Tenemos una cocina completamente equipada! Hay una gran sala espaciosa. We have stayed in this home before and decided to come back. There were a few issues, but Omar was able to fix most of them. We love coming to Rocky Point and will back next month.

Best 1st trip ever

Overall, this was a great 1st trip. I had never been to Mexico before, so I didn't know what to expect. Plus we made it a family vacation. I have 4 kiddos, 3 with special needs and 1 toddler. Being on the beach made this vacation ideal for us. The only thing that would have made it better would have been adaptive beach equipment such as a beach wheelchair. Or a tent /umbrella to help keep the sun off the kids. Next time we will know what to expect and what to bring. Overall, it was a good experience.

Wonderful home and location

We truly enjoyed staying at this house. The listing photos are spot on. The beach is amazing. We went during mid March and felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The house had everything we needed. The house manager promptly responded to our texts. The fire pit was out of propane and he arrived quickly with a refill.Highly recommend La Vida Loca!

Wonderful Family House On Beach

Highly recommend this house right on the beach. Easy check in. Omar was there when we arrived. Great for family and dogs. The house has everything you need and location was great. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful Christmas week and are looking forward to staying again next year.

Beautiful beachside retreat

We had a wonderful time at this home; it met the biggest requirement for us which is beautiful location. The home sits right on the beach, in a gated community, and has little to no vendors. The house itself was great, needs a few repairs but kitchen was nice and beds were comfy.

Fall Break Vacation

What a great property! Bruce answered all of my questions before arrival and Omar was amazing. He set up a chef dinner which was great- so nice to not have to do the dishes. The beach was beautiful. It was a little warm that weekend, but better than being in Phx. The house had air conditioners that worked great- so it was nice to play on the beach then run in to cool down. Plenty of towels and the house was nicely stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location. Walk out to the sandy beach with shells galore. The private chef cooked us a wonderful seafood dinner. The massages were the best! Will be back!

Best family vacay in Playa Encanto (Rocky Point)

Lani Vida Loca was the perfect beach house for our family vacation over Fathers Day 2024. The house was clean, well stocked with its new kitchen renovation, plenty of appliances, spices, pans, dishes, just about everything you need. The house has individual wall units with remotes to cool every bedroom separately. There was even shampoo, conditioner and soap in all 4 bathrooms. The beach!!! We felt like it was ours, very few people, no atv’s, no rowdy, loud, party hogs, relaxing, family oriented fun. Every day someone would walk to us and ask if we wanted mixed drinks, massages, boat or jet ski rides. Very polite and some we did (all🤣) and some activities we passed on. Venders walked up and down the beach a few times with sunglasses, jewelry, metal art, by noon they were done and we were swimming. Best part, our dogs had their own secure patio where they had shade, a sandy patch with a hose to go potty, and they could run the beach unleashed. Our house manager Omar was fantastic! He was available on the phone and in person within minutes. We couldn’t figure out how to cool the fridge more and he came and showed us within minutes. Too many awesome things to list, BUT WE ARE ALL GOING TO GO BACK SOON BECAUSE WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!❤️🍓🏖️🤗

Beach Life!

Great location and home. It had everything we needed and the best beach in the entire area. It was all sand, zero rocks or coral, and you could walk out waist-deep for 100 yards at low tide. It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken. It would have been nice to use and make meals easier. Other than that, all was wonderful. Go and enjoy!

Private paradise

We loved the privacy during the off season time in early April. Beautiful weather! Watched dolphins two days and walked the beach for hours. Beds were comfortable and each couple had a private bathroom. Front and back fire pits and grills. To sum it up, we loved the place!!!

Great place for a reunion!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is nice, quiet, clean, with lots of shells. Omar the property manager was great about communicating with us and fixing things. There were some dead bugs when we first got there but he had the cleaners in there the next morning. Omar helped arrange a private chef seafood dinner and massages. We already talked about coming back before we even left. The 4 king bed with en suite bathrooms was awesome. The house does echo a bit so if you want peace and quiet from the main room, you should bring ear plugs. Great for people with pets too since there is a sand potty area you can use in the front courtyard that is totally enclosed.

Great location - one problem

The best section of beach in Puerto Penasco. House needs some work. Kitchen upgrade is nice. Omar the house manager is super responsive and went out of his way to resolve any questions we had. The only complaint was a bad smell coming from all the bathrooms in the home. I think the home had been sitting unused for some time so the sewer smell was a problem. Omar provided some bathroom spray and some drainage liquid but the smell didn't really subside very much. If you are going to rent this house, you might ask how long it has been sitting unused. This is why I rated the property cleanliness low. The place wasn't dirty but this was the only category I could put our issue under. Otherwise, house was good.

Beautiful property right on the beach. Spacious and comfortable. Floors were very dirty with a lot of sand and dead bugs but otherwise clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes. Would stay here again.

Great Relaxing Property

Check-in process was a breeze! Property was clean with great views and easy access to the beach. We had six adults and three kids, we had plenty of room to lounge, eat and relax! If you wanted to get away, steps to the beach or the quiet sun deck. Our Property manager was very helpful and responsive. The fire pits were a great place to hang out after a delicious grilled dinner and patio massage. Look forward to booking again!

Little slice of heaven

We enjoyed this beautiful home for five days. I brought our adult children, my MIL and of course my hubby and fur babies. The large bedrooms and private baths were what sold us. The newly remodeled kitchen was like cooking at home. The house did not have any baking sheets, but Omar (property mgr), tracked one down for us for a win!! My only advise is to bring your own paper towels and TP... There was no paper towels and the bathrooms only had 1/2 roles of TP with no extras. Since we went into town for some fresh seafood to cook, a quick stop by the store was easy enough to buy some...but they did not have baking sheets there (again, thanks Omar). We will be back!

We are a family of 5 and enjoy spending lots of time at our beach home in Mexico. I spent a significant amount of time staying in town before I started a family. After beginning my family, I decided to purchase our home on the most beautiful, safest beach in Puerto Penacso 'Rocky Point', (Playa Encanto-Voted Best Beach) . My family and I enjoy making memories going to Rocky Point. Since my children have gone off to school, we decided to share our beautiful house when we are not using it. It is not like any other rental. It is warm & inviting. We regularly maintain & update our home. All the amenities my family enjoys we share with our guests. When you stay at my house, it is truly like staying at a friends house.

We wanted a beach house in Mexico. Rocky Point is beautiful & very safe. It is a convenient drive from Arizona. From the Phoenix area, it is 4 hours (door-to-door) Crossing the border is hassle free. Much to our delight, it also has the best beaches we have ever been to! The private beach guarantees NO Crowds. I can't think of any beach vacation that is as wonderful.

It is the best beach in Rocky Point! There are tons of shells, sand dollars, starfish and sea life. Enjoy watching the dolphins swim by daily and beautiful sunsets from our remodeled patios. It is very peaceful and beautiful. I jog 6 miles or practice yoga on the beach. It is safe, clean and very peaceful.
