Cuando pones un pie dentro de este lujoso condominio de esquina en el tercer piso de Admiral's Quarters, te sorprenderás con la hermosa vista de las aguas azul verdosas del Golfo de México y las playas de arena blanca de azúcar en todas las direcciones.

Nuestro condominio está decorado profesionalmente en un motivo de isla. La sala de estar se abre al gran balcón con vistas despejadas de la playa de arena blanca de azúcar, el golfo de México y la piscina bellamente ajardinada. Encontrará espectaculares vistas del atardecer y el amanecer, como puede ver en todas las direcciones. Observe los barcos de pesca que pasan por Perdido Pass mientras bebe su café matutino en el balcón. El enorme balcón está amueblado con una mesa y 6 sillas y 3 tumbonas para disfrutar de las vistas mientras se come o se relaja.

De vuelta al interior, la sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana Smart HD de 60 pulgadas, Blu Ray, DVD, VCR, estéreo y estación de acoplamiento para iPod. Hay un bar húmedo con fregadero y enfriador de vino.

El comedor tiene una mesa grande con capacidad para 6 y una barra de desayuno con taburetes, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. También tenemos una cafetera Keurig.

Hay una sala de lavandería separada con lavadora y secadora estándar.

El dormitorio principal también tiene una puerta corredera privada que da al gran balcón frente a la playa. Está amueblado con una cómoda cama King, TV de pantalla plana HD grande, DVD. Hay un amplio vestidor, baño privado con tocadores dobles, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada con mampara de vidrio.

Las tres habitaciones adicionales están equipadas con cama King Size, cama King Size y camas gemelas. Todos contienen grandes televisores de pantalla plana, DVD.

El segundo dormitorio principal delantero tiene un balcón privado para ver el atardecer. Esta habitación también cuenta con un gran televisor de alta definición y DVD junto con vestidor y baño privado.

El tercer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama King con TV HD grande y DVD. También cuenta con vestidor y baño privado.

El cuarto dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con dos camas individuales, TV HD grande y DVD. Esta habitación tiene vestidor y el baño se abre a la habitación y al pasillo.

Hay un gran cuarto de lavado en el condominio equipado con una lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad, tabla de planchar, plancha, aspiradora Oreck.

Red inalámbrica gratuita a Internet que proporciona velocidad T-1 a su computadora portátil.

Incluso proporcionamos sillas de playa y una sombrilla de playa para ti Lazy Days on the Beach.

We are so glad you enjoyed our condo and Admirals Quarters. Yes we agree that the location not only in the building but also on the beach is fabulous. Admirals Quarters is on the prettiest stretch of Beach on the entire Alabama Coast. That is why we chose this as our future retirement condo. We totally love the location and views from our Corner Balcony. As we are local residents we were at Admirals Quarters several time during the week and we never had any problem parking. There were several open spaces every time we were over there visiting friends. I know that you had a private garage parking space for our condo with 309 written on it directly across from the lobby and there were always several open spaces on the 2nd floor parking deck any time we were over there. I'm sorry that you had a hard time. I have never had a problem with the WiFi myself but I do know that there were several days when the web was having problems on the east coast east of the Mississippi River and that may have been during your visit. We do hope that you will definitely come back and stay with us again and call if you have any problem whatsoever as I can get that taken care of in a moments notice.

Very Spacious Condo

We are glad you enjoyed the decor as we do put a lot of thought into our condo. In fact two new dressers were delivered the day before your arrival and today we are getting new Balcony Furniture. Thank you for letting me know that the beds are comfortable because this is very important to us as we always want our guests to have a great nights sleep. Beautiful unit

This was a great unit and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was beautiful and we enjoyed being there. The Master suite was huge!

Lovely, spacious condo

This was a beautiful unit with amazing gulf-front views. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals...even a Crock Pot! The owners really had thought of everything and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. Four bedrooms, each with an adjoining bath, made it easy for our two families to share the unit. The complex had indoor and outdoor pools, easy beach access, and a fitness room. I would definitely recommend Admirals Quarters.

Best Condo for multiple couples!

Three bedrooms with King size beds. The front master was amazing. Love the huge shower. We also Loved the built in Ice maker saved us from having to buy bags of ice during our stay. Air went out on a holiday weekend and the owner had someone out and had it fixed in about an hour I was pleasantly surprised. Will keep for future Trips to the beach.

