Probably worst rental in years, cheap junk furniture and mattresses. Dirty bathrooms

The beach was nice, rented chairs was also nice. Enjoyed the pools and beach access and food trucks right by the pools. Glad we enjoyed the beach and gulf shores so didn’t have to spend but lunch and bed in the room.

Clean and nice.

The place was right on the gulf and we enjoyed easy access to the water. The pool was wonderful for the kids because it was a kids pool.

Great location and easy process

Place doesn’t have a lot of the “extras” you usually find like beach chairs, hair dryer, etc but was best priced and had all the essentials.

Nice value for price

Location was good, place was nice, low budget toilet paper and towels, building had a lot of elevator issues during our stay.

Overall the condo served our needs. The king bed in the master bedroom made creaking noises and the bathroom toilet seat needs to be secured.

Clean, but not comfortable.

We loved the condo structure, location, and the kiddie pool. But the sleeping was very uncomfortable. The beds are far from nice to sleep in. We will be staying in the condominium again, but we will try another room.

Please believe the specifics outlined in previous reviews

Loved the beach! Embarrassed to entertain family and friends in the condo. This is the first time I’ve left a negative review in 15 years of renting vacation homes. I feel bad but would feel worse if I did not notify people coming to the Alabama gulf coast.

Gulf shores Condo

Perfect location! Beautiful beach views. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Restaurant on the beach next to the condo with access to a bar. Has 19 floors. No issues with parking. Minimal cooking equipment. But worked for breakfast cooking. Make sure to bring extra trash bags and paper towels ! A few issues with cleanliness that can be easily fixed. Host has been made aware. No coffee pot was our biggest disappointment but we managed..

We went on our honeymoon. Originally started at Ocean House but had to be moved due to that one being awful. We were very pleased once we got moved to seawind. The pool is alittle small but our Condo 1503 was perfect needs alittle updating but not much. Only down fall was the elevator went out and was out for 3 days we had to walk up 15 flights of stairs which made it miserable and then carried our luggage down on our last day. Definitely EXHAUSTED after that

Renters beware.

The unit does not compare to other units in the same price range. The carpeting, bedding, dining room chairs , and curtains, are all badly stained. There was evidence of mold on the ceiling in the dining area. The entire unit felt dirty. The master bed Is propped up on cinder blocks and wood shims. Disappointed to say the least.

Pretty Nice / Cleaning Not Do Good

We absolutely loved the location and convenient parking. Upon arrival to our room we found dirty bath towels still hanging so it caused us to think what else was not cleaned. The towels that were supposed to be clean were not clean, so we washed them all before using them. It was also an oder in the room, most likely from the unclean hanging towels. We basically did our own cleaning and sanitizing the first day, so we did not like that at all, especially for the price we paid for the condo. The space was perfect and the ocean views were great! Overall, the stay was nice, but man for the cleaning fees they charge our expectations was for the room to be clean! If anything, we would like to be refunded any cleaning fees because we cleaned our own condo.

Could’ve been worse I guess

Parking is ridiculous unless you drive a Honda civic. Half the cars in the garage got violation notices on their cars for being double parked but the spots are so small that you have to straddle the line to get out your driver door. When we arrived,the ac wasn’t working but it was fixed by noon the next day. Other little things like a couple dirty dishes in the drawer, carpet needing replaced and a broken desk looking thing in the closet were noticed. Like other reviews, the elevators are less than satisfactory. The doors shut so fast they’ll just about catch a person walking in and just can’t keep up with the demand of residents. The room itself was pretty nice. Our family had one on the 18th floor that was much nicer though. Kids pool needs lighting repaired. Overall, we have stayed in worse places but will probably shop around for a better one on our next stay.

Pretty Good just needs updating

My family stayed here for almost a week, from Sunday - Friday and we really enjoyed our stay overall. There were a few things broken when we got there, though such as: Lamp in master BR, lamp in the livingroom, master BR balcony door wouldn’t lock, and the 2nd King BR TV would not work. In the room that the bunk beds are in there is no TV nor ceiling light, just a lamp. While we were here the pool was also closed and we were not informed until the day of our arrival. I know the pool being closed is not the hosts fault by any means but I wish we could’ve been informed prior to the date of our arrival. I had seen comments about the elevators and parking so I was worried BUT the elevators are just as fast as any elevators I’ve ever used. They were both working fine. The parking is a different story…. If you want to park INSIDE the parking deck GOOD LUCK unless you have a small car. There are several other places to park outside of the parking deck or up the ramps going to different levels of the deck but they’re a good bit away from the elevators. Overall though, this trip was great and the condo was good. The Condo was pretty clean and not too much noise around us either. The view was GORGEOUS from the balcony! I’d rate it an 8.5/10 honestly.

Nice view but dirty

They notified us they were doing extra cleaning due to Covid but just the basic everyday cleaning was not done. We had to clean Our feet All the time Before putting on shoes because the floors were filthy, the ceiling fans and light fixtures Haven’t been cleaned in months- dust built up, garbage can In kitchen had Something Sticky and yellow in bottom that wasn’t cleaned after last person, used water bottle left on shelf in laundry room, Mold all over shower curtains, mold on wall next to tub, socket covers laying on floor, light in main entrance doesn’t work, Pictures taken of all this

2022 Stay 7/30-8/6

My family and I stayed in Sea Wind 1503 from July 30-Aug 6, and there were multiple concerns we’d like to address with either the management company or the owners themselves. We noticed something almost everyday that didn’t work. Here is the list below: Blender only worked on high setting, front of bedside table in the front guest room just fell off, Master bed was broken in multiple places, ice maker & water on the fridge did not work. Couches were full of sand. Master shower curtain hook was broken. Surface light/over stove light did not work. Batteries in the living room dish were dead. Mattresses did not sleep well- poor quality Mildew on provided pillow case.

Wouldn’t stay at this unit again but would stay in complex

There was dark hair alllll over the master bedding, I’ve never seen anything like it. Dryer did not work. Due to the limited amount of bath towels we needed to wash towels after the first night. We washed them then were stuck with wet towels. None of the remotes for the tv worked. Unsure if the dishwasher worked because we arrived to the unit with a dishwasher full of dishes. The bunkbeds in the third bedroom were so noisy and would shake so out of my 3 children only one could sleep in there on the bottom bunk, top bunk was unless. I like the complex but wouldn’t return to this unit. The splash pad was nice and convenient. The walkway in between our condo and the condo to the left was very noisy at night and a high traffic area but if you had a high enough unit it probably didn’t bother you much, I would say the noise level out of a 10 is probably around 6.5
