Great Time

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The back yard and heated pool were fantastic. The house was clean and very well laid out for our needs.

Family Winter Getway

The property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house is well stocked with all the essentials. The backyard is truly an oasis and we spent a great deal of time relaxing by the pool. Dave, the owner, was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

Christmas visit to Scottsdale

We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Being from the north the kids loved being able to swim in the pool.

Great place for Golf

Excellent communication with owner and very understanding of our specific needs. He was very accommodating. The location is perfectly suited for golfing and good dining.

Baby visits the desert!

Well kept, spacious accommodations. Pool was very nice. Relaxing week. Smooth process for check in. Clean up and check out procedures were not burdening. Good location to bring our 7-month old daughter. She loved her 1st dip in a pool. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

This house was fantastic, the pictures don’t do it justice. Awesome location, close to everything. Best of all, was the backyard, perfect place to relax and spend time with family. The layout of the house can’t be beat, plenty of room to spread out.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had all the comforts of home. The home is immaculate and everything’s been thought of. Our kids loved the pool. Everything is close by and convenient. Will stay again!

Comfortable home, fabulous back yard!

Overall the stay was great. The backyard is fabulous and a lot of fun, plus the grill was great for dinners! We thought the home was nice and comfortable. There were plenty of supplies for your stay, just no shower soaps. Owner was super friendly if we reached out too. We did four of five stars because on the last night we were kept up by the roof rats in the HVAC.

Fantastic

My family came in from Texas, Wisconsin, and Minnesota to attend a wedding. We had an amazing time. We loved the property and especially the backyard "oasis". Great experience from all aspects. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home, great location

Very comfortable home, great location, nice, walkable neighborhood. Dave was awesome. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing to be aware of are the 2-3 steps from the dining room to the living room would be difficult for young children. Other than that, it was perfect!

ALONE IN SCOTTSDALE

What a great house! Very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the heated pool and relaxing on the back patio. This house is in a great location surrounded by some amazing restaurants. My favorite outdoor activity was going to camelback mountain for a hike. What a great view after you reach the top. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great location and lovely backyard!

We came with a group of 6 adult women on a girls trip. We absolutely loved the backyard and spent hours enjoying the pool and the sunshine! The location of the house is wonderful- so close to Kierland Commons and many other amenities. The house was in great condition- very clean and as advertised in photos. This is probably the best VRBO house I've stayed in! Highly recommend.

Back again

We like this place so much we came back for another stay. We come to play golf, shop and hang around the pool. The location is perfect for that. It's close to Kierland for shopping. and restuarants. Dave, the owner, is very responsive with any questions, issues or needs. We're comng back next year.

Relaxing Family Vacay

From 8 to nearly 80, our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It had everything we needed, including lots of kitchen supplies that came in handy for our Thanksgiving "feast"!!! Dave quickly responded whenever we had a question. (It's a very technically advanced home.) The pool was thoroughly enjoyed every day. Even though it was cooler in Scottsdale at this time of year, the pool was warm and comfy! We would love to come back again someday! responded whenever we had a question

Friends Getaway

We absolutely loved our friends getaway in Scottsdale. The house was everything that we read about and saw on-line. It was close to entertainment/restaurants!! We were also able to take in a Brewers Spring Training game! Dave was awesome to work with; including an earlier check-in time! Would love to come back again when next back in Scottsdale! Truly a five star experience!!

Family visit

Looking for a place to visit with grown children over a long weekend. House was perfect though we spent most of our time out in the beautiful back garden poolside. Beds were really comfortable and everyone commented on how great the showers were. Convenient to Kierland/ Scottsdale Quarter for shopping/dining and lots of grocery stores a short distance. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave.

Great Property!

David has a beautiful property in Scottsdale. Great location near restaurants, golf, highway, etc. very clean home and a beautiful backyard with tons of seating, pool, outdoor TV and fire pit. Layout is great with four spacious bedrooms and tons of living space. David is very nice to work with and very responsive. Nothing but positives for this property and David. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! The location was great. We walked around the neighborhood and it was quiet and relaxing. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself was spectacular! We felt and home with all the amenities it had. They thought of everything. The pool area was perfect for the getaway we wanted. We can’t wait to enjoy someday soon!
