Este condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños cuenta con acceso al balcón desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal y tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama extragrande y baño con ducha a ras de suelo y un dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas dobles. También cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada para mayor comodidad. Con fácil acceso tanto a nuestra piscina privada como a la playa, este es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes. Did rent with intention of using pull out. Living room blinds broken/missing pieces and would not close for those sleeping in the living room and table legs not attached so had to very carefully be moved when opening bed.

Weather ruined everything!

We'd Visit Again!

The condo is beautiful, fully stocked, has excellent furnishings, and is oceanfront, with a pool, too! What more could you ask for? The location is very convenient for stores and restaurants, and it's next to a Hilton with a Starbucks and pool bar. We recommend it!

The bathrooms have particle board cabinets. The bottom of one cabinet was rotted with black mold. The lights in the master bath flickered like strobe lights. There was a bare bulb light over the kitchen sink. With the rusted sliding glass door and the peeling paint on the front door, it was shabby without the chic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully furnished and very clean! We have stayed at the Arcadian I and II several times now, and this is definitely one of the nicer units. Little boxes of amenities (dish soap, scrubbie, dishwasher tablets, etc. for the kitchen, shampoo, soap, makeup wipe, etc., for the bathroom) were placed in the kitchen and each bathroom, which was a really nice touch. The dishwasher was old and the electrical buttons to turn it on did not work during our stay, but we reported it, so hopefully that will be resolved for future guests. (Families staying here who will really need a dishwasher might want to check with the unit management before renting to make sure it has been replaced/repaired. We did not report it until we left, because we were only there for a few days and didn’t want to be bothered with maintenance or replacement crews, but, based on the excellent condition of the property, I’m sure they took care of it right away upon our departure). We really enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this property. The check-in/out process is incredibly simple, and there is a security guard on location around the clock. The pool was impeccably maintained, as was the lobby and all other common areas. We rented chairs and an umbrella on the beach through the municipality (you rent them through the lifeguards), and there were many problems with them not showing up to put them up until late in the morning - one day they didn’t put ours up at all! But that was due to staffing issues with the municipality beach staff (apparently people kept quitting without notice), and it had nothing to do with the property, itself). Still, those rentals are extremely expensive, so you might want to think twice about getting them. The beach chairs themselves are really old and wooden and in terrible condition (almost falling apart). Again - I think that is run entirely through the municipality and is not the responsibility of the Arcadian I, but just

Location/views were great. FYI, while I was there Jack Tripper called and asked for his apartment back. Overall worth it according to price/view.

There was not enough dishes: 4 plates, 4 glasses, ... and we were 5!The light in both bathroom was not fonctionning. We have to take ower cell to give us some light! We told that ti the management, but they can not do nothing because the neon mechanism was defective.

Nice Decor but some issues

Certainly a great location with great views of the beach and ocean. There is a new fridge just like it is noted in the comments below, decor was good. Needs a little updating. Biggest issue we had is that the dishes were not clean and even had lipstick marks on some of the glasses. Also AC unit leaked, looks like this was an issue before as there was a cast iron pot collectiong the water and roughly a quarter inch of water in the closet. Main issue with this is that the condensation and leak was next to the electrical panel. Also around almost every register vent there was some sort of mold (not black mold, but still mold) Overall if the issue of the ac unit register vents and the cleaning personnel actually made sure the dishes were clean this is a pretty nice unit. The front desk was very accommodating after we brought up the issues.

The location and staff were amazing .. however the condo was outdated , dirty . One of the comforters a spot of blood on it .. the furniture was dusty , floors were dirty . Not worth the price .

Can't get any closer to Beach. Priced according to its current condition.

Great location needs renovation

Location of property is great. The condo itself is in desperate need of renovation. The carpet is dirty and needs to be replaced, the appliances in the kitchen are old. However being situated ocean front is great. We love the location just not this particular unit.

Sisters annual vacation

This property is in a beautiful setting and would stay here again but not in this condo. It is in dire need of a complete remodel. All appliances need to be replaced. The refrigerator was a complete rust bucket both inside and out. The cooking vessels look like they came from the goodwill. Most of them were burnt up pans. We had to call housekeeping to get the place cleaned again but since it was the weekend no one contacted us until Monday so we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies before we were going to sit or sleep in this place. Had to get extra towels from housekeeping because there was only one set of towels for all week. There were two hangers in one closet and so we had to buy some to hang up our clothes. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed in the condition of this condo for what we paid for the week. Management said they would look into getting us compensation but never got back with me on that. A good coat of paint would also help . Furniture was dirty. With just coming out of a pandemic you would think more care would be taken. Housekeeping did come and recleaned . We were thankful for that. Still waiting on a reply from management about compensation. This condo gets a zero.

Great location

Great location.. easy parking and check- in was the best we have experienced in a long time. Pool and beach access was well laid out and landscaping was beautiful! The condo has white carpet that is in much need of a cleaning ! The kitchen is outdated and could use some updating ! Very few plates and just a few cups. Bathrooms are again very outdated and could use a deep cleaning. The balcony has chipped paint everywhere and just the bare minimum on furniture for the balcony. Overall the price for the location and the amenities are still good.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The furniture is worn and the coffee table needs to be replaced. It’s glass on damaged legs and could be dangerous with little ones. With the price on this rental, we were happy with our stay.
