Un sitio precioso!!!

Unas vacaciones inolvidables. La casa es muy cómoda y bien equipada. En cuanto al propietario decir que es muy amable, nos ayudó en todo momento, nos aconsejó tanto restaurantes como visitas a lugares inolvidables. Quedamos encantados. Volveremos seguro

Great Rental for a relaxing holiday

We has a wonderful time staying at Julio's house in La Orotava! The house is beautiful and comes equip with all the amenities of being at your own home. Julio was a great host. He speaks English very well, which was very helpful with booking. He showed us around the house on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed before he left. We had traveled from the United States and were hoping for some warmer weather,if you're looking for warmer weather apparently the south side of the island is where you want to be. The nights got alittle chilly as house is half way up to Mt. Teide, But Julio left us some fire wood to use in the evenings as well as too electric heaters to help heat the home, which was very helpful. The home is close to grocery stores, restaurants and the charming historic district of La Orotava, which gave us plenty to explore. I would just like to mention, we had booked a rental car so that we could see all that Tenerife had to offer. I would advise to try and get an automatic vehicle if you are also planning on renting a car. We had rented a stick shift and to get to this home you have to drive up some pretty steep hills, which was rather difficult with a stick shift.

Great stay and perfect accommodation with stunning views

Visting Tenerife in January, we had a great stay in the house. The patio offered stunning views over the La Orotava valley and also the Teide. The outside whirlpool was great. All in all the accommodation was excellent and we enjoyed it a lot. Julio was a perfect host and provided with a lot of recommendations for hikes and beaches. A lot of hikes were close by. Also, we were able to visit a lot of attractions in the north, west and east of the island from this starting point.

Supergemütliches Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht

Das Haus befindet sich sehr schön gelegen oberhalb von La Orotava. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf Puerto de la Cruz und auf das Meer ist spektakulär. Die offene und von Holz geprägte Gestaltung des Hauses, welches im Übrigen gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber war, machte es supergemütlich. Man kann deshalb auch gerne Zeit im Haus verbringen, was für uns aufgrund des Wetters leider sehr oft notwendig war. Man befindet sich auf ca. 850 Höhenmeter und muss bedenken, dass dies des Öfteren die Wolkengrenze ist. Das Haus ist aber sehr gut gelegen, um von hier aus in den Teide Nationalpark zu fahren, wo man sich praktisch immer oberhalb der Wolken bewegt. So war es zumindest für uns im Juli. Wir hatten mittlerweile auch Spass an den sehr steilen Zufahrtsstrassen zum Haus gefunden, welche aber völlig machbar waren. Obwohl man etwas abseits ist, wird man in die kanarische Lebensweise der Nachbarschaft eingebettet. Die Kommunikation mit Julio war erstklassig. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und ist sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht.

Chalet cosy pour un agréable séjour

Excellent séjour à la villa Montana Illusion ! Le chalet est très agréable et cosy, on s'y sent comme chez soi dès les premiers pas à l'intérieur. Très propre à l'arrivée, et fonctionnel, rien ne manque pour des vacances agréables en famille. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment superbe, de jour comme de nuit. Le parking en contrebas du chalet est pratique. Bref, à recommander sans hésiter.

Abseits vom Trubel

Das Haus liegt am Berghang.Erreichbar ist das Haus zum Teil, über sehr steile Straßen,nichts für ängstliche.Dafür hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick über die gesamte Landschaft inclusive Stadtgebiet und Teije.Die Hausübergabe durch den Vermieter ,war sehr angenehm.Einen Vorschlag hätte ich für die Dusche.Der Boden der Dusche erschien mir bißchen rutschig,da wäre eine rutschfeste Matte zum Vorteil.Ansonsten alles O.K.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette maison. La vue est magnifique de la terrasse, donnant sur la mer d'un côté et sur le volcan de l'autre. Il y a toutes les commodités à l'intérieur et le rapport qualité prix est au rendez-vous. Julio est présent pour toutes questions et est très agréable. Nous sommes vraiment très satisfait de notre location.

Lovely mountain getaway

We LOVED our stay here in this mountain home. The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy, with an amazing view of the city and sea below, as well as the mountain fog that would come and go. Magical. We loved staying here during our time on Tenerife as it gave us easy access to the mountains to go hiking, as well as black sand beaches down below. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Tenerife. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you, Julio!

Chalet cosy avec vue imprenable

Res.Nr. HA-CS3003 Hallo, es macht keinen Sinn Ihre Bewertung an sich zu beantworten, denn wir konnten unseren Urlaub ja nicht antreten. Ich möchte aber auf diesem Weg ein riesiges Lob und Dankeschön über unseren Vermieter, Julio Gonzales, zur Kenntnis bringen. Herr Gonzales hat uns mehr oder weniger im letzten Moment vor dem Antritt unserer Reise gewarnt. Wir haben dann auch in mehreren Telefonaten alles geregelt und Herr Gonzales hat uns auch sofort die Rückerstattung unserer Vorauszahlung zugesichert, was ja dann auch Dank FEWO-direkt super und sehr schnell geklappt hat. Wenn uns Herr Gonzales nicht am Nachmittag des 14. März gewarnt hätte, wären wir am Vormittag des 15. März nach Teneriffa gefolgen und hätten dort sofort unter Quarantäne gestanden, denn von Condor kam keinerlei Hinweis auf die Situation in unserem Urlaubsland und soweit ich weiß fand unser Flug auch statt. Von Condor kam bis heute noch keinerlei Reaktion auf unsere am 15.März vorgenommene Stornierung. Noch einmal: Wir danken Julio Gonzales von ganzem Herzen und empfehlen Ihnen, diesen Vermieter in Ihrem Angebot ganz besonders hervorzuheben. Wir jedenfalls werden, sobald die Situation einigermaßen überschaubar ist, wieder über Sie bei Julio Gonzales buchen. Beste Grüße Renate und Willi Gertel

ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Die Schlüsselübergabe vom Vermieter klappte einwandfrei. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns alles gut erklärt und gab uns auch gute Tipps der Umgebung. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, an ruhiger Lage und mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Teide und auf Puerto de la Cruz. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell am Meer oder auch auf dem Teide.