Family vacation for 10 from Nashville

This condo was the most beautifully decorated place we have ever stayed. It was such a joy to have EVERYTHING anyone could possibly need in the kitchen. Nana and Papa had a lovely 2nd master suite and our 2 children and their spouces each had a spacious bedroom. The 3 kids had a blast sharing a bedroom. We brought an inflatable toodler bed which worked great. They loved watching DVD's in their room, which was a nice feature. The baby had plenty of space in Mom and Dad's room for us to set up a portable crib. The owners were so gracious to us and met us upon our arrival. It was a wonderful vacation for all of us and we hope to do it again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us !!!

Admirals Quarters Unit 309 Condo Rental 5/2022

This was the second year we rented this condo for our family vacation and we hope to rent it again next year. The facility is located right on the beach and allows easy access to the beach and gulf. This condo is a very spacious corner unit with four bedrooms and a large balcony facing the beach. The layout of the interior is great. The unit is very quiet! There is a workout room and two pools on site and we utilized all three areas. There is a parking garage. We had two parking spaces for the condo. The facility and property is very well maintained and clean. There is security personnel on site and they are very friendly. The renters seemed very friendly as well. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

We love having guests like you year after year and look forward to your third visit next year. We want our condo to have everything our guests need for the perfect vacation and thank you for letting us know we were successful. Yes Admirals Quarters is a Wonderful complex. The location cannot be beat. We thank Cris and her ladies for keeping our complex top notch and very clean. Our garage parking is so very convenient right near the lobby. thank you once again for staying with us

Perfection!

This condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay on Orange Beach! Name something you might want or need in the kitchen and this condo will have it. We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast, drinks, and dolphin watching. We saw dolphins every morning. Since this condo is on the third floor we were able to get down to the beach via steps or elevator very quickly. We rented chairs on the beach for 6 days. This was very convenient. The cabana boy would move our umbrella for us as the sun moved through out the day. The condo also has 4 beach chairs and and an umbrella to take to the beach. This was very convenient! There is so much space in this condo. We had two families of four. Every room had its own bathroom. WiFi worked great even on the balcony. The condo is decorated perfectly. It really felt like our home and we hated to leave it!

Oh we are so glad you enjoyed our Beach Home as much as we do. We feel the same way every time we have to leave. We so love the views and being on the 3rd floor the views are perfect. You can see both the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico and are just high enough to enjoy the sealife in the Gulf. I do try and have everything in my kitchen and also have comfortable and new furniture. Thank you so much we are so glad you enjoyed the space and the decor because we do put a lot of thought in our decor. We want all of our guests to feel like home. We also want our condo to feel open and upscale. We love having guests like you and hope to have you back again soon

Perfection!

The pictures for this listing don’t do it justice. It was great! Beautiful condo that was fully stocked for those in our group that enjoyed cooking and in a perfect location for those like me that prefer to try out local restaurants. Easy access to the pool and beach. Great setup for a group of adults and kids. No complaints here! (And the ice machine was an added plus!) Would certainly rent again!

Family Vacation 2021

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It was very clean. The railing outside needs some work done to it. Not a big issue just though the plywood looked a little tacky. The ousting pool could use some repair to it’s structure. However it didn’t affect our stay . The Condo was beautiful I would definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice to work with.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo and that most importantly that you found it clean and comfortable. We spend a lot of time and thought in how our condo is decorated and are so glad you found it to your liking. We really enjoyed having you and hope to have you back again soon. As far as the plywood we feel extremely lucky that all the damage we had to our condo during Hurricane Sally was 2 spindles on our balcony railing. Yes we put the plywood panel there for safety as we did not feel caution tape was enough. We are of course waiting on the two spindles to be manufactured and replaced but I know this is not a top priority as so many lost their entire condo and so many lost roofs. I know the small piece of plywood is not the most attractive but it is the most safe. As soon as the spindles come in the association will have them installed but for an entire wrap around balcony the plywood is extremely small in comparison.

Beautiful condo and beach

We had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for cooking. The ice maker and wine chiller were pluses. The accommodations were great. Definitely will stay here again! When the housekeepers were running late sanitizing everything, they were so nice to contact us and let us unload our car in one room that was finished. John and Pam were great to work with!

We so enjoyed meeting you and your family. We really love sharing our Beach second home with such wonderful families. Yes when we totally remodeled our kitchen we wanted things that make the stay perfect and added the ice maker and wine chiller to our condo for everyone to enjoy. We always want to have the perfect condo for each and every guest from new comfortable furniture to a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook without any issues. We look forward to your next stay with us
