Great house in great neighborhood

House was very clean with comfy beds and nice furniture throughout. Had all the amenities listed and needed including toiletries. Great open kitchen to family-room and back yard for entertaining. Easy check-in and host was readily available. Highly recommend!

Everything was lovely. Well equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed! Did think the pool heating charge was a little steep~doesn’t seem like the property needed to make $$ off of that but all in all a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled for a few spring training games and my son’s baseball tournament. We choice this house for the option to heat the pool and BBQ grill to host a few families for a cook-out. The day we arrived the pool was heated and ready for a swim. And this house had EVERYTHING, down to goggles for the kids to use when swimming. We will definitely be staying here again next year for spring training!

We stayed here for 2 months (Jan/Feb 23) and would highly recommend this property. Clean with all the accommodations needed to make your stay comfortable. The backyard is private. The yard and pool is well maintained. Good internet if working remotely and full kitchen to prepare and enjoy meals.

Great place. Great hosts.

This place had everything we needed for four adults and two children under two. The covered porch with fans provided nice shade a breeze for the kids. We had every amenity we could need and the backyard was a great place enjoy the evenings when the kids were sleeping.

Excellent family home in great location!

This was the perfect home for our family getaway. The house is nestled in a very nice, quiet neighborhood which is centrally located to many of the area attractions. It was extremely clean and was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in late April and elected to not have the pool heated. The water temperature was not too uncomfortable but I would recommend guests to have it heated this time of year. The property manager was friendly to work with and responded promptly to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great quiet spot with lovely outdoor area!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in the middle of a quiet residential neighborhood, but close to major shopping. A lot of thought was put into the decor and finishing touches (nice TVs, bluetooth speaker, etc...). Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The back pool area was really nice. Extremely comfortable furniture and tastefully done. Kids had a great time in the pool (we opted to have it heated for an extra charge which was worth it). Just bring some bug spray if going in the spring. We had an issue with the ice-maker and they took care of it right away. If you are looking for a low key spot to relax, this is a great option.

Family/Golf trip

The property was just as expected from the pictures. House was laid out well and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kids spent endless hours in the pool. We had no issues and enjoyed 2 weeks of this home base.

High-quality towels and bedding, spices in the kitchen, a few coffee pods to start us off, pool towels and floats, and plenty of dishes and silverware to serve all of us. The place was extremely clean. The pool was heated as we had requested and the charges were fair. Wes was very easy to work with. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.

Nice family home getaway

The booking process was easy. The house was immaculate. They definitely take cleanliness seriously which is sooo important to us. The pool was fun after the monsoons ceased. :) Pool service and cleaning service arrived as we were leaving so it was obvious the owner keeps great care of the property. There were plenty of dishes and serving utensils, all of which were of great quality. Loved the outdoor seating. We enjoyed this home and will be back! ☺️ Only request is to add larger coffee mugs for those of us that like big cups of coffee. Other than that, we have zero complaints. Very comfortable home.
