Ubicación, ubicación! Disfrutar de sus vacaciones junto al océano y despertar con el sonido de las olas! Esta actualización 1 dormitorio, 1 baños está convenientemente situado en el corazón de la playa del este de Kiawah Island. Night Heron Park, el Mercado del Este playa del spa y tiendas en el santuario están a sólo un corto de 5 minutos a pie de la puerta principal. La playa está justo fuera de su puerta trasera.

It was clean and lots of sample/travel size products to clean dishes. It was wonderful to have a beach view with our morning coffee! I love how close it was to The Nest to allow us more food choices.

Remote working paradise

It was a perfect get-away and such a pleasure to work throughout the week while viewing the beautiful beach and ocean. 4315 windswept was such a gem and we hope to be back soon.

Great location

Felt like a treehouse on the top floor with a great view of the beach & ocean from the balcony, corner of the living room, and bedroom - thought the storage was good. Thought some nice decisions on the furniture used - good areas to place beach items near the door. And loved the standing bar with barstools on the balcony - great place to drink coffee, have meals, and watch the ocean.

Steps from the Beach!

My husband and I had a wonderful get away at this condo in Kiawah. It was very clean and our home away from home. We loved the quaint corner unit, which was steps from the beach. My husband had to take a few work calls and could see me on the beach from his desk window in the condo. This condo is also very conveniently located near The Nest, which is an upscale general store and restaurant. I would highly recommend staying in this property!

Garden Island

Two weeks after Labor Day is a wonderful time to visit Kiawah Island. It’s very peaceful and uncrowded, and both the air and sea temperature were over 80°. The island is magnificently landscaped with mature coastal vegetation. The condo was beautifully situated just over the dune from the beach. The unit was spacious and well equipped. We slept peacefully with The sound of the waves.

Great for Two

This property is presented on line exactly as it is. Great for two people, excellent location, clean, and lived up to its description. We did have a tornado warning while there and wondered where we should go, given it’s a condo built on “stilts.” (Went to the lobby of the Sanctuary, practically next door.) Enjoyed our stay and recommend the property heartily.

Great accommodations

We had a wonderful time while we were at this Villa. We were blessed with perfect weather. The villa was nicely decorated. We did not give it 5 stars as the bed was way too firm. Suggest bringing a soft topper if you have any back issues. The view of the ocean from the bedroom was very nice and even with the previous weather, the beach was enjoyable. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and were able to reconnect and relax.

Our stay at the villa

We enjoyed our stay but had to leave early because the bed was lop sided and we needed to get a good night's sleep. The villa was very nice but needs a new mattress. We lasted 2 nights but did not sleep well so we decided to not spent a 3rd night on a lop sided mattress. Other than that it was a nice place. Thank you.

Beautiful Villa, excellent location!

We had a wonderful long weekend. Nice happy design, lots of color, very clean and modern. The management staff was very helpful after our first night when we discovered the bed was too firm for our taste. They found a topper and had it on the bed by the end of the day, so we slept well after that. Certainly recommend that the owners stock their home with one of these given I saw another review about the bed being too firm. Oh, and maybe more of a variety of softness in pillows? Loved the place overall and would come back!

Frequent visitor to Kiawah Island

Condo fine. Close to beach. We really like Windswept. It is work to get everything from car to 3rd floor condo. Elevator helps a lot. Yet total distance plus 5 steps makes it difficult. Curtains to balcony are totally broken and can not be closed

Wonderful Condo with Easy Ocean Access

This property is located with easy access to the ocean. The property is a quiet upper floor end unit, well equipped and ocean views. The beach is wide and uncrowded. When we arrived we had an issue that the property manager addressed almost immediately. We were very impressed with their responsiveness. Note that due to the proximity to the water, the property is elevated and is NOT accessible for persons with disabilities, requiring appropriately 10 gentle stair steps before getting to the elevator. We recommend this unit for a wonderful stay at the beach.

East Beach Windswept

We love staying at Windswept and this condo is very spacious with a partial beach view. Easy check in and everything was clean. The bathroom fixtures were still in need of repair as noted in previous reviews and the filter in the fridge needed replacement. However, we called Sweetgrass and they responded right away. Drew came over and took care of everything. He was very professional and polite. We loved the layout of this condo, all tile floors, plenty of linen and the ease of access with the elevator after the initial stairs. Nice surprise to have 2 beach chairs stored in the closet and some good coffee ready to brew. Kiawah is definitely our happy place and this was our best stay yet! Highly recommend Alligator bicycle rentals too. They were very responsive when we needed adjustments to one bike, arriving within 10 minutes! When we came down to ride another day, one pouch had been stolen, but they replaced it right away.

Great location

Loved our stay, the location is wonderful. The unit does need some painting and repair work-shower knob is broken, shower and sinks drain very, very slowly. The kitchen is average as far as utensils and cookware go. The bed is quite comfortable and linens were plentiful. Would definitely return as Kiawah is our favorite beach vacation.
