Hi, Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home, the bedroom/bathroom setup, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and the bar ice maker. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the outdoor area. Per city code, a home on a lot of this size with a pool is limited in how much hardscaping can be added, which is why some of the yard area remains landscaped rather than fully paved. Spring in Rehoboth, especially just before Memorial Day, also brings extremely heavy pollen. Our property management team blows off pollen and debris before each guest arrival, but unfortunately it can return very quickly during that time of year. Because of the high pollen and unpredictable May weather, we are not always able to put out the cushions and fully set up the patio furniture as we would later in the season, though the outdoor space and furniture are still available for guest use. That said, we understand your concerns and will continue working to make sure the pool and patio area feel as clean and organized as possible for every arrival.
