Descripción de la suite de un dormitorio: Dormitorio con baño en el (Canal) en planta baja, con dos ventanas de doble directamente sobre el Gran Canal; las pequeñas olas lamen seis pies bajo las ventanas! Fuera de la, dormitorio en suite cerrada muy privado hay un hall de entrada, donde los huéspedes pueden sentarse e incluso dejar el equipaje - junto a la que se abre una puerta de Canal en un muelle en el Gran Canal. En la parte posterior, un jardín / patio y un amplio vestíbulo de entrada están a disposición de los huéspedes. Tenga en cuenta que cuando los propietarios o sus amigos se quedan en el departamento del segundo piso independiente (que no siempre están allí), utilizarán el vestíbulo de acceso al muelle y el barco, y la parte de atrás del jardín / patio también. Televisión, internet inalámbrico, nevera, microondas, hervidor de agua están disponibles. Existe, sin embargo hay cocina o cocina reales.

Descripción del sitio: el apartamento está situado en un palacio en la zona más exclusiva de Venecia en San Marco, y se enfrenta al Gran Canal. Un muy popular bar-restaurante de la familia es un minuto de la puerta principal del Palacio, donde un excelente desayuno, así como las otras comidas están disponibles. Si bien es muy práctico para todas las comunicaciones, situado a dos minutos entre dos paradas de vaporetto (Sant'Angelo y San Samuele) ya un minuto de la parada traghetto (para cruzar el Canal), dentro de los tres minutos de los elegantes San Stefano cuadrados y diez minutos caminar hasta el Rialto, es bien fuera del flujo turístico y muy tranquilo y pacífico.
NB Toda la correspondencia de alquiler respecto debe tener lugar a través de la dirección de correo electrónico indicada para su propia seguridad!

Unsecured bedroom and the pictures must be from years ago, the place does not look the same. There is a sign in the bathroom apologizing for the cold water. Broken windows with holes in the bedroom. I would call it a Guaranteed Divorce before calling it a Honeymoon Suite.

Heavenly long-term stay

This property more than exceeded our expectations and we would rent again. Caretaker made exceptional transportation arrangements for us and our guests. Property is located with easy access by foot, vaporetto and water taxi. Kitchen/dining had everything we needed even for dinners on site. We had the unexpected delight to meet our host and only wish we had more time to get to know her. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again without hesitation.

Great location right on the canal

Great location, cool old building on the canal with a small deck to sit on and watch the boats. During low tide, the bathroom smelled horrendously, which we were then told was common in Venice. Living room was a shared common area that was not clear from the listing. Quite surprised that the only private area was the bedroom.

Amazing Apartment on the Grand Canal

The sweet apartment is tucked in a wonderful neighborhood in Venice within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, water taxis, and local hangouts. My fiance and I created so many memories having coffee, wine, & cheese on the boat dock watching the boat traffic pass. The host and property manager were so helpful with their recommendations as well as with helping arrange convenient transfers from the airport and to the train station. Highly recommended

Great stay on the Grand Canal!!

Very simple place but was wonderful. Convenient to San Angelo Vaporetto stop with a couple of bridges to traverse with suitcases. We really enjoyed sitting out by the canal enjoying wine watching the traffic go by.

Great location and great balcony!

Really unique place. The dock you can sit on on the grand canal is excellent! The only thing I didn't like is that the dock is shared with a unit upstairs. The unit is definitely a rental unit and not used by the owner and her friends as stated. I met the folks staying there and they rented it. They were from Canada. Also, the living room the living room is a common area.

Location, location, location!

This is our favorite location for staying in Venice. The city is at your doorstep. From the deck and out the window you can watch the city at work and play. Just a short walk away is a well stocked specialty grocery and good restaurants. Here you are away from the crowds of tourists, and at the same time, close to main sites in the city. We walked almost everywhere. For longer explorations, two vaporetto stops are close by, and a tragetto stop too. Communication is prompt and easy. Thanks Karen & Marie Helene!

How beautiful to sit out every morning and having breakfast with the boat traffic going past!! It is a perfect spot. No Gritti Palace, but good value and nice to live in the neighborhood with a 5 star local corner restaurant 100 ft up the street and a grocery store-walk to St. Mark’s

Un sogno di palazzo veneziano

Tout était parfait, un rêve. Le Palazzo était magnifique et nous ne sommes pas lassés de regarder le Canale Grande depuis notre appartement qui était très bien aménagé. En plus il y avait un petit jardin intérieur ravissant. Le Palazzo est très bien situé entre le Rialto et la Place St. Marc, commerces et restaurants sont tout près, et les rues proches sont quand-même très calmes. Et même le Canale Grande est calme la nuit. J'ai déjà conseillé cette location à des amis

Liebesnest mit venezianischem Charme

Wer Venedig und das Leben am Wasser erleben will, besser als dort geht es nicht. Man schläft buchstäblich nur 1 m weg vom Canale Grande und kann die Boote vom Bett aus beobachten. Das Zimmer ist eher klein und man fühlt sich fast wie in einer Kajüte. Es fehlt aber an nichts.

Beautiful apartment right on the Grand Canal

The view alone exceeded our expectations. Located right in the middle of everything, the whole city is a quick walk or vaporetto ride away. The owners are very responsive and answered all of our questions.

perfect location, perfect casita

This property is very romantic and perfect for a couple. It has a small market and restaurant just outside the door. The market is beautiful and the variety of food and treats is amazing. It is a short walk anywhere without being in an expensive part of the city. The pier is beautiful and a great place to spend the sunset and sunrise.

Great location!

We loved the location as it’s really quite but a short walk to the city center. The private dock is perfect for enjoying the Grand Canal & the nearby restaurant has the best pizza! Charming room & perfect way to see Venice!

Absolutely loved it

The property was spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed for a get away (coffee, Prosecco, fridge etc.). The owners added their own touches (artwork/books created by them). The bathroom was very clean and stocked. The location was perfect, short walk to markets, shops and restaurants, and the people were very friendly. Arriving was easy, you just bought a ticket for the water bus/water taxi, and it was a short ride to the stop (we went via the vaporetto or the water bus). The best part was the deck on the cannel; you can truly escape the world there, if you were wanting to work, be creative or completely relax...it was perfect.

1 st trip to Venice

This unique , quirky little place in sensational. The walls are dressed with silk and Gustav Clinz paintings . It has its own private balcony on the Grand Canal ( sole use) and is surrounded by art and the love of art & culture. The owners are adorable too ❤️ We will definitely be back xxxx

Front row seats on the Grand Canal

There were so many impressive things about this house. The absolute most impressive was the deck on the Grand Canal. We sat out there at every opportunity and watched Venice come to life in the morning and quiet down at night. The house itself was exactly as described. It was small, but it was all we needed. Despite its size, it came with many amenities including a bottle of Prosecco and coffee. The other impressive thing was the communication. We wrote to the owner about the hair dryer not working, and it was replaced immediately. Every question was answered in a timely manner. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

From our windows I watch Venice sail down the Grand Canal; I can hop over to almost any part of the town by boat when I so wish, as well as get out to the delightful little islands which pepper the laguna. Peaceful in the midst of a much-visited place, because our house is out of the tourist paths but in the center of everything at the same time!
