Esta es una casa bien diseñada en un barrio privado de Solana Beach. Una casa maravillosa con techos abovedados, una acogedora chimenea y una hermosa terraza, este es el lugar ideal para todos los vacacionistas. Wonderful!

The property was just great! It's located in a fun neighborhood outside san diego with a beautiful ocean view and access to fun local dining. The condo itself is spacious and well stocked. The pool and hot tub are clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Nice townhouse

Great location, Stubbs provided Great service. Property was in good condition. As San Diego gets warmer, the setup of this townhouse is a little challenging for keeping comfortable Temps. I would rent again at cooler parts of the season. Loved walking to the beach from the property.

Solana Beach Getaway

We were very happy with our weeklong Solana Beach vacation in your beautiful condo. The location could not have been better. The beach in our back yard and the pool in the front yard made for a happy bunch. Roomy Condo with Great Central Location

My family (husband, daughters ages 13 &10) and I stayed here over Christmas and were happy with the space and location. Not right on the beach, but views of the ocean from the deck, sound of waves could be heard from the living room :) There were a few small issues we noticed upon arrival: exterior light was out, kitchen pendant out, and toilet paper roll holder loose - maintenance was very responsive and sent someone to repair same-day!

Spacious with great views!

The location was literally above the fantastic beach with easy access. The ocean views from the main floor were better than the pics. The bedrooms were spacious and both located on the bottom floor. It was very hard to leave. Only issue were the ants, cleanliness of the propety upon arrival,and the dishwasher (which needs to be replaced after running a cleaner, rinse, and run several times.

It was a great location.

There were things I liked and then a few not so great. The location is ideal and it’s very quiet. Their were a lot of ants, the ice machine didn’t work and on the last night there was a weird smell of exhaust. Also when we did late check in they forgot to leave the keys so we had to wait for someone to do that after a super long travel day.

Reviewer Comments: This unit has nice views with ability to see sunrise in the morning on one side and sunset over the ocean in the evening over the other side of the home. There are multiple rows of units parallel to the ocean - this a few rows back, not directly overlooking the ocean. However, there is easy access to walk a few steps toward the ocean and down to the beach. While this is an older property that has had some remodeled touches, it was nicely cleaned and fit the needs for our 1 week stay.

A Lovely place

This unit is really nice and is very spacious.. The ocean view is great even though it is over rooftops. i can't fault anything in this unit except that there were no instructions on how to operate appliances such as the oven and microwave.. We eventually figured it out. Stubbs was very helpful. We didn't realize that there were so many stairs involved in getting to the unit, or we probably wouldn't have rented it because we are sseniors and this was hard..

Beautiful views from both sides of the unit, so you get both the sunrise and sunset views. The only issue we had, was there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. We were not aware on arrival, and any food that was outside the fridge that was open was covered in ants after the first night. We got creative afterwards by putting as much in the fridge as we could and hanging food to keep it off surfaces.The management company was great. They got us some beach toys for our kids to borrow, and were very responsive when we had a question.

Great views

The unit was nice and spacious with wonderful views both towards the ocean and back towards town. Most units in the complex appear to look back directly at another building, so this unit has a more open feel. It is not ocean front but has a nice ocean view, particularly from the elevated deck out the front. It is not a new property but is well maintained. The unit was very clean, though did have a musty dog smell when entering, but didn't notice it upstairs in the main living area. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We loved the pool and hot tub (met some wonderful people in the hot tub), and the beach access was terrific. The bedroom windows don't lock and they are on the ground floor, so that can be a security concern, though the complex is gated with security codes to enter, so felt very safe. There are some old and bulky beach chairs in the unit, but we added a couple of new camping chairs to the collection. We would definitely stay here again.

Another week in paradise (almost)

Property description was accurate, and pictures did tell true story.All was very clean and upstairs area – Dining/Kitchen and leaving area are in excellent condition with the large terrace providing perfect site for sunset watching. Kitchen is very well equipped and will let you cook as much as you want. Big TV is also available, but I am not sure if we even used once.You enter on the ground floor were are two large bedrooms and bathrooms are located, lots of storage space and extra pillows and blankets if needed. Bathroom are good size and functional but are a little dated as compared with the condition of the kitchen and half bath upstairs but I think I am being picky. All was good and Stubbs’s personnel was very helpful and made stay there easy.Note that we had an unusually chilly week (March 5 to 12, 2023) for the area so ability to turn on the heat was very welcome.Thanks, and we are planning to cam back again.

Fall Break in Solana Beach

The view is great in both directions and the location couldn’t be better - it’s within walking distance of many restaurants (Pizza Port is our favorite) and the train station for a ride into downtown San Diego. Additionally, the condo always has everything we need.While the condo has always been clean in the past, there was a noticeable amount of pet hair this time - interesting since pets aren’t allowed. I’d recommend this property to anyone who doesn’t mind pet hair, but we will be looking for a different condo in the Seascape Sur complex for our next trip.Dave Stubbs vacation rentals has always been great and we will continue booking through them.
