Esta popular unidad del segundo piso está muy bien decorada, con pisos de baldosas en todas partes. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas, así como una lavadora y secadora. Disfrutará de la increíble vista desde el balcón frontal del golfo ubicado justo al lado de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal del lado del golfo. Si bien el complejo tiene 2 ascensores, esta unidad es fácilmente accesible por las escaleras. Sunswept está situado directamente en la playa blanca como el azúcar que te separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este condominio en Orange Beach está a solo seis millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Encontrarás modernas tiendas directamente al otro lado de la calle. Easy access to BEACH!! And that’s what we did! Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds! Shower, Nap then back to the beach! Docs Seafood was great, and Coastal Restaurant was fabulous!

Weekend getaway with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe this is the only unit that hasn’t been upgraded and needs an overhaul. The couch does not work (recline) and it has cords sticking out everywhere. The lamps didn’t work in the living room without us creating a way with an extension cord we brought. The bathrooms were tiny and very old, they need to be remodeled very badly. The view of the ocean is perfect and there are plenty of balcony chairs for everyone to sit in. The kitchen was okay and they did provide enough utensils and essentials. The pool is very large and we enjoyed not being on top of everyone. The location to Walmart and a grocery store are within walking distance from the condo. All in all, I would stay at the complex again just never in this unit. I walked into two of our friend’s units and they were both upgraded and very comfortable. I couldn’t have stayed another night in this condo but in another updated condo on the property, we could have.

Needed Getaway before School Starts.

Loved the rental. The lvl was great. We will want to stay on Lvl 2 again if not the exact same rental. Was perfect for My family and myself. The view the essential items in the rental and the ease of locations around rental. Walking distance. The Best was the Beach….. Absolutely loved the Rental and the Beach…. Overall review

The manager came up to the room because the downstairs condo was leaking and she immediately knew where the leak was coming from so therefore they need to fix it with the HOA fees. She then ask my sons friend to come into the condo to see the leak without telling him who she was and when he said no you can’t come in- she said he creeped her out. The porch was dirty, the condo itself was clean but the outside where the HOA’s should cover needs to be updated and cleaned better. There was a smell in the hall on the way to the swimming pool. Location was great. We rented chairs and then they let others place their personal umbrellas in front of the people who paid for the front row. This was the first condo I’ve been too that don’t request then to either pay for the ones that are provided or place your personal ones behind the paid ones.

Great place to stay!

Loved the condo, beautiful beach view, great location! We enjoyed our visit. Definitely would stay there again. The only negative thing about the condo was the patio door was very hard to slide open and closed. Also had 2 unannounced maintenance visits. Would have been nice to have been notified of their visits.

Great Condo

This was a great condo. The pool was nice and the location was wonderful. There was a Walmart marketplace across the street, a great mexican restaurant and other shops across the road. The beach was not crowded. We really enjoyed our trip.

Awesome getaway spot!

Sun Swept is a great location, sparkling pool, and the perfect size unit for a nice weekend getaway. The beds in unit 202 are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The living and dining room furniture are new and comfortable. Sip coffee on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful beach morning. The property staff was also amazing.

Slightly short on towels

The condo was great, clean, beds were nice, pillows firm, was a bit surprised that the towels were small and thin, and just 2 each for a 4 night stay. Had to supply our own laundry supplies to be able to have clean towels for bathing. Otherwise the location was great, close to Walmart, and other places that were accommodating. Very short walk to beach. Nice lawn. Pool was nice. Would stay again but be better prepared. T from Ok

The only complaint I have is even though we was on vacation I still have to work and I needed to pr5int stuff off and they didn't/wouldn't let me use there's said the owner wouldn't allow it other than that it was a great place, it was clean and very nice. The microwave door handle was broken and the toaster didn't work proper.

Great Location and Large Pool

Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location, across the street from several grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach isn't super crowded because this property isn't very large. The outside pool area is very nice, with lots of chairs and a grassy area. The pool deck is kept very clean, as are main hallways and elevators. But the property itself is old. Unit 202 has good beds, and nice sofas. The bathrooms are small, and it's just rough around the edges. The air conditioner blows hot air into the kitchen cabinets and heats up the counter top. Many light bulbs were burnt out- several were replaced upon requests-then others went out. The unit looked clean on first glance-but the bottoms of our feet were black an hour into day one. There is NO broom to sweep the sand that is inevitable when you are at the beach, and no mop to clean the floors. The kitchen walls and cabinet were dirty with spills and stains. I spent a few hours cleaning upon arrival. The 2nd floor allows you to bypass elevators and view front 2nd floor balcony is nice-but susceptible to noise from pool area. The master bedroom only has blinds and it lightens up early with sunrise, we prefer darker window coverings for sleep. Overall, this older property is in a great location, with a nice pool and other units may be cleaner than 202.

3 Star Condo

Six years in a row going to Orange Beach, this is a lower-end condo from previous places we stayed. Although overall clean, AC, water heater, fridge, stove, microwave, all worked well, the property was dated and needs a refresh. Kitchen had formica countertops, old cabinets with one drawer that could not be fully opened, rusted sink part, broken handle on the microwave, carpet in the bedrooms, and old doors. There was a smell (skunkish - maybe pest spray?) when you initially walked in, but after a while you get used to it, until you leave again and walk back in – smell was there. There is a public beach entrance next to the property, populating the beach with non-resident of the condos. Outside looked newly painted, but the walkways were not finished and dirty. This condo gives the feel of a pure investment property. We give this one a 3 star.

The condo was clean except for 2 things that I didn’t like. 1 the balcony was extremely sticky, my flip flops would literally stick to it . 2 the shower curtain liner was moldy , I almost went to buy one but that wasn’t my responsibility.. we also got bit by some sort of insects, fleas, mosquitoes, bed bugs, I have no idea. I had 3 bites on my back and 2 on elbow and 2 on my ankle
