Loved this place. Felt so comfortable and cozy. Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable Kitchen had keurig so bring your k-cups. Lots of spices available. We would definitely stay again.

Our family were very pleased with the accommodations, pleasantly surprised to see k cups were available. They did replenish those. They did mention one of the bathtubs was very slow to drain, so they did not use it after the first shower. It was the bathroom closest to the bedroom with twin beds.

Would stay here again. Great location, size, and configuration. 4 stars instead of 5 as some general maintenance is needed. The linens and throw rugs could be refreshed. Also considering summer temperatures and no AC (most units do not have AC & I knew this) but screens on the sliding Arcadia doors would be a good addition.Management staff were responsive and easy to contact.

Comfy Snow Play Getaway

A great spot if you want to hit the slopes, enjoy nice neighborhood walks or just read and relax by the fire. Great restaurants and conveniences nearby and super clean, well stocked for our stay. We will return!

Quiet location in the pines

Enjoyed the location and beauty. Listing should state the condo is upstairs (shown in pictures but steeper than they look) and not air conditioned. Could use a good cleaning and a handyman for some repairs. Overall, enjoyed our one month stay.

Nice place

The property was nice - well furnished, clean nice area. We did have a problem with a toilet which appeared to have been that way before we arrived but there was no mention of it. I had no communication with the manager. I would still consider staying there again though since it was a nice place.

Ski weekend

This condo unit was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick weekend ski trip. The management was responsive to our inquiries and addressed any concerns we had up front. Regarding the comments in some of the reviews around cleanliness of the unit, we found those comments to be unwarranted. My partner had read the reviews prior to our stay and was concerned. When we arrived, he remarked that the quality of the place was higher than the reviews stated.

Beautiful condo

We had an amazing couple days in Pinetop. This condo is absolutely beautiful, it looks like it was professionally decorated! I couldn’t get over the details and the thought the owners put into this place. Super comfortable and has everything you need! The master bed was so comfortable (it was just two of us, so no one used the other rooms) and loved sleeping with the windows open at night! The owners thought of everything- you won’t be disappointed staying here! We wish we could have stayed longer and will come back to stay here again. I’ve been coming up here for years and I can confidently say this is probably one of the best condos in this area if not the BEST!! Thank you for sharing your absolutely beautiful condo with us!

Cozy and comfy

Insrructions and information for operating the multiple radiated heat sources needs to be peovided, as temp varried room to room... one chilly another like a blast furnace. There also needs to be instructions for the soundbar and other entertainment media. The overall cleanliness was good. But the entire kitchen needed washed down and all thr drinkware on open shelves needed washed due to being dusty. It was cozy and comfortable and relaxing snow board trip for our family.

Okay but needed a good cleaning

The pictures on line looked great, however, that was misleading. The place was dark due to lack of lights, there were large stains on the carpet in the front room and main bedroom. The washcloths had stains on them and the dark bath mat should have been replaced. The decor was nice and we enjoyed looking at the unique items in the condo.

Good for the price

This unit is a 2nd floor unit without A/C, neither is stated in the online listing. Some nights were difficult falling asleep due to the heat. Box fans were provided but were noisy. In addition, there was chainsaw noises starting at 5 AM each day which made it difficult to sleep later than 5 AM. It was built in 1979 with some updates. There were extension cords in most receptacles making this a trip hazard, sot safe for young children. The kitchen needs new pots and pans. The kitchen items on the open shelving needed to be cleaned before using. Most of the closet doors and screen doors were not on their tracks and difficult to get onto the tracks. The carpeting looks dirty. The lighting is lacking, should have more with stronger wattage lightbulbs. The water pressure was low; the tub would fill with water while showering and the sinks would fill while washing your hands. Also, it took a long time do use the washing machine for the same reason. We were not given enough towels for 4 people staying for 4 nights.

Nice location... but problems

Nice layout, location, etc. Couple of surprises: 1. None of these units have AC. It was unseasonably warm (upper 80's to mid 90's) and it was pretty uncomfortable. Mornings are glorious, but afternoons warmed up a lot since this was a 2nd floor unit. If you are from the valley and are trying to escape the heat, this is not a good unit for mid summer. It was so bad, we left early in anticipation of 94 degrees. Still waiting on owner/manager to let us know if they can give a credit. The listing did not mention there was no AC, it simply omits it from the listing details. The only remedy was a large fan that was supplied by owner, but it was SO loud, and it was uneffective late afternoon/early evening. 2. Floors were pretty dirty, wiped up a small water spill in kitchen and paper towel came up black. Carpet is in pretty bad shape, lots of stains, etc. Shower curtain had grunge on it also. 3. It was second floor. Pics made me think it was first, but that was my bad. 4. Good service though by owner/manager - the washer was not working from the previous guests, and they sent a new one while we were there, although they showed up without us knowing they were coming. Overall, was OK. I think I might look for another unit in the same area next time.

Hello Trish, Thank you for your feedback. There are a few days that may be hot. The trick is to close all curtains during the day when the sun is out and open up windows at night when it cools. nice and clean upstairs condo

3 of us stayed at the end of Sept. Weather didnt cooperate first day but was nice second and third. Separate master bedroom is spacious and quiet. Adequate kitchen and facilities.

Wonderful stay for Christmas

We stayed 4 nights in this condo. It was clean, well decorated, cozy and in a great location. We would highly recommend this and hopefully be able to stay here again.

Great place and great location but property management did not fix major issues that were wrong

The property is great and the location is great. However we had some issues with getting a hold of property manager and then getting the issues resolved. First 3 smoke alarms were going off and we couldn’t get them to stop .. the property manger had the maid come over and all she could do was pull them out of the wall and disconnect. Then no one showed up to put them back up so we stayed at the place our 3 smoke alarms missing which I think is actually illegal…. They were not fixed when we left. Also the oven would not heat up at all and is was extremely dirty inside … the maid also tried to clean it and was unable to…and you can’t run the clean cycle because the oven won’t heat up. We contacted property management and got ZERO response. So while we loved the place and the location we would not recommend the property.

Dear Becky, Appreciate the feedback and happy to know that you loved the place and thought the property and the location were great. As for difficulty communicating with the manager, there are no records of you reaching out via VRBO and yes there was a phone call the day you had issues with the smoke alarms, but that call was immediately answered and someone (more than a maid) arrived to assist. Its understandable for someone staying in a vacation rental long term (52 nights) that things which normally go unnoticed do get noticed, but for a property that usually gets 5 star reviews, its hard to see why those two issues, plus your statements of loving the property and location, warranted a three star review. Thank you again for the feedback.

Charming, well stocked condo in the Pines

We normally rent a house so we were a little hesitant about this being a condo, and especially worried when we read that there is no AC- there were only a few occasions that the June heat warmed up the rooms, but it wasn't a big issue and many fans are provided. The condo was very clean and cheerful, and the layout was perfect for our family- 2 kids, set of grandparents and married couple. We couldn't believe how well stocked the condo was, with shampoo, cooking utensils and spices, blankets, etc. Many thoughtful touches! The only drawback was the lack of walkable paths from the condo- you can only stroll along the parking lots, but you are driving distance to many great hikes. Friendly neighbors and 10 minute drive to the grocery store and other shops. A fun and scenic stay!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, spacious (almost too spacious for just my husband and I lol), and of course close to The Lions Den and our favorite places to hike as well. We will absolutely stay here again.

Cozy and comfy

Comfortable and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed except more washcloths and hand towels. Conveniently located to golf course and very nice neighborhood to walk. Oven needs to be cleaned but everything else was spotless!! Master bed was very comfy. We would definitely stay here again!
