Great apartment with perfect location!

Great apartment with the perfect location a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and other sites. It is cozy (good use of space) and as noted in the listing it is on 3rd floor with no elevator. We did have help with our luggage when the property manager checked us in. It is quiet and comfortable, and we would stay here again!

Felt right at home

Very cozy and comfortable. Fell into a deep sleep every night. Great bed. Very comfy chair and couch and good lighting for reading. Perfect table for eating or computer set up. Kitchen small, but met all my needs. Outstanding location. Only one word of caution. The apartment is up three flights of a very steep, circular stairway, so if you have hip or knee problems you should know that. I would definitely stay here again. Anais Leroy was very attentive to all my needs.

Wonderful stay in Paris

Stayed a few nights in this lovely apartment near the Eiffel Tower. Small apartment but very efficient use of all the space - never felt cramped. Beautiful large windows overlooking two inner courtyards. Wonderful sunshine in the afternoon. Very quiet apartment - slept great! Easy to communicate with the owners. Was able to check in early which we greatly appreciated after our long flight. They helped me book a taxi to the airport. Perfect location to easily explore Paris!! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. We climbed the Eiffel Tower, took an electric bike tour of the city, enjoyed the view from the top of the Arc de Triomphe, took the rooftop tour of Sacre Coeur. I would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous location for visiting Paris

This apartment is in a perfect central location for exploring Paris. It is also exceptionally quiet with serene courtyard views. The description of the small size is accurate. It was fine for a couple that packs light and if you only want to prepare simple meals. The decor is quite cluttered. It required a bit of closet rearranging to create usable space. The property manager was responsive for the most part. It was a bit confusing that they list on VRBO but take payment on a separate platform. Check in was easy with an agent to meet us there upon arrival. We also had an issue with the stovetop which took 3 days to resolve.

Location, Location, Location!

The good: Excellent location, lovely views from both windows, excellent WiFi and good hot water when it was on (we figured out how to reset it when it turned off by itself!). Bed was comfortable. The young man who checked us in carried our bags up and that was awesome. The not so good: Only one key for two people so we couldn't go out independently. Shower backed up and was very slow to drain as did kitchen sink. Very small towels, bring your own bath towels if you care about that stuff. The couch and sofa are pretty shabby, and there is no good place for two people to eat together. Overall: We had a great time and the location is amazing.

Perfect Location for Paris

If you plan to spend most of your time seeing the city, this small apartment has everything you need for a relaxing home base. The living space is tiny (more than 2 people would be tight), but it's all you need to put your feet up after a long day. And the bed is incredibly comfortable to get rested up for your next day of exploring Paris. I can't say enough about the location, though. The area is completely safe, there are cafes and boulangeries within easy walking distance, and the metro is just around the corner to give you access to the rest of the city and its sights. Our breakfast of fresh fruit and croissants every morning came from the local streets. We had a little trouble with payment but that had more to do with our banks not talking to each other than the owners. Our contact Abigaëlle was responsive and helped us work through the issues. The only difficulty we encountered was a mix-up with the on-site host that resulted in a worrisome delay at check-in. Not a big deal compared to the overall experience. I recommend "our Paris apartment" for absolutely anyone looking for a centrally-located home in the heart of Paris!
