House was perfect location. Huge. Beautiful inside. Close to everything! Only thing to note is that it’s right on a busy road and it’s a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us.

Dewey beach birthday stay

Great condo for 30th Birthday stay. Room for everyone and location was great! Sam was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay.

Everything here was great - the communication with the property manager was quick and easy. The house is very spacious and you can't beat the location.

Great location and great property!

My group thoroughly enjoyed this property! We absolutely loved the location and the house was perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and more than enough space to all be together. This is a rare find for this area and this close to the beach. I would love to stay here again!

Great house in a perfect location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants & shops. House was clean, huge and great for entertaining! Can’t beat having the ice cream store literally right downstairs! :)

We were two families there for a week with 6 kids under the age of 7, naps and bedtime were difficult with the surrounding noise. Besides the sleep issue with young kids we highly recommend this property! It was clean, updated and comfortable for a large group ...also close to everything Dewey has to offer!

The new owners have made tons of upgrades to this home, including thicker drapes to help with the light and noise so that everyone can enjoy every second of their vacation (especially during nap time!). The appliances need update, refrigerator door shelves and oven handle kept falling off. Will really have to consider coming back next year.

We had 6 service calls to Berkshire Hathaway to fix toilets, sink faucets, shower heads and oven doors. Such a missed opportunity by these owners. Please engage in regular property maintenance
