We loved everything about this property. So charming, well appointed and exceptionally clean. The location to everything was wonderful. The owner is kind and gracious and super responsive when we had questions. We hope to be back time and time again!

We spent 5 nights at 20 Oak for our annual girls trip. It was a bit of a trip down memory lane as we spent time in our youth and then our own families there. The six, 62 year old friends enjoyed our stay tremendously. Of course the screened porch was the best part of the house even though the rest of it was fabulous. We spent all of our time, socializing, drinking coffee, drinking wine and eating dinner. The outdoor shower is fabulous. The location is perfect. We can’t wait to go back and I can’t forget to say what a wonderful host Debra is.

Fantastic property and mgmt, everything was clean, comfy and perfect for a nice getaway. Location is excellent - beach is very close. Huge porch and backyard areas that were great for relaxing

Lovely Cottages Near the Ocean

Super clean, beautifully appointed set of cottages on the north side of Rehoboth within easy walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and shops. Thanks Debra, for creating such a lovely relaxing environment. My son and I really enjoyed every minute of our stay!

It was a delight to meet you. I love that we share the same taste in art and decor. It was such fun talking with you and getting to show you the Oak Cottage next door as well. What a great time you had doing a Mother's Day trip with your son. I was sorry he had to work some. The Guest Cottage was the perfect place for him to have his own space for work and relaxation. I know he enjoyed that. Please come back soon and we can go out for cocktails or dinner together. Mother's Day weekend was too busy for us to squeeze it in this year. Best to you, Debra

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach, town, and family

Charming home in a great location; half a block to the beach, short walk into town for restaurants and shops. In a quiet area that meant we enjoyed a lot of time on the wonderful screen porch that runs the length of the side of the house. The host was super-responsive and shared lots of great info on the local area. We would definitely stay here again.

Just Perfect!

This house is just perfect. Location is great for kids and older adults, short walk to Boardwalk but close to quieter beaches. House has used the spaces very thoughtfully and has everything you need for a great vacation. Would stay here again and again. Loved it.

Lovely

Debra is a lovely host. The cottage is well maintained and very clean. The outdoor patio and shower is very nice too. The location is great too, less than a block to the beach. Excellent!

Beautiful home in a great location!

The house was wonderful. It was immaculate; everything in great condition. The check-in was very easy, and the house was even ready a bit early. The owner was very responsive, and great to deal with. The location was perfect for us - very close to the beach, and a short walk to the boardwalk as well.

Enjoyed Pines Cottage at 20 OakAvenue

Very well kept-up house; screened porch is a wonderful living and dining area. The layout of bedrooms affords privacy to all. Short walk to beach and to Rehoboth. Recommend highly.

Wonderful week at charming Rehoboth cottage!

Our three-generation family enjoyed a wonderful week in Debra's lovely updated Rehoboth cottage! The nine of us used all five charmingly appointed bedrooms and enjoyed the common areas in the house and on the spacious porch. The neighborhood was wonderful, with an easy walk to the beach. All three generations had a thoroughly enjoyable week, and Debra was a lovely hostess!

Girls beach weekend

We LOVED our weekend at The Pines! It is a beautiful home with a perfect location. The house is charming, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed meals out on the porch. Debra was kind, accommodating and responded quickly to questions. We will definitely return!

Perfect Hideaway

This property was just the perfect hideaway for my family. The location is perfect, with a five minute (max) walk to the beach and a fifteen minute walk into downtown. Every inch of the house is set up for entertaining and being together in a decent sized group. The back cottage felt like it's own getaway from the main house and the backyard is great for lounging, yoga, dinner, or just spending time together. We really loved our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach cottage! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we loved how cozy yet spacious it felt.The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee on the porch! (The porch was my favorite)The host Debra was fantastic—very responsive, kind, and made check-in a breeze. We truly felt at home here. You can tell she takes pride in her property!We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for the perfect beach retreat!

Quaint house + cottage, well maintained, amazing location!

We (family of 4) stayed in the house and used the cottage for my "senior-age" parents. Kitchen well-equipped. House immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated; Jim and Debra so responsive to any needs and very kind. Love (!!!) the location - quiet and beautiful and close to beach and Henlopen State Park for biking and walking, quick walk to town or favorite shops and restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful

We stayed in the cottage for a long wknd and it was absolutely wonderful! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and the screened in porch was just the best! We spent most of our time out there. The back patio area was also lovely. It’s close to the beach and the beach was much less crowded in the Pines area compared to the boardwalk area. We loved the quietness, but it was still close enough to walk to the boardwalk. My sister, BIL and 1yr old niece stayed in the smaller cottage outback and loved it. It was great that they had a separate space. Our family can’t wait to come back!

How wonderful! I'm so happy to hear your enjoyed your stay. You can't beat the porch. It is a delight. Everyone loves it! You know, not enough is said about how less crowded the beach is in the Pines neighborhood. You are close enough to the Boardwalk that you can run up and grab lunch to bring back to the beach but you aren't sitting elbow to elbow with the downtown beach crowd. I think the back guest cottage is a nice addition to the property. It allows for a separation of families for privacy especially if there is a small child with a different sleep schedule than all the adults. I've found grandparents enjoy it as well. You mentioned the back patio. I just added the garden landscape lights this Spring. I think the lights add a little something extra by showing off the trees after dark and offer more pleasant time on the patio in the evening. Sea Witch Weekend for us

We are a group of friends that try to get together once a year at Rehoboth Beach. Unfortunately we hadn’t been able to do it for a few years. Having rented a different cottage from the same owner, we contacted VRBO for availability. This cottage was amazing! Clean, recently redecorated and has a great porch! She even had someone come put the porch clear covers on as it was getting cold out and a night of rain was forecast. Would highly recommend this cottage! We had a great time!
