2/2 half duplex ubicado en west ocean dr en key colony beach. Esta unidad tiene una cama king en el maestro y dos gemelos en la habitación de invitados. Este 936 sq. Ft hogar dormirá 4 personas como máximo. No tiene acceso al canal, sin embargo, hay muchos espacios de estacionamiento si va a traer un bote y desea remolcarlo dentro y fuera de la rampa pública del bote. The duplex was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen, really well equipped…the only thing about kitchen was there was no dish soap, and there was a brand new dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. Very minimal complaints, but when you fly your not going to pack, or even think to pack extra items you will need, extra garbage bags toilet paper etc. The one bigger complaint is we thought it was sitting directly on channel with full view of water and it was only a very small corner of the channel. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay - the house was exactly as advertised. The setup and ammenities are perfectly thought out for a relaxing vacation. The bed was very confortable comfortable and A/C kept the place nice and comfortablr.

Keys Trip

Very nice property in an extremely convenient location. Very walkable location with access to paths in every direction. Really enjoyed Sunset Park just down the street. Nice 2 person kayak to use in the canals. Very quiet, friendly neighbors and everything you need.

Excellent VRBO in Marathon, Florida

The property was just as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor patio on the canal was a great place for our happy hour. The nearby Cabana Club with beach and pool were fabulous. Excellent location with plenty to do and places to eat. And our neighbors were very friendly.Thank you so much!

The Keys have the best winter weather

We have been searching for a wintering spot Key Colony and Marathon win. The property was clean and very convenient to restaurants, the Pool and the ocean. We felt very comfortable walking anywhere and weather was amazing. Julie was helpful in helping us secure lodging for next winter season.

Winter escape

The property was very clean and spacious. Conveniently located to walk to little sunset park which was fun and friendly folks there. Beach was clean and beautiful view but we had some overcast days so could not enjoy it like we’d hoped. Not a bad ride to Key West either. Love the 7 mile bridge. The only downside of the property is if you’re older there are the stairs to get to it. Not bad when you’re coming and going during the week but to move in and out with luggage and all the other stuff we take it gets to you. If you don’t have a problem with stairs it’s a wonderful place to stay.

This property was just as described, had everything we needed including the pool towels. House was spotless, and we would def stay here again!! Host was very quick with any response we needed, and locatiokn was perfect to many things!

Great house - even better location and amenities

This house fit our needs perfectly! Right in the heart of the Keys! Kitchen came fully equipped with everything an amateur chef needs to prepare dinner for a family of 4. The Cabana Club access was awesome - friendly staff, beautiful pool with private beach access, decent prices on drinks and food - all within a 5 minute walk from the property. The Sunset park was awesome with an intimate, nightly crowd gathering for sunset watching and comraderie. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will cherish the memories made.

Perfect Get Away

This was just what my sons and I needed. The property was just as described. The area is perfect, walking distance to the Cabana club, a small beach area. Communication was always quick and very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Beautiful Property

My wife and I stayed here and unfortunately had to leave early due to a medical issue. The property and location are beautiful. The check in process was smooth and communication with the host was as well. We did not have a chance to use the Cabana Club. I hope to stay here again once the medical issues are resolved.

Choppy waters

When ships enter choppy waters is the best time to find out what kind of captain you are. We had an issue with air conditioning and the customer service was quick to help reslove the issue.

My daughter and I were in the Keys for diving and relaxing and this location was perfect. Clean and neat. The kitchen and dining area were perfect, and the washer/dryer helped us not need to bring to much. Located in marathon it was the right distance from everything. Would definitely is this place again

I stayed with my family and we loved the location. It was right in the middle of everything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the cabana club was very nice.We did some fishing in the canal behind the house and the view from the kitchen into the canal was beautiful. The house was clean and comfy. It felt like you were at home. I would recommend this rental and would rent it again.

Comfortable for a family

We stayed here for 8 days over the Xmas holiday and it was good overall. Comfortable apt with everything you need for a family. Beds are comfy and overall it was pretty clean except for dog hair all over carpets. We thought it was a pet free listing so that was a little annoying for our daughter’s allergies but overall not bad. Also tb in the bedroom did bot work — normally that would be fine but the first 3 days were cold and rainy so it would have been awesome to have a 2nd tv for the kids. The Cabana Club was nice to have to use since the ocean was too cold to swim in (you need to show up early to get a chair but you are allowed to bring beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach area). Overall a good value for a family.

Easy process checking in and property is clean. Location of property was a big disappointment! During the day the traffic and road noise was incredible for a small key’s location. Nighttime was quiet and pleasant. Not water front - however the is one spot on the property where you can see the canal.
