Fantastic Vacation!

The area was amazing! The owners/renters were so friendly. The workers were very helpful. We only had 1 issue and that was that the owner of our condo came home a day early and it was very awkward and really messed up our last day there.

Access to the parking lot & the beach was so convenient. The kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms are great! The bathrooms are dated, but they have plenty of hot water & water pressure. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

We had a great view and location but the bathroom situation was a nightmare. It was so small in the master bedroom that you could not even turn around without hitting your elbow on the walls.and i am only 5 foot tall and it was to small for me

We apologize that you were not satisfied with the unit you booked. The new owner is in the process of updating the unit currently. The furniture in the unit is new and was purchased less than a month before your arrival. We dont understand the outdate furniture comment. Also, the owners have scheduled new slider installation for November 2022 and have plans to update the bathrooms in the near future. We hope that once those things are completed you will decide to stay again.

Nice Getaway

This was a very nice condo located in North Myrtle. Pros: - Steps from the beach. There's a lifeguard station directly in front if you have little ones - Great view from the 11th floor - High chairs on balcony so you can see over the railing - Nice living room area - Big TV - Comfortable main bed - Fast elevators Cons: - Main bedroom is hard to get cool - there's even a fan back there to help out - When I entered, I was immediately hit with a pet odor, which I was surprised since it says no pets in the complex. I actually didn't notice it much after the first day. - Minor thing like lots of little scuffs on the walls/cabinets so it could use some TLC - Master bath is very small so I just used the main bathroom since it was just me Overall a very enjoyable stay during the peak season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE have stayed at Arcadian 1 a few times before in various units. This unit has not been updated or as clean as some of the other units that we have stayed in. When we booked the room it was slightly less, to significantly less expensive than other units that were available at that time.We have noticed differences in the operation of this resort since the pandemic. They now make you sign a contract, that requires you to obey certain rules etc. This is not a big deal. However, the contract also states that your money will not be refund even if there is a hurricane and a mandatory evacuation. This is a financial risk for guests staying August - September.Like so many other things, the prices here have almost doubled since before the pandemic. The added fees, resort fees, cleaning fees, booking fees and taxes significantly add to the cost of staying here.We do enjoy the location, the ocean front rooms, the convenient elevators, convenient parking, and staff. We are nearing retirement and hope we can afford to stay here in the future. We love MB and try to make it an annual vacation.

As you well know we are here on site every day to ensure that if you find any issues with your unit or are disappointed in any way, we can correct them as quickly as possible. Had you done that we could have corrected any cleanliness issues and discussed any new practices with you. This unit is now under new ownership, and they are working on updating the unit for the next rental season. While we do not offer refunds within 30 days of a reservation, we do have other contingency plans to ensure our guests our guests are satisfied. Nice condo

Cute condo. We had everything we needed to cook all 3 nights. The master bedroom did get quite warm even with the fan. Loved the ocean view and easy access to the beach. Staff was super friendly.

The location is perfect and property management is as very responsible.

We had a great experience staying at this property. Management was nice and friendly and willing to listen to our communication. Britney was so kind to go out of her way to get us a new set of frying pan and a toaster when we told her the ones in the room were not usable. Thank you Britney for making our stay more enjoyable and we were also able making our breakfast every morning.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several units at Arcadian One and this unit is definitely on the lower end of the scale, but still serviceable. Furniture badly needs updating but beds were comfortable enough. The TV in living room is small bedroom size at best. The oven wasn't working but management was quick to send someone to attempt repair. This unit is cheaper than most so I guess you get what you pay for. The management is always very friendly and helpful.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in different condos at Arcadian I for 23 years and this unit by far was the least clean. Specifically, the pillows appeared to be several years old. They were flat and have not been washed in many years. We didn't notice until we were stripping the bedding before checking out. Disgusting!

Nice, spacious condo in a great location! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Could tell the condo was older and could have been cleaned a little better.

Yearly Family Vacation

We stay somewhere new every year in Myrtle/North Myrtle Beach. This condo is in the ABSOLUTE BEST location to get to shopping, food, and directly ON the beach! Broadway is 10mins away, the airport is 25 mins away . Gorgeous views from balcony. It is also extremely safe, security is there all night and they are great! I have zero complaints just a few suggestions. The spare bedroom needs a TV for the guests that sleep in there. TVs could be updated everywhere as they are very small. Kitchen had everything you would need except Tupperware type containers so you would need those. All in all it was a beautiful week and I would definitely stay again. We had an awesome vacation. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Weekend getaway

Property and grounds are beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Kitchen is very nice. AC doesn’t cool master bedroom as well as the rest of the unit. No mattress pad on master bed.

PERFECT!

We loved the location, the fact that we were so close to the ocean! Also, that it was a more "mature" property! This allowed us to enjoy and love all the things about the beach we hold dear. We are already planning another trip and stay at this same place!
