Venga a relajarse en esta impresionante casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicada en un amplio canal en la tranquila comunidad de Ocean Pines. Disfruta de la fresca brisa debajo del porche cubierto, asando en la terraza o prueba tu suerte en la pesca en el patio trasero. ¡Te sentirás como si estuvieras en una propiedad frente al lago! Esta casa está bellamente decorada y muestra orgullo de propiedad. Te encantará el plano de planta abierto mientras tienes una segunda sala de estar y un loft para escaparte. La cocina bien surtida está lista para sus creaciones culinarias y hay wi-fi para aquellos de ustedes que deben "mantenerse conectados".

La comunidad de Ocean Pines está convenientemente ubicada en Ocean City, Assateague Island, el histórico Berlín y Salisbury. Comfortable, quiet, great beach club -You have to pay for a weeklong pass separately - contact the ocean pines recreation center. Easy to just hand out on the back porch and the access to the water really made our stay special.

Beautiful area. Never stayed where we had to put our own sheets on the bed, so that was new to me if you're checking in late but we throughly enjoyed the stay.

Thanks so much for the review, we really appreciate the feedback. Our agreement with the linen rental company is that the linens arrive, wrapped in plastic, and that their drivers drop off just inside the door. Other companies utilize cleaning teams to make beds and the cost for that extra duty is passed on to the guests. We prefer to do what we can to keep costs low and keep the cleaning team focused on cleaning. We know we're a little different in how we do linens, so we describe the process in the check-in instructions we send so there's no surprises. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo. Great vacation home!

We had an amazing time. It was a very nice place and we had a nice relaxing week. My son was very upset that we had to leave and he told me I should buy the house. We may stay there again soon

Family vacation

It is a quiet and tranquility location. Easy access to Ocean City, MD. While we can enjoy the sun and sands when we want, and also have a peace and quiet home to go back.

The property is perfect for a family getaway. We fished and crabbed right off the pier almost everyday. The rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely return again and can’t wait to make more great memories there :)

Family wedding

Pretty place on water

We thoroughly enjoyed being on the water. The view from the large windows was beautiful. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the back deck just taking in the peacefulness of it all. The home was well kept and the layout met our needs. We didn’t mind the 15 minute drive to the OC beach. We ended up getting some pool time at the Ocean Pines Beach Club. It was $10pp for the day. It was convenient to the beach for having an outdoor lunch and drinks. We would definitely like to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It’s comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished, located at the end of a canal—it felt like staying in a private little harbor. The layout is perfect for two families or one large family, with plenty of spaces to hang out, including a big deck and a screened porch. If you have a boat, you could even tie up right outside.A couple of things to keep in mind: trash and recycling are collected Monday and Thursday, and when we arrived on Monday afternoon, the bins were full and hadn’t been picked up. Also, the checkout list was longer and more involved than we would have expected given the cleaning fee, which required extra time and effort before leaving.Overall, it’s a lovely property with a fantastic location, and we’d definitely recommend it for a family getaway.

Good but needs work

Pictures are overexposed. In reality not as bright. Would renovate/upgrade lighting, deck, and some of the furniture. Otherwise this subdivision is nicely located and has lots of amenities. House itself is probably average for this location.

Thanks so much for the review. We don't really modify the photos to give any false affects, I think our photographer just took advantage of a very sunny day. You can see in many photos how it shines on the walls, the kitchen, the back of the house, etc. Like many homes in Ocean Pines, this house is very "cabin-esque", sitting directly underneath some tall pine trees, but the open floor plan in the back where the large windows are really allows for some flooding of sun on a clear day. We will definitely pass your feedback on to the owner. David & Rhonda

family pods make the livin easy

This was a great choice for us. we had kayaks and made use of those off the dock a little tricky a ladder would be sooooo great. quiet. screened porch great for dinners. three separate seating areas make it easy to relax not all be on top of each other. ONLY SUGGESTION - STOCK THE KITCHEN! Not enough forks spoons big bowls for salads etc. quick trip to walmart is all. other wise, clean pretty, beautiful view Ill return if we decide to do Ocean Pines again

Home is beautiful, spacious, clean and we so appreciate it being dog friendly! We also particularly liked the upgrades to the the screened porch!! Consider bringing a fan to for the upstairs master - but if you're careful to keep the bathroom door (where the AC vent is) open, and the bedroom door closed - it stays quite comfortable.

80 degrees inside.

At around 2pm every day the house would begin an unstoppable spiral in temperature until it was 80 degrees inside by 9-10pm. The upstairs master bedroom was unbearably hot and even hotter than the rest of the house. It’s a shame because the house was very nice with a beautiful view.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry that you had issues during your stay. I wish you would have reached out to us earlier in your stay though. We didn't receive a call from you until after hours on the third day of your trip with a week that was 90+ degree temps. We were able to get our AC company out there early next morning and made adjustments to correct the issue. The unit did hold temperature after those adjustments and seems to be running properly. We do our best to anticipate problems and as such, the unit is serviced at the beginning of each season, but do rely on our renters to communicate issues they may have during their stay, so that we can get them fixed as quickly as possible. I do hope you will stay with us again at one of our many properties that we manage.
