.

Overall we had a nice vacation and the condo served it's purpose. However...The unit is poorly maintained and the bathrooms desperately need remodeling. The toilets are pretty gross and have layers of caulk around the base. The tubs are old, some have rust around the water faucets. The curtains and furniture are dirty/stained. One of the King bedrooms has mold all over the window screen. One of the queen bedrooms has a broken tv and ceiling fan. Some of the dishes were dirty. There were hairs in the bedsheets in one of the rooms. The cleaning fee doesn't seem to serve a purpose. The condo also didn't have any toilet paper stocked, only one paper towel and 2 garbage bags. The final downside was the building itself. The elevators are not reliable and were broken nearly the entire time. We also had some neighbors smoking cigarettes and pot nearby. It was so bad we had to close the sliding doors. Not great for an oceanside balcony in a non-smoking building.

We will be reviewing these items with our cleaning and maintenance teams, as well as building management where applicable. We do provide a starter supply of amenities upon arrival, but not full quantities for the duration of the stay, as noted in the listing. We also encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address issues in real time whenever possible. We appreciate you staying with us.

Very nice place

We had a really great experience at this 4 bedroom condo. It accommodated all 10 of us perfectly. The pool is beautiful and our view was gorgeous. Check-in is very easy and the property management worked great with us. We will be using this property again.

Spring Break

Great condo, large enough for 8 adults with plenty of room. The balcony is the best! Pool area is very small with no shade or tables. Other than terrible spring break traffic this is a great condo.

Great Balcony

First time in Panama City Beach, and found it very beautiful. Saw dolphins, a manatee, and a sea turtle from the balcony of this condo. The beach was beautiful. Condo was exactly how it was represented but needs a can opener lol. Great time was had by all.

The condo was very nice , it was exactly what the description said it was - we were 3 hours early getting there but our room was ready , so that was great -- only problem we had was the elevators , 1 day they werent working at all -- and everyday our down button on our floor wouldnt work - we had to push up to get the elevator to stop , and unfortunately had to ride up to go down - i woukld definately stay here again

Beautiful condo and spacious balcony

Large condo with plenty of room. Kitchen is nice and plenty of seating. Beautiful views and large balcony. Great location right by everything. Would recommend updating the bed in master suite that was very uncomfortable and one of the beds in the room closest to master suite. Ice maker does not work. Would recommend including beach chairs as part of rental we were very disappointed at the cost it would be and this was the first rental (out of 7 others) that did not include them as part of rental.

Not at all what was expected and I have stayed in these condos for 4 years, this condo was filthy! We cleaned the washing machine with bleach, toliets, windows and sinks all had black mold, intake was nasty, ceiling fans had 1/4 inch of dust on all of them, light fixtures the same way, TV that just had nothing but streaks going through it, sliding door had broken piece on inside and hand/finger prints all over them. For the money I paid for cleaning service and the condo itself I should not have had to clean it before I could stay in it. First time this has happened!!! I paid a lot of money for this condo and the cleaning services. Would have been nice if was clean.

Pros and Cons

The room was really nice and clean. Great location for things to do and places to eat. Easy walking distance to those things. The beach was not over crowded and plenty of room tents and chairs.I was told the room came with 5 beds, but only had 4 when we checked in. Was a little inconvenient, but they sent up and air matress for extra sleeping arrangements. The sliding door came off the tracks but was fixed within the hour. There's just one bathroom in the indoor pool to use. But they close everything up if there is lighting. You're required to go up to your room for any bathroom breaks. There is one parking spot at the condo. If you have another car you have to find parking across the street in their other parking lot. If it gets full, you have to find a public parking lot to park.
