Hi Emily, Thank you for the very detailed review. First, we are HAPPY to announce the installation of a new, $4000 water system which has eliminated all water pressure issues. Unfortunately, we were on a waitlist and it couldn’t be installed before your stay. Excellent pressure now. I go on the pier every day and the pier is fine, but wood weathers and goes through changes in the elements over time. I rarely go on the rooftop deck, but we had friends/about 20 people enjoying themselves recently on it. As far as sliding glass doors, the two are right next to each other and lead to same deck, so we just use one. I am glad you enjoyed your stay!!

Thank you for the review, and I am glad you enjoyed the water/views. In regards to some of your concerns: I apologize for any lights out...we had back to back week rentals, and I was not aware of any lights out. But that is an easy fix. As far as the leaks...well that was actually a hurricane that hit our area and it ripped some shingles off the roof, resulting in a leak in the attic which had not happened before. The shingles have already been fixed/repaired. Lastly, regarding the slope of some of the floors. This community was built in 1940. Our house, like many, have been upgraded and had additions put on over the years. Some of the flooring was built around a stone fireplace from 1940. Same with the decks. It’s a quaint waterfront house/community. Our previous guests enjoyed it so much that they are now looking for a house in our neighborhood or nearby and asked if we knew anyone selling.....so it’s a feel/setting that fits many people.
