Este céntrico apartamento, a pocos pasos de la Plaza Catalunya y del famoso Passeig de Gracia, se adapta a todos los gustos.

El salón con cocina abierta tiene un diseño clásico. Al igual que el dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio, ambos con cama de matrimonio. El tercer dormitorio de estilo más moderno con un sofá cama doble también se puede usar como estudio o salón adicional. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Hay un sofá cama doble extra en el segundo dormitorio
Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, incluida la sala de estar y tienen acceso al balcón.

El apartamento está completamente equipado para que no se sienta menos cómodo que en su propia casa. Cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana, DVD, internet Wifi de alta velocidad y mesa de comedor ampliable para hasta 10 invitados. Hay lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, caja fuerte y, por supuesto, toallas y ropa de cama.

Puede comprar hasta que se caiga, tener tiendas convenientes y otras tiendas literalmente en su puerta, lo que lo convierte en una base perfecta desde donde explorar Barcelona. Echa un vistazo a una de mis calles favoritas a la vuelta de la esquina, la calle Enrique Granados. Es una calle peatonal, con muchas zonas verdes y cafeterías, restaurantes, galerías de arte y bonitas tiendas. Venga y alójese en este apartamento de decoración única con toques barceloneses originales.

La estación de metro Universidad está a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Plaza Cataluña (en la cima de las famosas Ramblas) estaría a menos de 10 minutos caminando.

Por lo tanto, aparte de tener una ubicación muy céntrica, también hay transporte cercano para moverte por la ciudad. Por ejemplo, para llegar a la línea amarilla que va a lo largo de la costa hasta una variedad de playas, solo necesitará 2 paradas.

TENGA EN CUENTA: El impuesto turístico debe pagarse en EFECTIVO a la llegada y es de 8,50 € por persona por noche (máximo de 7 noches).

What a fantastic find just around the corner from the pedestrian parkway in the L’Eixample neighborhood. Loads of shops, restaurants, and fairly central to everything we wanted to see… but the “things to do” document provided by the owner was a game changer.The apartment itself was quaint, historic, and provided plenty of space for our group of 5 to have privacy and spread out. The only downside, and there is not anything the owner can do about it: the street noise could be fairly loud at night, especially on the weekends. But, it’s the heart of a big city, so to be expected.This apartment made our wonderful trip to Spain that much better, and we would highly recommend both the property and the owner/manager to anyone planning a trip out that way. They communicate well, and are super friendly and helpful.

Perfect Barcelona Stay

We loved this well kept classic building with its' tiles, high ceilings, chandeliers and balconies.Tastefully updated with 2 modern bathrooms, washer & dryer and kitchen. Close to everything. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and want to thank Michael and Emely for their hospitality. Meeting Emely a few hours before check-in to drop off our luggage was incredibly helpful and allowed us to begin exploring Eixample right away.The apartment was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. The beds with clean linens were comfortable. We loved the views of the neighborhood from the bedroom balconies. The two bathrooms easily accommodated our group of six adults, and we appreciated the clean towels provided. The showers came with body wash and shampoo. Although we encountered a minor leak with one of the shower heads, it was addressed and fixed immediately.The location was excellent, with convenient access to great restaurants, bus stops, and the metro. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a significant plus.Thank you Michael and Emely for the great communication throughout our stay. From the essential information provided after booking to the timely check-in and check-out instructions and quick responses during our visit, your professionalism made our experience even better.Thank you to all the reviewers who helped us choose this apartment.

Large apartment in a great neighborhood

We are a family of 8 adults and this apartment was the perfect size for us. The location is lovely, close to great restaurants and shops and easy walk to public transportation. Our check in process was very easy and and communication with the property manager was always timely and helpful.

Great, walkable location - helpful hosts

The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our week and had great recommendations for area restaurants. The place is spacious, and the nearby pedestrian "street" a beautiful means to get around. Both the Universitat and Passeig de Gracia metro stops are easy walks. Walking to most major attractions is just about 30 min, so it made travelling around with a group of 7 very easy. 10/10 would reccomend.

Very spacious apartment for a large family. Great location. Very walkable safe area. Lacked paper towels and coffee filters which are usually in rentals I’ve been in before. I purchased those and left what we didn’t use for next guests.

Large apartment in good location

There were six of us staying in the apartment. We loved the location. The owner of the apartment and the property manager were very good very responsive. It was advertised as a four-bedroom apartment. The door to the fourth bedroom was locked so we could not use it. So, it was really only a three bedroom apartment. The property manager told us the problem would be fixed during our stay, but the problem was not resolved during our stay.

Thanks for your review Marty! Just to clarify the bedroom issue for other possible guests. The bedroom was available and accesible through the door from the 2nd bedroom. Less convenient I agree but it was not shut! There was problem with opening mechanism of the door to the hallway causing this door to be locked. Of course this has been fixed. My apologies that it was impossible to find someone who could do that during your stay!

Nice place in an Excellent Location

An excellently located comfortable large classic apartment from late 19th to early 20th century whose kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized. The apartment was well stocked with the various paper needs, towels and soap. The beds and linen were good. WiFi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only problem was we did not have use of a functioning dryer which was disappointing being that was a criteria for picking a property for a large group. They said the filter was bad and they had no answer for our weeks stay. Frankly, the dryer was dated (washer looked to be much newer) and probably needs to be replaced. Also the annoying Barcelona per person (hotel??) tax that they want in cash but won't give a receipt for- they do have an electronic solution for paying the tax that produces a receipt. Bit of a head scratcher. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and Barcelona.

A large apartment in a central area

Communication with owner and managers was excellent. 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, provided plenty of room for our extended family. Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and soaps. We did little cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked. Washing machine was kept busy and worked well. The location is very central, putting lots of Barcelona within walking distance. Several metro stations are nearby. I'd strongly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with a large group.

Great place to stay

We loved this apartment. The location is perfect and close to metro stations making it easy to get around the city. The host was responsive to any questions we had. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook in and a washer and dryer.