Haus mit viel Platz in schöner Lage über den Wolken

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage empfehlenwert. Dafür ist man aber weit weg von allem touristischem Rummel und kann einen entspannten Urlaub genießen.

MERVEILLEUSE MAISON, MERVEILLEUSE ILE Tout est conforme aux photos mais lorsqu'on y est c'est encore mieux. Julio nous a très bien accueillis malgré l'heure très tardive où nous sommes arrivés. Comfortable house in the clouds

It is a very nice and comfortable house with its stunning view to the ocean and the peak of Teide from thr living room. Well equiped, the only thing we missed is a microwave oven. Off the beaten track, we could spend 2 memorable weeks in a very rural area among local. Puerto Cruz, Icod and other points of the northern coast are very easy to access by car form the house. As it is high in the mountain, you have to be prepared cool and sometimes wet mornings.

Beautiful House with nice view and location!

Nice house in a quiet and beautiful location, perfect for hiking excursions and excursions to the Teide/national park. Also cities of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz (with nice beaches) nearby and easily reachable by car or bus. Unless you are very fit. i would recommend a car as the street to reach the house is very steep. Host Julio is very helpful! I would love to come back once again.

Perfektes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht in überragender Lage.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wohnambiente ist perfekt und die Ausstattung hat Niveau. Die an sich schon sehr schöne Atmosphäre im Haus wird an kühleren Tagen durch den Kamin noch wohliger. Die Aussicht von Wohnzimmer und besonders vom großen Balkon aus ist faszinierend schön, weil man über das ganze Orotavatal hinweg sowohl die Küste als auch den Teide sehen kann. Auch die Anlage um das Haus herum macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Unsere Planung ist aufgegangen, dass man bei Bewölkung entweder über diese hinweg sieht oder einfach in relativ kurzer Zeit über die Wolken fahren und somit immer Sonne haben kann. Anfangs muss man sich an die von Deutschland her ungewohnt steile Zufahrtsstraße gewöhnen, aber diesen Preis zahlt man gerne für die wunderbare Lage. Man braucht zwar unbedingt einen Mietwagen, aber damit sind dann binnen weniger Minuten sowohl ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei daneben als auch einige empfehlenswerte Lokale zu erreichen. In Aguamansa haben wir in mehreren Lokalen gut gegessen und alles drumherum genossen. Julio war immer sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Outstanding views over the sea & Mt Teide from the veranda where you can take it in over breakfast.

Julio was bang on time to meet us at our rendezvous point & take us up & up to the Ilusion. Situated high up surrounded by bright small holdings. Close to walks at La Caldera & onto El Portillo in the forest. The lunar like landscape up around My Teide is incredible, again with many walks. For a quiet location for walks & to see the north of the island from a great base with open plan kitchen & living area. Plus a wood burning stove, if required.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit super Ausblick ins Orotava Tal und zum Teide

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Villa Mountain View sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet (Kamin!) und die Aussicht ins Orotavatal und auf den Teide ist natürlich super, auch wenn der manchmal wolkenverhangen war ... Die Übergabe der Schlüssel mit Julio hat auch sehr gut geklappt und die Unterlagen, die Julio uns vorher geschickt hat (Wegbeschreibung, Einkaufen und LOkale in der Umgebung) waren völlig ausreichend. Wir haben noch eine weitere Empfehlung einer GUanchinche und zwar Las CHozas in der Calle Sauce, Orotava ... das Fleich wird auf einem Holzgrill gebraten, was man rausschmecken kann... dort konnte keiner Englisch oder Deutsch aber unser sehr rudimentäres Spanisch hat gereicht ... Würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Wooden house above La Orotava with an amazing view & short distances to the beach & the mountains

We spent one week in Julio's Casa at the end of july. The house is fully equipped with two bed rooms, full kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, TV and all the things you would for a perfect holiday feeling. We felt very well during our stay. The house itself is perfectly located for people like us, who switch daily between mountain hiking and swimming in the ocean. You will need a car, but you with the car you can reach the Tejde in 45 mins, La Orotova in 5 mins, the very nice Playa Jardim in 15 mins, the Loro Parque in 15 mins, the Cave of winds in 25 mins, the Anaga mountains in 40 mins, La Laguna in 30 mins. It's perfect. The next big super market is 10 mins away by car, the next good restaurant about 5 mins. The house is good for 6 but best suitable for four. It's also accessible per weel chair. Thanks to you Julio for the nice stay.

Situada sobre un montículo desde el que se tiene una visión privilegiada sobre el mar y todo el valle. Vistas despejadas. Zona muy tranquila en donde el relax y la desconexión encuentran el sitio apropiado.

Comoda vivienda. Todo en una planta sin barreras arquitectónicas al no tener si quiera un peldaño que salvar. La planta baja permanece cerrada.
