This charming cottage boasts tranquil lagoon views from the sunroom and outdoor deck, a BBQ grill for Lowcountry feasts, a community pool and easy access to the beaches of Kiawah Island.

The living room is a comfortable area to relax in and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen television after a long day at the beach. The open kitchen is newly renovated with modern stainless steel appliances, a large granite island with stools and a Nespresso coffee brewer (or old-school drip coffee maker) for java lovers. Enjoy a family meal at either the dining room table with seating for 6 or in the fabulous sunroom or the outdoor deck area while taking in the amazing views of the lagoon just steps away. Gas grill is available for guest's use.

This Kiawah Island cottage rental is a favorite with tech savvy travelers with 3 smart TVs with Roku built in and YouTube TV installed allowing you to watch live TV from 85+ channels, replacing the need for cable. There are apps on the ROKU for Apple TV, Netflix, Sling, Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus but you will need to add your login info to watch. Be sure to sign out when you leave. There is no cable TV in this cottage.

1082 Sparrow Pond comfortably accommodates 6 guests in 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second room has 2 twins while the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite full bath. There is an additional full bath, all have been updated.

Step outside to the large open deck area complete with a beautiful and comfortable seating area, an additional dining area for six, a propane grill for family BBQs and an outdoor shower to rinse off your day of ocean adventures, (cold water only).

West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside/Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalks 1 and 2.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
