Updated and open kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. Recessed lighting and hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen open to living and dining. Living space offers coastal furnishings and pastel colors throughout - a pleasant escape from the busy day to day.
Glass doors open to screened porch, overlooking expansive lagoon with plenty of active wildlife to enjoy.

Spacious master suite with luxurious bath includes king bed, sitting area and oversized walk-in shower with custom vanity. Visitors to the island will agree this tennis club setting doesn’t get any better!

Located in the East Beach, enjoy close proximity to Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary, East Beach Tennis facilities and just a short, 4-minute walk over lagoon to the beach!

The host sent excellent detailed emails for my arrival and for my stay. The condo was in a perfect location in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. The condo was gorgeous with good light and decor.
The screened-in porch was a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee!

Our stay in this villa was perfect. Kiawah Island is a relaxing, beautiful place, and coming home to the condo at the end of a sun soaked beach day was a highlight. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and quiet. The view of the lagoon is restful, and an alligator made its appearance right on cue. The walk to the beach was easy, and maps that the hosts provided made it a breeze to bike to other locations on the island. You can't go wrong with this rental. Thank you to the hosts. We hope to come back again!

Beautiful and Comfortable

We had a great stay. The listing was very accurate and the place was spacious and clean. We appreciated the location with easy access to Boardwalk 27. Very easy for bike rentals and a short drive to shops. Only thing we were surprised about was the lack of beach chairs, but we were first time visitors and didn’t realize that was common practice. The unit came stocked with k cups, laundry and dishwasher supplies which was very appreciated. The host is helpful and quick to reply. We hope to return next year with the same rental.

FANTASTIC!

So, so, SO pleased with our stay at this beautiful villa!!! A short walk to the beach and in a perfect, central location on Kiawah. Definitely recommend renting bikes (we used Alligator Bikes) - simply amazing - we biked all around the island! And we LOVED the screened in balcony that faced the water (we even spotted a gator!) - perfect for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. We would happily rent this space again!!!

This was our second year staying at this condo and it is the best! Clean and updated, and a very short walk to the ocean with great lake views as well!

Fantastic Location

We loved our stay. It was a quick walk to the beach and close to one of the island's best resort restaurants. The condo is super cute and the patio had such a relaxing vibe and view.

Perfect villa and location

This villa is great and would definitely stay here again. Clean and updated and decorated well and comfortable. Very close to beach. Overlooks scenic lagoon. On second floor but steps are easy. Owner responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tennis Club Villa. Everything was as advertised...bright, sunny, quiet and very well-equipped. The unit was so convenient to the ocean...just a short walk away. We hope to return in the near future!

Nicely remodeled Villa.. Close to the beach!

We have stayed at many of the Villas at Kiawah. This one has some very nice remodeling. We really enjoyed the open kitchen floor plan. The screened in porch was great and had many deer moving about in the mornings and evenings. The beach is within a 10 minute walk for those beautiful sunrises!!

Awesome Villa

Lovely villa located short walk from the beach. We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years now and love the location of the Tennis Club Villas-close to the heart of the island, but less crowded. We were impressed with how clean the villa was including the screened in porch area which can be a challenge! Villa's kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent 1 bedroom condo, well located and appointed

Just stayed 8 nights at the end of July. This was the perfect one bedroom condo for my wife and I. Well located in Tennis Club villas, short walk/bike to the beach or the Sanctuary. Updated, comfortable and very clean. Not much more than you can ask for. Also, the owner is very helpful and responsive.

Lovely place

This is our favorite place at Kiawah we have stayed at in the past 3 years. We had everything we needed and it was a lovely clean place to stay. We loved the lagoon view on the screened porch and would often find ourselves eating our meals out there. The location was perfect for us, 5 minute walk to the beach and to the bike trail. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Beach Trip to Kiawah

We loved the location and view of this condo. The porch had a great view of the lagoon and we saw a few alligators during our stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival. Marianne was an excellent host!

The property was awesome! 5 minute walk from the beach with daily views of alligators in the lake. Bed was super comfortable, furniture was great, and shower was awesome! We will definitely come again!

Location location location

Comfortable in all respects and met basic needs. Fabulous location. Bathroom layout is awkward for using toilet. Host was responsive regarding a change in original stay. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Kiawah Getaway

We had a great experience! The villa is just right for two people. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the lagoon, and the wonderful bike paths through the property. We also loved walking on the beach. We would highly recommend this property!
