Clean and nice place

We were at this location for a week in mid November the condo was very clean when we arrived. With the time of year there we’re not many people so we did not have issues with parking or the fact there is only one elevator currently at the property. It was great for our week of not so great weather!

Great security, clean community and pool area. Quiet and family oriented. Really enjoyed the stay. Nice furnishings too more like our home than a rental.

It is a beautiful condo… just as described and seen in photographs…loved the large kitchen! The location was perfect! BUT… when we got there… the water was not warm and an alarm went off and we found out it was for the water heater…there was a flashing red light that said “service needed” we immediately texted the number listed and “spoke” to a representative from the Vacasa management team… they said they would place a service ticket and assured us the Local Operations Manager had been “informed of our concern”. They promised every they would have it fixed that day…After having NO HOT WATER FOR FOUR DAYS…with multiple texts and calls, a repairman finally showed up. he did not know how to work on the water heater… But he did find that the circuit breaker had been tripped. He apologized because he didn’t know if he had even helped.The first four days were miserable without any hot water…you can’t appreciate coming in from a cold pool to a cold room with only a cold shower… the kids were forced to use the pool shower in the indoor pool area, which luckily had warm water. I would rate this a 5 star but since half of our days were spent microwaving water to wash our faces and taking uncomfortable cold showers, I apologize to the owner but I can only give it a 2 star

Unit was clean and well maintained (and, as a Disney Vacation Club owner, I have high standards.) Building staff was friendly and worked to keep the common areas clean. My only complaint was the gate to the beach boardwalk was locked until 7am making it difficult for the fishermen in our party to access the beach with the cart carrying their equipment. Otherwise, a great stay!

10 day stay

We stayed in this condo from Aug 15-25. I have pros and cons about this rental. First the pros. Beautiful condo inside with a killer view of the gulf from the 9th floor. We’ve stayed in this building before and it’s top notch. Pool is excellent, beach access is easy. We really appreciated the covered parking space that comes with the rental. Master BR bed was comfy with a thick memory foam topper. Master BR tv was excellent. Comfy furniture in the living room. Good washer/dryer and large pantry in the huge kitchen. Obvious smell of disinfectant use was appreciated. Now the cons...cleanliness was an issue in regard to the floors. It was obvious that the cleaning staff has no clue or doesn’t bother cleaning the vacuum filters therefore making vacuuming extremely inefficient. After cleaning them myself and vacuuming the condo I felt much better about it. Storage of sandy, dirty rug and mops in pantry should not be happening. That’s where people put food. If there is washable rugs in bathrooms, please wash them. I did. For the owner...crock pot needed in the kitchen as we planned meals for that but couldn’t prepare them because there wasn’t one. Blankets needed for all beds, comforters to use as blankets too hot. Thank you Vacasa for the “loaner” blankets and replacement shower curtain due to cleanliness issue. Ceiling fan in guest bedroom so wobbly that chain smacked against globes causing racket, not to mention the people’s uneasiness that use the bedroom with a fan overhead that feels unsafe to use. Although master BR bed was comfy there needs to be a step stool to get in it. It’s so high that folks could have a problem getting in it. Laundry room needs a rack to store mops and cleaning bucket so pantry remains clear of dirty stuff. Living room TV old and cable service format doesn’t fit the screen.

Nice condo in a great location

Nice condo and amenities in a great location. I'll admit we were not a fan of the mattress pad in the master bedroom, but it's nothing to get worked up about. Loved having the extra half bath and that the bed in the second bedroom was a king as well. We would stay here again. I was concerned about the difficulty of reaching Vacasa during our stay if we should need something since I found it difficult prior to our trip. Fortunately, we didn't need anything above what was addressed in our email/app communication.

Nice but could use some improvements

Over all the unit is very nice. Some issues were that the shower didn’t drain in the guest room bath. The master shower wasn’t clean when when we arrived. There were dirty wash cloths hanging in it which made us question what else had not been cleaned properly. Especially during Covid. The master bed has a memory foam topper which was probably put there instead of replacing an old mattress. Which was fine but bed is so high I had to vault into it. Not ideal for older people. When we arrived the towels were in the dryer. Which also would have been fine if we would have been informed we needed to fold them ourselves. We didn’t know they were there and had to make a call to get it straightened out. The employees answering the calls are very friendly and try to be helpful. We never did receive any text or email saying our unit was ready even though I had called twice to check on it. I do prefer the old management company. They seemed to have things under control. It was a busy time and Vacasa seemed some what overwhelmed with a large turn over of people. The condo is nice decorated. The living room furniture is comfortable. Plenty of dishes and glassware. We stay at Admirals Quarters once or twice a year. It was our first time in 906. All in all the unit was very nice. The management needs some tweaking.

Unit 906 is awesome. Very spacious with master suite and 2nd bedroom on opposite ends of the unit. Huge walk in closet and bathroom in the master suite. 2nd bedroom adequately sized with full bath was great. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. Modern appliances all worked well and unit was stocked with every pot, pan dish, bowl, cup amd glass you will need. Great views of the inlet where all the boats access the open water, the gulf and pier. Couldn't have asked for better resort amenities.

Beds VERY uncomfortable

The condo was great with the exception of the beds being terribly hard and uncomfortable and the shower head in the master bath kept falling off and hitting us. Also the bench in the closet is a bit of a hazard. The beach was great! I think Vacasa has horrible customer service. I e never booked a condo where they were the property manager, but I sent 4 messages after booking and still never received a response except the automated check in and check out text.

Pleasant experience overall

The property was very breathtaking with an exceptional view of the beach from the condo. Was able to see dolphins from the balcony several days during stay and enjoyed the convent access to the beach with its calm waters during my stay.
