Isla privada con acceso en ferry, manteniendo la playa como su santuario privado. Observe delfines, peces, pájaros, tortugas y manatíes desde su habitación familiar o cubiertas. Casa urbana totalmente renovada con puertas corredizas de vidrio para traer la belleza del océano y las olas al salón. This is our second time and planing on going back .House extremely clean, tom is a super host going above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. The beach is stunning, best sunsets ever. This is paradise.

Property is right on the beach and very well maintained. Excellent amenities and the host was very responsive, knowledgeable of the area, courteous and friendly. We would not hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Paradise Island

The pictures do not do this place justice! The place is beautiful and well accommodated! Tom is absolutely wonderful, very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. We loved living the island life for and cannot wait to go back. You will not be disappointed if you book this place! If you’re looking for rest, relaxation and right on the beach, this is the place for you.

Tom was a great host.The outdoor amenities were great. Location couldn’t have been better and we had the privilege to see several sea turtles both in the ocean and on land during our stay.Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice escape from crowds.

Amazing Location and house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The owner is very responsive and thoughtful. While much of the island is still recovering from the hurricane, this property is in great shape and is incredibly beautiful. It is LITERALLY right on the beach and has paddle boards and kayaks. In addition, you will find beach chairs/umbrellas/towels and a grill. I can't say enough good things about the property and our vacation experience!!

Perfect getaway

Love the place ia right on the beach. Great sunsets, dolphins . Tom was always in touch great host he got everything ready to have fun on the beach. It was an amazing experience with the family.

South Florida Hidden Gem

Palm Island/Don Pedro island is a hidden gem. The property was well equipped. I appreciate the host supplying a beach umbrella and chairs. Kayaks and paddle boards were a plus. We will be back. Tom was very responsive.

last minute getaway

My family and I had a great time staying on the beach, listening to the waves and enjoying nature. Tom was very responsive and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this location and management team. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and toys for water play, new beach chairs too. I highly recommend.

Little piece of Heaven

Let me start by saying that I’m not one to leave ratings, my husband is, but I HAD TO leave a rating for this place! It beat my expectations and fulfilled our need for relaxation and tranquility. I went with my parents, husband, and 3 and 4 year old toddlers. When I tell you that WE ALL had an amazing time, I mean it. This house was right on the beach and had all the amenities needed, from washer/dryer to pots and pans and even paddle boards and kayaks! Tom and Barbara were amazing with their hospitality and quick replies to texts. My family and I are already excited to come back next summer and enjoy it all over again! We were able to find shark teeth and watch sea turtles at the shore. I love making memories with my family and I know this trip is one I’ll remember forever. I wish I could be selfish and keep this place to myself, but it’s too nice not to share! ☺️☺️ Definitely recommended 1000% !

Fantastic Family Vacation

This unit had everything we needed for our family of five with children ages three, eleven and fourteen. Beautiful, clear SWFL Gulf water. The chairs, umbrella, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards were a really nice addition. We were blown away at how close the unit is to the ocean, it is even closer than it appears in the pictures. The beach was not crowded at all, neither was the entire island. We only saw one other family at the community pool all week so we basically had it to ourselves. Amazing sunsets from the porch or the beach. We saw dolphins everyday. Our family really enjoyed our time on this island and this unit was perfect for us. The host, Tom, was the best I have encountered through VRBO. Tom proactively provided information and replied immediately to any questions I had. We will definitely be back.

Island Spring Break 2023

Beautiful condo on the beach. Owner has everything you would ever need on your beach vacation, inside and out. From kitchen fully stocked with kitchen wear, Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, cable tv, wireless internet, washer/dryer, beach umbrellas and chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, cooler, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels! Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and comfortable living room- multiple TV's throughout. Master bedroom has awesome view and balcony overlooking the ocean. Owner is extremely kind and informative. Answered our questions promptly and shared useful information about local resources like grocery stories, restaurants, gift shops, etc. Highly recommend this property.

Getaway and relax!

If you want a place right on the beach, with hardly any people, no traffic at all, pet friendly, all the amenities of home and absolutely nothing to do but enjoy the sea, sun and tranquility. Then this is the place. Go biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, walking/running/jogging, do some shelling or just enjoy the views, the sunsets, sunrises and the stars at night. Watch the little turtle hatchlings run to the sea on a clear moonlit night and just unplug and unwind. If you are looking for nightlife or shopping or sightseeing then this is not the place for you. But it was exactly what we had inagined and were looking for and we will definitely be back.

Secluded island getaway

This was an island dream. The property was gorgeous and had everything we needed to enjoy our time away from home. It made packing and traveling simple as we did not have to bring anything but our bathing suits and clothes. You literally have the beach at your back door.

Wonderful Respite

Our stay at Tom’s place was phenomenal. It was well-appointed, and had everything we could want for the beach. Tom’s communication with us was prompt and helpful. He even checked in with us at the beginning to see how everything was going! This location is remote and beautiful. Make sure you get all your groceries on the other side of the ferry. Also, as you drive down the street to approach the property, the addresses can be a bit confusing. There is a “Don Pedro Colony” sign on the right, but it is partially covered-up by bushes, so be on the look-out. Tom is an exceptional host with a great spot on a quiet beach. We can’t wait to come back!

New Favorite!

This is our 5th stay on the island and this house is our new favorite. The location was perfect, the furniture was quality, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking! We felt right at home and will be back. Thank you, Tom, for a fabulous experience!
