Spotless relaxing rental!

Loved my relaxing weekend. Rental was close to the square for dinning and shopping. Loved watching netflix on the big screen TV at night!

Love it

Immaculate and cozy and was perfect for our stay in Prescott. The only problem was getting into the bed. These seventy year old bones couldn't jump that high. This summer when we come back I'm bringing a step stool. So glad we found this little treasure.

Not as advertised and dirty

We booked the location because it was close to the wedding venue we were attending. Location was great. Unfortunately the linens were not clean with dirt and hair on the beds. I tried to look for linens and there were none to be found. The house and linens smelled of cigarettes which was really concerning due to having my young kids there. Also the listing is inaccurate, there are not two twin doubles (which i read in other reviews after the fact). I ended up booking a last minute hotel because of the cleanliness, smell, and concerns for my little ones. Not good for families.

Gabby made a late reservation and wanted an early check-in. To help facilitate her request I cleaned, changed the linens and made sure the unit was ready myself! My standards of cleanliness are high and I most certainly would not have cut corners. I take my Superhost status seriously. I believe Gabby’s plans changed and she was trying to get out of her reservation and get her money back. I offered to bring Gabby another set of sheets and to personally check the unit for smells but Gabby did not respond to my offers. The unit has a full sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds (trundle) in the second bedroom. It’s a great little unit- clean, nicely furnished and close to downtown. Unfortunately there are some people in life that will never be satisfied.

A great alternative to a hotel in Prescott

The apartment had some minor issues: sink backed up, EXTREMELY hard queen mattress, stained sheets on twin, BUT otherwise, we had a convenient and quiet place to stay while visiting the quaint town of Prescott.

Comfortable stay/Good location

We used this apartment to take a day off from our cross country road trip. We were able to do laundry, eat ‘at home’, and just put our feet up. It was an easy walk into town. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Desert Vacation

I traveled with my granddaughter(23) for her first visit to Arizona. I chose Prescott as our center point to come back to each night after a days adventure. The VRBO is in a great location. A quick easy walk to the Square but far enough that it is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for our needs. I would add a full length mirror and curtains in the bedrooms to block the glare of the security lights. The beds were not very comfortable. But, everything else was perfect. The owner has provided anything you could possibly need. We did not cook while there but kitchen seemed to be very well stocked. There were plenty of linens and good quality towels provided. I highly recommend this location.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this property for the weekend. Great location to walk to downtown. Property was well stocked with all the items we needed for our stay. It was super easy communicating with the property owner. Thanks

Great little getaway

This property was beautiful and a great option if you are looking for an affordable way to enjoy a great small town. The downtown area is definitely walkable though it needs to be noted in the winter it could be a little more difficult due to the hills. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Prescott getaway

Great location to enjoy downtown Prescott. Stocked with most everything you need and nearby Sprouts for groceries. Quiet neighborhood and complex, but not much to see if you open the blinds.

Everything great except the bed in the guest bedroom. It was not two twins as advertised and the bed that is there is of low quality. Not comfortable. The vehicle in the parking lot should go away

Great low-key unit

Great little apartment that includes a lot of nessesities you may have forgotten to pack and a well stocked kitchen. It's located close to downtown Prescott which was good for how much we enjoyed going to Superstition Meadery. Lenora was very responsive whenever we sent her a message. Perfect for a small group for a low key trip!
