Ridder Farms Guesthouse is a beautiful 5 bedroom home built in the early 1900's. Lots of room both inside and out to enjoy country living! Full updated kitchen, 2.5 baths, with patio, grill, and outdoor dining area. Property contains lakes stocked for fishing, and beautiful picturesque landscapes. Only 15 miles from Hermann and Rosebud, close enough to enjoy wineries, antique shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

Hunting packages available on request. Whitetail and turkey abundant on 600+ acres.

Loved this place!

Awesome country house with lots of charm! Outside of Hermann but the trolley will come get you. Very peaceful and quiet with plenty of space.

Beautiful Country Home

The house was perfect for our large group. We were all able to sit around the table in the kitchen and enjoy ourselves. It is conveniently located near Hermann so we could enjoy the wineries.

The house is beautiful! We felt like we were at home. Large bedrooms, plenty of room to stretch out and relax, a quiet calm atmosphere inside and out! We so enjoyed the livestock and talking with the caretaker. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Country living at its best

Wonderful stay at this fabulous farmhouse. And labeled us to enjoy everything that Herman had to offer but stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Spacious and Relaxing

The house was more spacious than we expected all in a gorgeous & peaceful setting. They even came by to see if we needed anything, give us directions to the best fishing ponds, and even shared info about the farm with us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Fabulous respite! Great property!

This was the VERY BEST location for our first family girls trip!! The Ridder home was warm and welcoming and we loved touring the grounds and “meeting” the pets (cows!). We came for the ambiance of the Hermann wine country and got so much more staying here! Hopefully, we will be back! The Andrzejewski/Sepe girls

Fun on the farm

My 5 siblings and I loved this farmhouse! We came for the Hermann Oktoberfest but the hi-lite was the house and pastoral surroundings. It's a little trek into "town" but well worth it. Tricia, the owner, was lovely and gracious. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful and peaceful country stay!

We stayed in the guesthouse to celebrate our friend's birthday at the Hermann wineries. It was beautiful inside and out, with plenty of room. Relaxing to sit and enjoy the farm views and sounds or to take a walk around the property at the beautiful views. The manager was extremely attentive in responding to any messages. And the Hermann trolley van arranged for pickup and dropoff so we could safely enjoy wine country! Amazing weekend!!

Fantastic Farmhouse in Herman

What a gorgeous place and home! Billed for 12 should know someone will be sleeping in an air mattress. Owners were wonderful in resolving the mattress issue quickly with a new one! Only suggestion would be maybe get a sleeper sofa for sleeping. We will rent this again!

Bachelorette weekend

We had 15 ladies that wanted to simply eat, drink and enjoy each other’s company in the outdoors, and this property was absolutely perfect for that!The house was beautiful and had a country charm that is indescribable. I highly recommend this property, and will most certainly be back!

Get away from it all.

This was such a great stay. We truly got to experience the country life style but was close to Hermann. If you want to get away from it all this is a great place to go. I highly recommend considering this property. Tricia and the family are great and we will be coming back soon. Don't hesitate booking this property. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic property near Hermann

Tricia was a great host and answered all our questions promptly. The house was lovely. Because the property is rural, it can be difficult to find on GPS by the listed address. Make sure you get directions ahead of time.

The property was as described clean and wonderful. We had two families totalling 11 people stay together and be able to enjoy each others company versus being split up amongst hotel rooms. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recomend. Thank you to the owners for making our trip a great experience.
